在非承载类硬木结构中使用水性热塑性胶粘剂,要求最终胶接接头具有较高的机械性能(高于木材本身)和抗蠕变性。当胶接接头受到静负荷作用时,其机械性能会受到胶粘剂本身性能和木材类型的影响,即与胶粘剂和基材之间密切相关。选取化学成分相同、合成路径不同的两类聚合物,并参照国际标准[1-2]对胶粘剂的相关性能进行光谱分析、量热分析、形态结构分析和测试。有趣的是,两例胶在剪切试验中表现出显著差异:一类导致被粘基材的内聚破坏,另一类导致被粘基材表面的胶粘剂破坏。由此可知,所测试聚合物所表现出的不同机械性能与粘接机理有关。因此,本文合成了新一代Vinavil水基聚合物胶粘剂,由于采用新颖的前瞻性技术,其特殊性能显而易见,且远超过传统标准。

Long noncoding rNAs(lncrNAs)play a critical role in the regulation of ***,we investigated the role of the lncrNA growth arrest-specific 5(lncr-GAS5)in *** found that the enforced expression of lncr-GAS5 contributed to the development of atherosclerosis,which presented as increased plaque size and reduced collagen ***,impaired autophagy was observed,as shown by a decreased LC3II/LC3I protein ratio and an elevated P62 level in lncr-GAS5-overexpressing human aortic endothelial *** contrast,lncr-GAS5 knockdown promoted ***,serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 10(SrSF10)knockdown increased the LC3II/LC3I ratio and decreased the P62 level,thus enhancing the formation of autophagic vacuoles,autolysosomes,and ***,lncr-GAS5 regulated the downstream splicing factor SrSF10 to impair autophagy in the endothelium,which was reversed by the knockdown of *** results revealed that overexpression of the lncr-GAS5-targeted gene mir-193-5p promoted autophagy and autophagic vacuole accumulation by repressing its direct target gene,***,mir-193-5p overexpression decreased plaque size and increased collagen ***,these findings demonstrate that lncr-GAS5 partially contributes to atherogenesis and plaque instability by impairing endothelial *** conclusion,lncr-GAS5 overexpression arrested endothelial autophagy through the mir-193-5p/SrSF10 signaling ***,mir-193-5p/SrSF10 may serve as a novel treatment target for atherosclerosis.

Basalt fiber(BF)is widely applied in the construction industry to improve the mechanical properties of construction *** studies show that BF has the potential to further enhance its performance via a crystallization *** this work,the glass-ceramic basalt fibers(GCBFs)were prepared through nucleation and crystallization treatments according to the crystallization kinetics *** from Xrd and SEM show that GCBFs have main crystalline phases of diopside and Augite reach crystallinity of around 46%±10%.In particular,the GCBFs sample with the largest mean crystal size maintains the lowest tensile strength of~197 MPa(compared with the pristine BFs of~737 MPa).Moreover,the weight loss and ion dissolution of GCBFs were explored in seawater environments and it was investigated that,GCBFs have better anti-seawater corrosion than the pristine BFs and have the potential to apply in the marine industry.

A prestressed concrete containment vessel model was built at Sandia laboratories New Mexico at a scale of 1: 4. The structure was a scaled model of an existing vessel in Japan(Ohi-3). Ohi-3 is an 1 127 MWe Pressurized Water reactor plant operated by Kansai Electric Power Company. The structure of the vessel was composed of reinforced concrete prestressed by vertical and horizontal tendons, with a steel liner to guarantee its air tightness. As a participant in the International Standard Problem organized by the OECd, Electricite de France has performed nonlinear computations using it’s general purpose finite element code Codester(?)(***). The aim of these studies was to validate the capacities of the program to predict the mechanical degradation of prestressed concrete pressure containment vessels(PCCV).

Organic matter(OM)hosted pores are crucial for the storage and migration of petroleum in shale *** maturity and macerals type are important factors controlling the development of pores *** this study,six lacustrine shale samples with different thermal maturities from the first member of the Qingshankou Formation in the Songliao Basin,of which vitrinite reflectance(r_(o))ranging from 0.58% to 1.43%,were selected for a comparative *** electron microscopy(SEM)and reflected light microscopy were combined to investigate the development of organic pores in different macerals during thermal *** results show that alginite and liptodetrinite are the dominant primary macerals,followed by *** a few primary organic pores developed in the alginite at the lowest maturity(r_(o)=0.58%).As a result of petroleum generation,oil-prone macerals began to transform to initial-oil solid bitumen at the early oil window(r_(o)=0.73%)and shrinkage cracks were ***-oil solid bitumen cracked to oil,gas and post-oil bitumen by primary cracking(r_(o)=0.98%).Moreover,solid bitumen(SB)was found to be the dominant OM when r_(o)>0.98%,which indicates that SB is the product of oil-prone macerals *** secondary bubble pores were observed on SB,which formed by gas release,while devolatilization cracks developed on migrated ***,at the late oil window(ro?1.16%),migrated SB filled the interparticle pore *** further increase in temperature,the liquid oil underwent secondary cracking into pyrobitumen and gas,and spongy pores developed on the pyrobitumen at higher levels of maturity(ro=1.43%),which formed when pyrobitumen cracked into *** and inertinite are stable without any visible pores over the range of maturities,verifying their low petroleum generation *** addition,it was concluded that clay minerals could have a catalytic effect on the petroleum generation,which may explain why or

In order to decisively determine the adsorption selectivity of zirconium MOF(UiO-66) towards anionic versus cationic species, the adsorptive removal of the anionic dyes(Alizarin red S.(ArS), Eosin(E), Fuchsin Acid(FA)and Methyl Orange(MO)) and the cationic dyes(Neutral red(Nr), Fuchsin Basic(FB), Methylene Blue(MB),and Safranine T(ST)) has been evaluated. The results clearly reveal a significant selectivity towards anionic dyes. Such an observation agrees with a plethora of reports of UiO-66 superior affinity towards other anionic species(Floride, PO_4^(3-), diclofenac sodium, Methylchlorophenoxy-propionic acid, Phenols, CrO_4^(2-), SeO_3^(2-), and AsO_4^-). The adsorption process of ArS as an example has been optimized using the central composite design(CCd). The resultant statistical model indicates a crucial effect of both pH and sorbent mass. The optimum conditions were determined to be initial dye concentration 11.82 mg.L^(-1), adsorbent amount 0.0248 g, shaking time of 36 min and pH 2. The adsorption process proceeds via pseudo-second order kinetics(r^2= 0.999). The equilibrium data were fit to Langmuir and Tempkin models(r^2= 0.999 and 0.997 respectively). The results reveal an exceptional removal for the anionic dye(Alizarin red S.) with a record adsorption capacity of400 mg·g^(-1). The significantly high adsorption capacity of UiO-66 towards ArS adds further evidence to the recently reported exceptional performance of MOFs in pollutants removal from water.
