To comprehensively utilize the low-iron high-vanadium-titanium magnetite,a new method of vortex smelting reduction of vanadium-titanium magnetite was proposed,and the enrichment and reconstitution regularity of Ti-bearing phases in the slag was investigated through X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis,and optical *** phase diagram revealed that the preferential crystallization of MgTi_(2)O_(5) can be achieved by adjusting the CaO,MgO,and TiO_(2) contents of *** predominant Ti-bearing phases in the slag obtained from the reduction process are MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1)and CaTiO_(3).FeTiO_(3) is present at carbon-iron ratio(CR)=1.3,while MgTi_(2)O4 and TiC are formed at CR=*** enrichment of TiO_(2) in the slag increases first and then decreases as the CR increases,and at CR=1.1,the enrichment of TiO_(2) in the slag reaches 51.3 wt.%.Additionally,the concentrations of MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1)and CaTiO_(3) in the slag,along with the grain width of MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1),decrease with the increase in CR.

Graphene-based materials possess significant potential for the treatment of dye wastewater due to their exceptional adsorption properties toward stubborn ***,their utilization is hindered by high preparation costs,low yields,environmental pollution during synthesis,and challenges in regenerating the *** study proposes a novel approach to address these limitations by developing nitrogen-doped three-dimensional(3D)polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)crosslinked graphene sponges(N-PGA)using a cross-linking method with ammonium *** method offers a relatively mild,environmentally friendly *** carbonate serves as both a reducing and modifying agent,facilitating the formation of the intrinsic structure of N-PGA and acting as a nitrogen ***,PVA is utilized as the cross-linking *** results demonstrate that N-PGA exhibits a favorable internal 3D hierarchical porous structure and possesses robust mechanical *** measured specific surface area(BET)of N-PGA was as high as406.538 m^(2)·g^(-1),which was favorable for its efficient adsorption of Congo red(CR)dye *** an initial concentration of 50 mg·L^(-1),N-PGA achieved an impressive removal rate of 89.6%and an adsorption capacity of 112 mg·g^(-1)for CR ***,it retained 79%of its initial adsorption capacity after 10 cycles,demonstrating excellent regeneration *** summary,the synthesized N-PGA displays remarkable efficacy in the adsorption of CR dye in wastewater,opening up new possibilities for utilizing 3D porous graphene nanomaterials as efficient adsorbents in wastewater treatment.

The toxic cyanides in cyanide residues produced from cyanidation process for gold extraction are harmful to the *** is one of the main minerals existing in cyanide *** this work,the interaction of cyanide with pyrite and the decyanation of pyrite cyanide residue were *** revealed that high pH value,high cyanide concentration,and high pyrite dosage promoted the interaction of cyanide with *** cyanidation of pyrite was pseudo-second-order with respect to *** decyanation of pyrite cyanide residue by Na_(2)SO_(3)/air oxidation was *** cyanide removal efficiency was 83.9% after 1 h of reaction time under the optimal conditions of pH value of 11.2,SO_(3)^(2-) dosage of 22 mg·g^(-1),and air flow rate of 1.46 L·min^(-1).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis of the pyrite samples showed the formation of Fe(Ⅲ)and FeSO_(4) during the cyanidation *** cyanide that adsorbed on the pyrite surface after cyanidation mainly existed in the forms of free cyanide(CN^(-))and ferrocyanide(Fe(CN)_(6)^(4-)),which were effectively removed by Na_(2)SO_(3)/air *** the decyanation process,air intake promoted pyrite oxidation and weakened cyanide adsorption on the pyrite *** study has practical significance for gold enterprises aiming to mitigate the environmental impact related to cyanide residues.

Chromium plays a vital role in stainless steel due to its ability to improve the corrosion resistance of the ***,the re-lease of chromium from stainless steel slag(SSS)during SSS stockpiling causes detrimental environmental *** prevent chromium pollution,the effects of iron oxide on crystallization behavior and spatial distribution of spinel were investigated in this *** results revealed that FeO was more conducive to the growth of spinels compared with Fe2O3 and *** were found to be mainly distrib-uted at the top and bottom of *** amount of spinel phase at the bottom decreased with the increasing FeO content,while that at the top *** average particle size of spinel in the slag with 18wt%FeO content was 12.8μ***,no notable structural changes were observed with a further increase in FeO *** other words,the spatial distribution of spinel changed when the content of iron oxide varied in the range of 8wt%to 18wt%.Finally,less spinel was found at the bottom of slag with a FeO content of 23wt%.

Extraction of Valuable Metals from Titanium-bearing Blast Furnace Slag by Acid Leaching

To realize the resource utilization of the valuable metals in the titanium-containing blast furnace slag,the process route of “hydrochloric acid leaching-electrolysis-carbonization and carbon dioxide capture-preparation of calcium carbonate” was *** this study,the influences of process conditions on the leaching rates of calcium,magnesium,aluminum,and iron and the phases of the leaching residue were investigated for the leaching *** experimental results show that the HCl solution could selectively leach the elements from the titanium-containing blast furnace *** better leaching conditions are the HCl solution concentration of 4 mol/L,the leaching time of 30 min,the ratio of liquid volume to solid gas of 10 mL/g,and the stirring paddle speed of 300 r/*** the conditions,the leaching rates of calcium,magnesium,aluminum,and iron can reach 85.87%,73.41%,81.35%,and 59.08%,and the leaching rate of titanium is 10.71%.The iron and the aluminum are removed from the leachate to obtain iron-aluminum water purification agents,and the magnesium is removed from the leachate to obtain magnesium *** leaching residue phase is dominated by perovskite,followed by magnesium silicate and tricalcium aluminate,and the titaniumrich material could be obtained from the leaching residue by desiliconization.

In this study,the gas-solid flow process in the blast furnace raceway is numerically simulated using coupled computational fluid dynamics and the discrete element method(CFD-DEM).The coke reaction kinetics data are imported into the DEM model to reproduce the consumption process of each coke *** effects of inlet gas velocity and angle on the morphology of the raceway,coke consumption rate,coke bed temperature,and particle size distribution in the blast process are systematically investigated and *** results show that the consumption of coke particles promotes the formation of raceways during the blast *** the same time,a coke mixture layer is produced at the edge of the *** higher the inlet gas velocity,the thicker the coke mixture layer in the middle and upper parts of the raceway region,and the larger the proportion of small particles in the coke mixture *** effect of the inlet gas angle on the raceway region is less than the inlet gas ***,with the increase in the inlet gas angle,the high-temperature region of the coke bed extends downward gradually,which is conducive to activating the hearth.

High alumina fly ash(FAHAl)is a kind of bulk solid waste unique to China,whose availability of high-value aluminum and the threat to the environment makes its high-value utilization *** this work,the alumina containing leaching solution obtained from Na_(2)CO_(3) roasting and HCl leaching of FAHAl was used as the mother liquor to prepare layered boehmite in *** preparation process with AlCl_(3) as the raw material was also *** formation process and mechanism of boehmite,the choice of solvent,along with the adsorption capability of Congo red were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method and adsorption *** showed that during the preparation of layered boehmite,the precursor Al(OH)_(3) from the reaction of Al^(3+) and OH-is transformed into boehmiteγ-*** existence of ethanol is beneficial to regulate and promote the growth of boehmite crystal *** water and ethanol are mixed with a volume ratio of 2:1 and used as the solvent,the maximum specific surface area of the boehmite is obtained at 135.7 m^(2)·g^(-1),and 99.16%of Congo red can be absorbed after 10 min when AlCl3 is used as a raw *** purified leaching solution is used as the mother liquid,the crystallinity of boehmite decreases slightly when the pH value decreases from 12.5 to *** pH is 11,the removal efficiency of Congo red reaches a maximum of 72.25%.This process not only achieves the extraction of aluminum and high-value utilization of FAHAl but also provides a thought to prepare layered boehmite with adsorption properties.

High-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite(HVTM)is a crucial polymetallic-associated resource to be *** allpellet operation is a blast furnace trend that aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the *** referencing the production data of vanadium-titanium magnetite blast furnaces,this study explored the softening-melting behavior of high-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite and obtained the optimal integrated burden based on flux *** results show that the burden with a composition of 70wt%flux pellets and 30wt%acid pellets exhibits the best softening-melting *** comparison to that of the single burden,the softening-melting characteristic temperature of this burden composition was *** melting interval first increased from 307 to 362℃and then decreased to 282℃.The maximum pressure drop(ΔPmax)decreased from 26.76 to 19.01 *** permeability index(S)dropped from 4643.5 to 2446.8 kPa·℃.The softening-melting properties of the integrated burden were apparently *** acid pellets played a role in withstanding load during the softening *** flux pellets in the integrated burden exhibited a higher slag melting point,which increased the melting temperature during the melting *** slag homogeneity and the TiC produced by over-reduction led to the gas permeability deterioration of the single *** segregation of the flux and acid pellets in the HVTM proportion and basicity mainly led to the better softening-melting properties of the integrated burden.

无氨-硫代硫酸盐浸金体系因不使用氰化物或氨而被认为是一种有吸引力且环保的金浸出路线。本文通过热力学计算绘制了不同条件下铜-有机羧酸-硫代硫酸盐浸金体系的E_(h)-pH和物种分布图,对比研究了四种有机羧酸,包括草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸和酒石酸在铜-硫代硫酸盐溶液浸金过程中的作用。结果表明,硫代硫酸盐是金离子络合的唯一有效配体,有机羧酸起到稳定铜离子的作用。与传统的铜-氨-硫代硫酸盐体系相比,铜-苹果酸/柠檬酸/酒石酸-硫代硫酸盐浸金体系具有更宽的浸出pH和更低的硫代硫酸盐消耗的潜在优势。四种有机羧酸体系中Cu(Ⅱ)/Cu(Ⅰ)的标准电位大小遵循如下顺序:E^(0)[Cu(Ox)_(2)^(2−)/Cu(S_(2)O_(3))_(3)^(5−)]>E^(0)[Cu(NH_(3))_(4)^(2+)/Cu(S_(2)O_(3))_(3)^(5−)]>E^(0)[Cu_(2)(Mal)_(2)H_(−2)^(2−)/Cu(S_(2)O_(3))_(3)^(5−)]≈E^(0)[Cu_(2)(Cit)_(2)H_(−2)^(4−)/Cu(S_(2)O_(3))_(3)^(5−)]>E^(0)[Cu(Tart)_(2)H_(−4)^(6−)/Cu(S_(2)O_(3))_(3)^(5−)]。提高硫代硫酸盐浓度会降低铜-有机羧酸配合物的含量,四种含铜配合物的稳定性按酒石酸>柠檬酸>苹果酸>草酸的顺序依次递减。
