Ryanodine受体(ryanodine receptor,Ry R)是位于细胞内内质网/肌浆网膜上的钙离子释放通道蛋白。Ry R是由四个足状结构的亚单位组成的同源四聚体,每个亚单位大于550 k Da,四聚体的总分子量超过2 MDa,是迄今发现的内质网/肌浆网膜上最大的离子通道。哺乳动物有三种类型的Ry R,其中Ry R1主要分布在骨骼肌中,Ry R2首先发现于心肌,Ry R3主要在脑中有较多分布。Ry R钙离子释放通道在肌肉收缩、突触传递、激素分泌、蛋白折叠和程控性凋亡以及坏死等一系列以细胞功能为基础的生理过程中起着极其重要的作用,因而近些年在医学生物学和药学应用上都有极大的进展。该文就Ry R在机体中的分布、功能结构和调节因子等进行了介绍,其蛋白调节因子二氢吡啶受体(dihydropyridine receptor,DHPR)、钙调蛋白(Calmodulin)、隐钙素(calsequestrin)、FKBP(FK506-binding protein)家族蛋白和小分子调节因子咖啡因、离子等都是Ry R复合体行使细胞生理功能必不可少的因素。

Shortage of water is the key limiting factor for agricultural development of *** harvesting(RWH) could provide an alternative water source for greenhouse agriculture,but local natural and socioeconomic conditions challenge the application of the *** article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of different types of greenhouse RWH in Beijing,and describes a new greenhouse RWH system demonstrated in 2008 in Huairou,a suburb district of *** analyses the efficiency,cost-benefit ratios and limiting factors of the new *** results show that with the new system,RWH efficiency can be as high as 66%(of total rainfall) and the rainwater usage rate can reach 69% of total water *** ratio of benefit to cost of government investment can be 1.84,and the ratio of benefit to cost of a farmer's investment could be 1.68 provided the project is designed to save water and also increase ***,the price of groundwater for agriculture directly influences the potential for applying and scaling up the *** the RWH system does not increase the farmers' incomes at the current water price,they will not use it until the water price rises to a critical point,which is determined by external *** article also suggests a number of measures to increase the efficiency of the system in order to apply it on a large scale.

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of black soybean (BS) on the susceptibility of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in hypercholesterolemic New Zealand white rabbits. Effects of the BS extract (BSE) and its components on monocyte adhesion of human aortic endothelial cells (HAECs), and adhesion molecule were investigated. Rabbits were divided into four groups, including control, 0.5% cholesterol with 20% casein (either with or without 0.5% vitamin E), and BS groups, all fed for 8 weeks. LDL was treated with 10 μM Cu2+ in vitro to determine the LDL lag time, and the vitamin E content of LDL was determined. The thickness of the tunica intima was measured on paraffin sections of thoracic aortas and aortic arches stained with Movat’s pentachrome. HAECs were pretreated with 100 μg/ml of BSE, and 10 μM of genistein, daidzein, cyanidin, and aspirin for 18 h, followed by tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α (2 ng/ml) for 6 h, after which U937 cell adhesion was determined. Adhesion molecule expression was examined using ELISAs. The LDL lag time in the BS group was similar to that in the vitamin E group, while its lag time was significantly longer than those in the control and casein groups. The ratio of the intimal area/medial area of the aortic arch of the casein group was significantly higher than those in the control, BS, and vitamin E groups. The vitamin E group had the lowest value, and was closest to the control group. The BS group exhibited a significantly decreased atheroma region in the aortic arch compared to the casein group. Pre-incubation with BSE, genistein, daidzein, cyanidin, and aspirin significantly decreased adhesion by U937 monocytic cells to TNF-α stimulated HAECs. Genistein, daidzein, cyanidin, and aspirin significantly suppressed the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM)-1. Napier grass （Pennisetum purpureum Schumach）, a C4 tropical plant, has high dry matter productivity and sustainability without the need for renovating every year due to good overwintering ability and the absence of serious pathogens or insects injury. This grass is suitable for multipurpose use, providing forage, bioethanol feedstock and phytoremediation of cadmium （Cd） contaminated soil in Kyushu, Japan. When two cultivars of Napier grass （Wruk wona, WK and Merkeron, ME） were grown in Cd-contaminated soils, dry matter yield and the concentration and uptake of herbage Cd were higher in WK than in ME, and soil Cd concentration was reduced by 14% in a single season of cultivation. A dwarf variety of late-heading type （DL）, Napier grass had superior sustainability for more than 5 years in Miyazaki, Japan, and has gradually increased in cultivation areas for both cut-and-carry and grazing herbage production in cooperation with regional communities. Through the extension in several Kyushu areas, DL Napier grass required temperatures above -6.2 ~C for sustainability in winter, based on its threshold response to the lethal minimum temperature. DL Napier grass pasture can be utilized by grazing beef cattle even in early spring with temperate Italian ryegrass inter-sown into its inter-row spaces. Organic digested animal manure or sun-dried leguminous leaves as green manure can replace chemical fertilizers to reduce energy consumption and allow comparable productivity.
