BACKGROUND:To predict the incidence of stress ulcer among multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）patients,which can provide basis for ***:Clinical data of two hundred and sixty-two patients who conform to the MODS diagnosis criterionadmitted to our EICU from August 2008 to August 2012 was investigated in the retrospective *** MODS patients were evaluated with MODS score criterion of *** to the diagnosis criterion of stress ulcer,the stress ulcer was *** between the score with incidence of stress ulcer was studied by rank *** ability of MODS score to predict the incidence of stress ulcer was estimated with *** critical value was obtained by Youden *** Correlation coefficient was 0.693（P<0.01）.The area under the ROC was0.793（P<0.01）.The optimization critical value to predict the incidence of stress ulcer was ***:The incidences of stress ulcer can be predicted by MODS score to some *** ulcer prophylaxis is necessary when the MODS score is above 9.

Correlation between serum cystatin C and cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum cystatin C(CysC) and cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy(CAN) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods From April 2017 to October 2018,386 T2 DM patients were selected from the Department of Endocrinology of the General hospital of Eastern Theater *** to the standard cardiovascular reflex test(CARTs),the patients were divided into simple T2 DM group(T2 DM,n=166) and T2 DM combined with CAN group(CAN,n=220).Serum Cys-C levels were measured and CAN was determined by CARTs.
