Oxidative stress is one of the main ways to cause alcohol-induced liver injury,and alcoholic liver disease(ALD)has been a common health problem *** acid bacteria(lab)is also considered as a potential treatment to alleviate alcohol-induced liver *** plantarum J26 is a lab isolated from Chinese traditional fermented dairy products with excellent probiotic *** study aimed to establish a mice model of alcoholic liver injury through acute-on-chronic alcohol feeding and to study the alleviating effect of pre-intake of *** J26 on alcohol-induced oxidative liver injury and focus on its potential mechanism of alleviating *** results showed that pre-intake of *** J26 could improve liver pathological changes,reduce lipid accumulation,increase mitochondrial ATP and mitochondrial(mtDNA)levels,and alleviate liver *** addition,pre-intake *** J26 can improve the level of short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)in the intestines in mice,short chain fatty acids can be used as a signaling molecule activation of nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)signaling pathway to alleviate liver oxidative stress,and maintain mitochondrial homeostasis by regulating the expression of genes related to mitochondrial dynamics and autophagy,thereby reducing cell apoptosis to alleviate alcohol-induced oxidative liver injury.

In recent years,deep learning methods have developed rapidly and found application in many fields,including natural language *** the field of aspect-level sentiment analysis,deep learning methods can also greatly improve the performance of ***,previous studies did not take into account the relationship between user feature extraction and contextual *** address this issue,we use data feature extraction and deep learning combined to develop an aspect-level sentiment analysis *** be specific,we design user comment feature extraction(UCFE)to distill salient features from users’historical comments and transform them into representative user feature ***,the aspect-sentence graph convolutional neural network(ASGCN)is used to incorporate innovative techniques for calculating adjacency matrices;meanwhile,ASGCN emphasizes capturing nuanced semantics within relationships among aspect words and syntactic dependency ***,three embedding methods are devised to embed the user feature vector into the ASGCN *** empirical validations verify the effectiveness of these models,consistently surpassing conventional benchmarks and reaffirming the indispensable role of deep learning in advancing sentiment analysis methodologies.

Vertebrate neurons are highly dynamic cells that undergo several alterations in their functioning and physiologies in adaptation to various external *** particular,how these neurons respond to physical exercise has long been an area of active *** of the vertebrate locomotor system’s adaptability suggest multiple mechanisms are involved in the regulation of neuronal activity and properties during *** this brief review,we highlight recent results and insights from the field with a focus on the following mechanisms:(a)alterations in neuronal excitability during acute exercise;(b)alterations in neuronal excitability after chronic exercise;(c)exercise-induced changes in neuronal membrane properties via modulation of ion channel activity;(d)exercise-enhanced dendritic plasticity;and(e)exercise-induced alterations in neuronal gene expression and protein *** hope is to update the community with a cellular and molecular understanding of the recent mechanisms underlying the adaptability of the vertebrate locomotor system in response to both acute and chronic physical exercise.

Millimeter-wave transmission combined with Orbital Angular Momentum(OAM)has the advantage of reducing the loss of beam power and increasing the system ***,to fulfill this advantage,the antennas at the transmitter and receiver must be parallel and coaxial;otherwise,the accuracy of mode detection at the receiver can be seriously *** this paper,we design an OAM millimeter-wave communication system for overcoming the above ***,the first contribution is that the power distribution between different OAM modes and the capacity of the system with different mode sets are analytically derived for performance *** second contribution lies in that a novel mode selection scheme is proposed to reduce the total interference between different *** results show that system performance is less affected by the offset when the mode set with smaller modes or larger intervals is selected.

colloid-facilitated release of polybrominated diphenyl ethers at an e-waste recycling site: evidence from undisturbed soil core leaching experiments

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), a class of persistent organic pollutants, have been frequently detected in soil at e-waste recycling sites. However, the key factors controlling the transport of PBDEs from surface soil to the vadose zone and groundwater are unclear. Here, colloid-enhanced leaching of PBDEs from undisturbed soil cores collected at an e-waste recycling site in Tianjin, China, is reported. Spatially heterogeneous release of colloids and PBDEs was observed in all the tested soil cores under chemical and hydrodynamic perturbations, indicating the presence of preferential flow paths. colloid concentration in the effluent significantly increased as ionic strength decreased (from 10 to 0.01 mmol/L), probably due to the stronger electrostatic repulsion between colloidal particles and the soil matrix at lower ionic strength. In contrast, colloid mobilization was not significantly affected by the changes in pH of the influent (from 4.0 to 10.0) and flow rate (from a Darcy velocity of 1.5 to 6.0 cm/h). The concentrations of 2,2′,3,3′,4,4′,5,5′,6,6′-decabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-209), the predominant PBDE congener at the site, detected in the leachate (ranging from 1.09 to 3.43 ng/L) were much lower than previously reported results from packed column leaching tests, and were positively correlated with colloid concentrations. This indicates that remobilization of colloids at e-waste recycling sites can promote the leaching and downward migration of PBDEs from surface soil. The findings highlight the potential risk of surface soil PBDE contamination to groundwater quality and call for further understanding of colloid-facilitated transport for predicting the fate of PBDEs at e-waste recycling sites.

Recycling of carbon fiber reinforced composites is important for sustainable development and the circular *** the use of dynamic chemistry,developing high-strength recyclable CFRPs remains a major challenge due to the mutual exclusivity between the dynamic and mechanical properties of ***,we developed a high-strength recyclable epoxy resin(HREP)based on dynamic dithioacetal covalent adaptive network using diglycidyl ether bisphenol A(DGEBA),pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercapto-propionate)(PETMP),and vanillin epoxy resin(VEPR).At high temperatures,the exchange reaction of thermally activated dithioacetals accelerated the rearrangement of the network,giving it significant reprocessing ***,HREP exhibited excellent solvent resistance due to the increased cross-linking *** this high-strength recyclable epoxy resin as the matrix and carbon fiber modified with hyperbranched ionic liquids(HBP-AMIM+PF6-)as the reinforcing agent,high performance CFRPs were successfully *** tensile strength,interfacial shear strength(IFSS)and interlaminar shear strength(ILSS)of the optimized formulation(HREP20/CF-HBPPF6)were 1016.1,70.8 and 76.0 MPa,*** addition,the CFRPs demonstrated excellent solvent and acid/*** CFRPs could completely degrade within 24 h in DMSO at 140℃,and the recycled CF still maintained the same tensile strength and ILSS as the original after multiple degradation cycles.

Oxygen vacancies enable modulating surface reconstruction of transition metal oxides containing metal-oxygen polyhedrons into metallic oxyhydroxide for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),while revealing reconstructing mechanism is stuck by the requirement to precisely control exact sites of these ***,oxygen vacancies are localized only within MoO_(4)tetrahedrons rather than CoO_(6)octahedrons in CoMoO_(4)catalyst,guaranteeing coherent reconstruction of CoO_(6)octahedrons into pure CoOOH with tunable activities for ***,distorted tetrahedron accelerates the dissolution of Mo atoms into alkaline electrolyte,triggering spontaneous transition of partial CoMoO_(4)into Co(OH)_(2).CoO_(6)octahedrons in both CoMoO_(4)and Co(OH)_(2)can transform pure CoOOH completely at lower potential,resulting in excess intrinsic activity whose summit is identified by overpotential at 10 mA cm^(-2)with 22.9%reduction and Tafel slope with 65.3%***-defined manipulation over the distorted polyhedrons offers one versatile knob to precisely modulate electronic structure of oxide catalysts with outstanding OER performance.

Dual-state emission(DSE)molecules displayed conspicuous fluorescent performance both in solid and solution ***,the construction of DSE molecules and the regulation of their emission wavelengths remains a great *** on the structure-function relationship of quinolinonitrile-type fluorophores,this work proposed a feasible strategy for modulating their fluorescent properties into DSE via limiting the torsion angle between the quinoline ring and C=C bond in the range of 4.7°to 30°.Based on this strategy,53 compounds were obtained which displayed tunable emission wavelengths from^(3)97 nm to 740 nm in solid-state and from 360 nm to 672 nm in *** feasibility of the strategy was supported by a series of theoretical calculations,optical characterizations,and crystal analysis,suggesting the compounds have great potential in imaging living cells and tissues with desired wavelengths.

As the mining depth increases,the problem of high-temperature thermal damage mainly caused by heat dissipation of surrounding rock is becoming more and more *** is very important to solve the environmental problem of mine heat damage to improve the efficiency of mineral resource exploitation and protect the physical and mental health of *** can apply thermal insulation coating on the walls of mine roadways as a means of implementing active heat *** this paper,expanded perlite(EP)and glazed hollow bead(GHB)are used as the main thermal insulation materials,ceramsite and sand as aggregate,plus glass fiber and sodium dodecyl sulfate to develop a new lightweight composite thermal insulation coating through orthogonal experiment *** to the plate heat flow meter method and mechanical test method,the thermal insulation and mechanical properties of EP-GHB mixed ceramsite coating were studied by making specimens with different parameter ratios,and according to the analysis of the experimental results,the optimal mix ratio of the coating was *** addition,Fluent numerical simulation software was used to establish the roadway model,and the thermal insulation effect of the coating in the roadway under different working conditions was *** results show that the thermal conductivity of the prepared composite thermal insulation coating material is only 8.5% of that of ordinary cement mortar,and the optimal thickness of adding thermal insulation coating is 0.2 m,which can reduce the outlet air temperature of the roadway with a length of 1000 m by 4.87 K at this *** thermal insulation coating developed in this study has the advantages of simple technology and strong practicability,and has certain popularization and application value in mine heat damage control.
