This paper studies global robust tracking of uncertain Euler-Lagrange systems with input *** authors develop a robust regulation-based approach for the ***,by introducing a novel nonlinear internal model,the authors solve global asymptotic trajectory tracking with disturbance rejection of multiple step/sinusoidal signals with unknown amplitudes,frequencies,and ***,the authors show that a robustness property to actuator noises can be guaranteed in a sense of strong integral input-to-state stability(iISS).That is,the closed-loop system is not only i ISS but also input-to-state stable(ISS)to small magnitude actuator ***,the authors explore a by-product overparametrized linear regression estimation,coming up with robust estimation of the unknown ***,the authors present several numerical examples to illustrate the theoretical results.

Neurofibromatosis type I（NF1） is a hereditary,autosomal dominant,neurocutaneous syndrome that is attributed to NF1 gene ***1 has been associated with scoliosis,macrocephaly,pseudoarthrosis,short stature,mental retardation,and ***1-associated vasculopathy is an uncommon and easily-overlooked *** of a Chinese family affected by NF1 combined with cerebral vessel stenosis and/ or abnormality suggested a possible relationship between NF1 and vessel *** determine which NF1 gene mutation is associated with vascular lesions,particularly cerebral vessel stenosis,we examined one rare family with combined cerebral vessel lesions or *** lesions were detected using transcranial Doppler sonography and digital subtraction angiography in family ***,denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography and sequencing were used to screen for NF1 gene *** results revealed a nonsense mutation,c.541C＆gt;T,in the NF1 *** mutation truncated the NF1 protein by 2659 aminoacid residues at the C-terminus and co-segregated with all of the patients,but was not present in unaffected individuals in the ***,three novel mutations were identified in unaffected family members,but these did not affect the product of the NF1 *** the nonsense mutation,c.541C＆gt;T,located in the NF1 gene could constitute one genetic factor for cerebral vessel lesions.

Numerical Simulation on Effects of Pressure Distribution of Wind Turbine Blade with a Tip Vane

It is important to study the pressure distribution on the blade and in the adjacent area while searching the power augmentation theory with adding a tip vane to the wind turbine. This paper shows the CFD simulation relationship of the pressure distribution on the rotor blade and in the adjacent area, after calculating the pressure of the different chordwise and spanwise point on the blade with the tip vane-V（8.8×8） and without the tip vane under tip speed ratio λ 4.5. Combining the isobaric section figure in certain location, it can be seen that the tip vane improve the pressure difference between pressure and suction surface. The most influenced zone is found and these can further display the power augmentation theory of the wind turbine using the tip vane. The simulation calculation was based on N-S equations. 3-D, steady, implicit solver was chosen. Turbulence model was k-ω SST. Discretization scheme is SECOND ORDER UPWIND. Pressure-velocity coupling was a typical SIMPLE scheme. In the whole grid system, two-divided grid formation was adopted, that is, inner region and outer region. Inner region including rectangular solid blade and neighboring, outer region is semi-cylinder. There were together 720,000 nodes with tetra-prism unstructured mesh.

o the Editor:Programmed death-1(PD-1)inhibitors are new and effective anti-tumor drugs,but they may cause serious immune-related adverse events,such as toxic epidermal necrolysis and psoriasis.[1]The first recombinant human-derived anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody,Sintilimab(Innovent Biologics,Inc.,Suzhou,China),was approved for listing at the end of 2018 in ***,we reported the dermoscopic features of acutely exacerbated plaque psoriasis induced by anti-PD-1 for lung cancer to direct clinicians’attention to this potential adverse reaction.

The Dieudonne Manin classification theorem on φ-modules （φ-isocrystals） over a perfect field plays a very important role in p-adic Hodge theory. In this note, in a more general setting we give a new proof of this result, and in the course of the proof, we also give an explicit construction of the Harder Narasimhan filtration of a φ-module.

Discovery of ferrocene-carborane derivatives as novel chemical antimicrobial agents against multidrug-resistant bacteria

Antimicrobial resistance has now become a very serious global public health problem. New drug discovery and development are urgently needed to combat the growing threat of multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacteria. The aim of this study was to explore the potential application of three ferrocene-carborane derivatives as new promising agents to confront the problem of increasing antibiotic resistance. The results of agar diffusion bioassay, minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) testing and time-kill assay illustrate their broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities to both American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) control strains and MDR clinical isolates. It is evident that the relevant antimicrobial properties are all in a dose-dependent manner and gradually transform into a bactericidal effect from a bacteriostatic effect with the increasing of the drug concentration. Furthermore, these ferrocene-carborane derivatives have no/little toxic effect on normal cells like HELF cells and lead to little hemolysis at their MICs. This raises the possibility to develop novel antimicrobial drugs using these new ferrocene carborane derivants.

Hepatic abscess caused by foreign body penetration of the alimentary tract is rare. We report a case of gastric antrum penetration due to a toothpick complicated by liver abscess formation. A 41-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of upper abdominal pain for 2 mo. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy performed at a local clinic revealed a toothpick penetrating the gastric antrum. Computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen at our hospital revealed a gastric foreign body embedded in the posterior wall of gastric antrum with regional phlegmon over the lesser sac and adhesion to the pancreatic body without notable vascular injury, and a hepatic abscess seven cm in diameter over the left liver lobe. Endoscopic removal of the foreign body was successfully performed without complication. The liver abscess was treated with parenteral antibiotics without drainage. The patient’s recovery was uneventful. Abdominal ultrasonography demonstrated complete resolution of the hepatic abscess six months after discharge. Relevant literature from the PubMed database was reviewed and the clinical presentations, diagnostic modalities, treatment strategies and outcomes of 88 reported cases were analyzed. The results showed that only 6 patients received conservative treatment with parenteral antibiotics, while the majority underwent either image-guided abscess drainage or laparotomy. Patients receiving abscess drainage via laparotomy had a significantly shorter length of hospitalization compared with those undergoing image-guided drainage. There was no significant difference in age between those who survived and those who died, however, the latter presented to hospitals in a more critical condition than the former. The overall mortality rate was 7.95%.

Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in Syndrome Differentiation Staging therapy （SDST） in treating central serous chorioretinopathy （CSC）. Methods: One hundred patients of CSC were divided into two groups, the TCM group and the control group, and were treated with SDST and western medicine respectively. Results: The total effective rate of the two groups was 98 % and 82 % respectively and their mean cure time 35 ± 7.0 days and 39 ± 8.8 days respectively. Comparison between the two groups showed significant difference （P＜0.05）, effect in the TCM group was superior to that in the control ***: SDST treatment was helpful in curing CSC. Its basic action is to relieve Qi stagnation and blood stasis, which were taken as the basic physiopathologic change of CSC. And the staging therapy could enhance the therapeutic effect in different stages of the disease.
