Intelligent bio-assembly imaging-guided platform for real-time bacteria sterilizing and infectious therapy

Bacterial infection is rising as a threatening health *** of the present delay in early diagnosis of bacterial diseases as well as the abuse of antibiotics,it has become a vital issue in the development of in-time detection and therapy of bacterial ***,we designed a multifunctional nanotheranostics platform based on the unique micro-environment of bacterial infections to achieve specific bioimaging and simultaneous inactivation of the target *** showed that in bacterial infections,the metal precursors(i.e.,HAuCl_(4),FeCl_(2),and herring sperm DNA)could be readily bio-self-assembled to multifunctional nanoclusters(NCs)that exhibit luminescence,in which AuCl_(4)-was biosynthesized via reductive biomolecules such as NADPH to the fluorescent *** DNA may assist as an encapsulation and delivery vector,and Fe^(2+)served as a fluorescence intensifier and reduced reactive oxygen species(ROS)to produce the iron *** the bacteria were being visualized,the microenvironment-responsive NCs were enabled to sterilize bacteria efficiently due to electrostatic effect,cell membrane destruction,inhibition of biofilm formation,and ROS ***,the bio-responsive self-assembled NCs complexes contributed to accelerating bacteria-infected wound healing and showed negligible side effects in long-term toxicity tests in ***,intracellular molecules involved in microenvironmental response were *** work may become an effective strategy for the detection and real-time sterilization of intractable bacterial infections.

本文叙述了基于结构光法的钻头三维形貌视觉检测系统的组成和原理 ,重点分析了测量数据的处理方法 ,它们包括 :原始测量数据的野值剔除、形貌特征点的分离和数据分割以及基于优化理论的数据融合方法。在此基础上 ,本文讨论了刃沟横截面数学模型的建立及参数的测量方法。给出了用视觉检测系统和三坐标测量机测量的刃沟横截面参数比对结果 ,说明本测量系统具有很高的测量精度。

At present, the development of physical aesthetic education is in the ascendant in college, artistic gymnastics, as a project, which possess both aesthetic value and sports value, showing a trend of being given a greater attention, however, at this stage, its rich connotation and flexible form should be explored sufficiently and be spread actively.

Surgical treatment of 82 patients with diabetic lower limb ischemia by distal arterial bypass

Background Diabetic lower limb ischemia is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus. This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of distal arterial bypass treatment in diabetic patients with lower limb ischemia. Methods From July 2000 to July 2004, 96 lower limbs of 82 diabetic patients （type 2） with severe lower limb ischemia were treated in Xuan wu Hospital. Arterial bypass with femoro-popliteal polytetrafluoroethylene （PTFE） and graft-tibial autologous grafts was performed on 31 limbs （32.3%）. Popliteal-tibial artery bypass alone was performed on 22 limbs （22.9%）. Combined lilac artery stenting, femoro-popliteal artery PTFE graft bypass, and graft-tibial artery autologous graft bypass was performed on 12 limbs （12.5%）, and femoro-tibial artery graft bypass was performed on 10 limbs （10.4%）. Popliteal-tibial-pedal artery graft bypass was performed on 7 limbs （7.3%）. Results Arterial grafts in 92 limbs of 79 patients were patent on discharge. Three patients with 4 ischemic limbs （3.7%） died of respiratory failure 12 hours, 3 days and 7 days after operation respectively. Early operation success rate was 96.3% （79/82）. Graft patency rate of patients on discharge was 95.8% （92/96）. The short-term total effectiveness rate was 83.3% （80/96）. Foot ulcer healing rate was 35.7% （10/28）. 97.4% （75/77） patients were followed up for a mean of 13.5 months. The long-term total effective rate was 80.7% （71/88）. The total amputation rate was 4.5% （4/88）. Mortality was 4.5%. The total graft patency rate was 90.9% （80/88）.Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot, distal lower limb arterial bypass can help to avoid amputation or lower the amputation level, and may promote foot ulcer healing and improve patient＇s quality of life.

One of the core challenges of intelligent fault diagnosis is that the diagnosis model requires numerous labeled training datasets to achieve satisfactory *** training data using a virtual model is a potential solution for addressing such a problem,and the construction of a high-fidelity virtual model is fundamental and critical for data *** this study,a digital twin-assisted dynamic model updating method for fault diagnosis is thus proposed to improve the fidelity and reliability of a virtual model,which can enhance the generated data ***,a virtual model is established to mirror the vibration response of a physical entity using a dynamic modeling ***,the modeling method is validated through a frequency analysis of the generated ***,based on the signal similarity indicator,a physical–virtual signal interaction method is proposed to dynamically update the virtual model in which parameter sensitivity analysis,surrogate technique,and optimization algorithm are applied to increase the efficiency during the model ***,the proposed method is successfully applied to the dynamic model updating of a single-stage helical gearbox;the virtual data generated by this model can be used for gear fault diagnosis.

Gesture recognition has been widely used for human-robot *** present,a problem in gesture recognition is that the researchers did not use the learned knowledge in existing domains to discover and recognize gestures in new *** each new domain,it is required to collect and annotate a large amount of data,and the training of the algorithm does not benefit from prior knowledge,leading to redundant calculation workload and excessive time *** address this problem,the paper proposes a method that could transfer gesture data in different *** use a red-green-blue(RGB)Camera to collect images of the gestures,and use Leap Motion to collect the coordinates of 21 joint points of the human ***,we extract a set of novel feature descriptors from two different distributions of data for the study of transfer *** paper compares the effects of three classification algorithms,i.e.,support vector machine(SVM),broad learning system(BLS)and deep learning(DL).We also compare learning performances with and without using the joint distribution adaptation(JDA)*** experimental results show that the proposed method could effectively solve the transfer problem between RGB Camera and Leap *** addition,we found that when using DL to classify the data,excessive training on the source domain may reduce the accuracy of recognition in the target domain.

We study the averaged products of characteristic polynomials for the Gaussian and Laguerre β-ensembles with external source, and prove Pearcey-type phase transitions for particular full rank perturbations of source. The phases are characterised by determining the explicit functional forms of the scaled limits of the averaged products of characteristic polynomials, which are given as certain multidimensional integrals, with dimension equal to the number of products.

Consider the precision attitude regulation with vibration suppression for an uncertain and disturbed flexible *** disturbance at issue is typically any finite superposition of sinusoidal signals with unknown frequencies and step signals of unknown *** we show that the conventional mathematical model for flexible spacecrafts is transformable to a multi-input multi-output(MIMO)strict-feedback nonlinear normal *** it is strongly minimum-phase and has a well-defined uniform vector relative *** it enables us to develop an adaptive internal model-based controller in the framework of adaptive output regulation to solve the *** is proved that asymptotic stability can be guaranteed for the attitude regulation task and the vibration of flexible appendages vanishes ***,the present study explores a new idea for control of flexible spacecraft in virtue of its system structures.
