Gas quenching and vacuum quenching process are widely applied to accelerate solvent volatilization to induce nucleation of perovskites in blade-coating *** this work,we found these two pre-crystallization processes lead to different order of crystallization dynamics within the perovskite thin film,resulting in the differences of additive *** then tailor-designed an additive molecule named 1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea to obtain films with fewer defects and holes at the buried interface,and prepared perovskite solar cells with a certified efficiency of 23.75%.Furthermore,this work also demonstrates an efficiency of 20.18%for the large-area perovskite solar module(PSM)with an aperture area of 60.84 cm^(2).The PSM possesses remarkable continuous operation stability for maximum power point tracking of T_(90)>1000 h in ambient air.

Introducing saturated carbon-carbon bonds into organic molecules significantly increases the three-dimensional configuration,thus altering the physical and chemical properties as well as the functions of molecules. Transition-metal-catalyzed carboncarbon cross-couplings represent one of the most straightforward, efficient and modular alternatives to build saturation in a single step. However, the efficient construction of alkyl-alkyl bonds remains a formidable challenge due to the precise manipulation of multiple alkyl metallic intermediates as well as associated competitive side reactions and selectivity control. Over the past years, Ni-catalyzed cross-coupling under reductive conditions has gained more and more attention for alkyl-alkyl crosscoupling partially attributing to the low-valent state of metal centers under reducing conditions, which suppresses the competitive β-hydride elimination process, thus facilitating the formation of alkyl-alkyl bonds. In this review, the initiative and progress of Ni-catalyzed cross-electrophile alkyl-alkyl cross-coupling, including the efforts in racemic and enantioselective formation of alkyl-alkyl bonds, have been summarized and discussed. Moreover, the challenges and further opportunities in this area have also been discussed.

Immune vaccination is a critically important strategy in disease prevention and treatment. In vaccination, efficient vaccine carriers are necessary to augment the immune response initiated by vaccines generally with weak immunogenecity. Nowadays, commercially available vaccine/carrier formulations induce effective humoral immunity but weak or none cellular immunity. However, in practice, cellular rather than humoral immunity plays the key role in treating some intractable diseases such as AIDS and cancers, in which the elicited cytotoxic T lymphocytes can directly kill HIV-infected or cancer cells. To trigger potent cellular immunity, the carriers should help antigens escape from endosomal/lysosomal degradation and release them directly into the cytosol of antigen presenting cells. To this aim, such kind of vaccine carriers should be rationally designed and prepared in terms of their structure and physiochemical properties. Here, we summarized the recent advances in p H-responsive vaccine carriers exclusively developed for improving cellular immunity.

Elegant Ince-Gaussian beams, which are the exact solutions of the paraxial wave equation in a quadratic-index medium, are derived in elliptical coordinates. These kinds of beams are the alternative form of standard Ince-Gaussian beams and they display better symmetry between the ]nce-polynomials and the Gaussian function in mathematics. The transverse intensity distribution and the phase of the elegant Ince Gaussian beams are discussed.

The growth and alkaline phosphatase activity（APA） of two raphidophyceae species Chattonella marina and Heterosigma akashiwo were investigated in response to P-limitation and subsequent addition of dissolved inorganic phosphorus（DIP, Na H2PO4） and two dissolved organic phosphorus（DOP） compounds： guanosine 5-monophosphate（GMP） and triethyl phosphate（TEP）. APA levels increased greatly after P-starvation as the decrease of the cellular phosphorus quotes（Qp）. C. marina responded to P-limitation quickly and strongly, with 10-fold increase in APA within 24 hr after P-starvation. The larger difference between maximal and minimal QP values in C. marina indicated its high capacity in P storage. APA of H. akashiwo was maximally enlarged about 2.5 times at 48 hr of P-starvation. After the addition of nutrients, cell numbers of C. marina increased in all treatments including the P-free culture, demonstrating the higher endurance of C. marina to P-limitation. However, those of H. akashiwo increased only in DIP and GMP cultures. APA increased only after the addition of the monophosphate ester GMP. The results suggest that quick responses of C. marina to P-limitation, high capacity in P storage as well as endurance for P-depletion provide this species an ecological advantage in phytoplankton community competition under DIP-limited conditions.

Metals and biogenic elements were analyzed from surface sediments of sixteen stations and a 32 cm core collected from Zhifu Bay in July *** concentrations of biogenic silica（BSi）reflected the high diatom productivity in the ***,total organic carbon（TOC）in Zhifu Bay was mainly from terrestrial *** metals were lower than the marine sediment quality *** on the vertical profiles of biogenic elements,there was a clear increase of TOC,total nitrogen（TN）,and total phosphate（TP）between1985 and *** concentrations decreased after the start of the operation of the sewage treatment plant in 1998;however TOC and BSi remained at high *** concentrations showed a general increase from the bottom to the top of the *** anthropogenic metals reached a maximum during 1996 and 2000,and decreased after the startup of the sewage plant;however,they have increased again *** results from correlation analysis and principal component analysis show that industrial pollution is the main source of Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn contamination in Zhifu Bay,and Yantai Port and ship transportation also contribute a lot to Cd,Cu,Hg,and Pb pollution.

An electro-optical switch based on a plasmonic T-shaped waveguide structure with a double-teeth-shaped waveguide filled with 4-dimethylamino-N-methyl-4-stilbazolium tosylate is proposed and numerically *** Finite-difference time domain simulation results reveal that the structure can operate as a circuit switch by controlling the external voltages V1 and/or V_(2).The proposed structure can also operate as a variable optical attenuator,which can continuously attenuate the power of a light beam from 6 dB to 30 dB by an external electrical *** structure is of small size of a few hundred *** results may open a possibility to construct nanoscale high-density photonic integration circuits.

A high-resolution plasmonic refractive-index sensor based on a metal-insulator-metal structure consisting of a straight bus waveguide and a resonator waveguide is proposed and numerically simulated by using the finite difference time domain method under a perfectly matched layer absorbing boundary *** analytic and simulated results show that the resonant wavelengths of the sensor have a linear relationship with the refractive index of material under *** on the relationship,the refractive index of the material can be obtained from the detection of one of the resonant *** resolution of refractive index of the nanometeric plasmonic sensor can reach as high as 10-6,giving the wavelength resolution of 0.01 *** could be applied to highly-resolution biological sensing.

Three clock synchronization schemes for a quantum key distribution system are compared experimentally through the outdoor fibre and the interaction physical model of the the clock signal and the the quantum signal in the quantum key distribution system is analysed to propose a new synchronization scheme based on time division multiplexing and wavelength division multiplexing technology to reduce quantum bits error rates under some transmission rate conditions, The proposed synchronization scheme can not only completely eliminate noise photons from the bright background light of the the clock signal, but also suppress the fibre nonlinear crosstalk.
