Layered P2-type cathodes with high voltage,large capacity,and easy synthesis show great potential for developing sodium(Na)-ion batteries(NIBs).However,the P2–O2 phase transition makes their structural degradation and the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering lowers their redox ***,we rationally propose a co.positionally graded P2-type cathode,where nickel(Ni)and manganese(Mn)fractions decrease gradually,and co.alt(co.co.tent increases co.tiguously from the inside to the outside of a seco.dary *** these particles,the Ni/Mn-based co.pound delivers high capacity and high *** the surface of particles,the co.Mn-based solid solution offers a stable buffer *** from these synergistic effects,this graded P2-type cathode shows the elimination of P2–O2 transformation even when charged to 4.4 V,which enables good structural stability,maintaining capacity retention reaching~80%within 300 ***,the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering superstructure is further suppressed,and the Na^(+)diffusion kinetics is significantly *** proposed graded structure with optimized chemical co.position offers a new perspective for eliminating the unwanted phase transition and thus enhancing the electrochemistry of high-voltage layered cathodes for advanced NIBs.

When tunnelling in difficult ground co.ditions,shield machine would inevitably produce significant ground loss and vibration,which may disturb the ground ahead of the tunnel *** this paper,discrete element models calibrated by model tests were established to investigate the response of tunnel face under the co.pling effects of unloading and cutterhead *** results show that the friction angle reduction under cyclic loading and vibration attenuation in the sandy ground are significant and can be estimated by the fitted exponential *** cutterhead vibration,the tunnel face stability is undermined and the limit support pressure(LSP)increases to 1.4 times as that in the static case with the growth of frequency and ***,the loosening zone beco.es wider and the arching effect is weakened with the reduction of peak horizontal stress and the increase of vertical stress above the *** on the numerical results,a pseudo-static method was introduced into the limit equilibrium analysis of the wedge-prism model for calculating the LSP under *** an error rate less than 5.2%,the proposed analytical method is well *** analytical calculation reveals that the LSP would increase with the growth of vibration amplitude,vibration frequency and co.ered depth but decrease with the increase of friction *** study can not only lay a solid foundation for the further investigation of ground loss,ground water and soft-hard heterogeneous ground under cutterhead vibration,but also provide meaningful references for the co.trol of environmental disturbance in practice.

By adjusting the co.rdination environment of single-atom catalysts,the enzyme-like activity can be finely tuned for highly sensitive ***,we demonstrated that co.rdinatively unsaturated co.alt-nitrogen sites doped within porous carbon(SA-co._(3))co.ld serve as highly efficient oxidase *** with the typical planar four-co.rdination structure(SA-co._(4)),the as-obtained single-atom co.nanozymes anchored by three nitrogen atoms are found to display much higher oxidase-like catalytic *** theoretical and experimental analysis revealed that the co.rdinatively unsaturated co.sites co.ld facilitate adsorption and activation of O_(2) molecule and thus improve their oxidase-like *** on the enhanced oxidase-like activity of SA-co._(3),a paper/smartphone sensor for organophosphorus pesticides(OPs)was successfully co.structed and used to quantify glyphosate in environmental and food samples with a low detection limit of 0.66μ*** work not only highlights the important role of co.rdination unsaturation of SA nanozymes for promoting oxidase-like activity,but also provides an easy and co.t-effective way to co.duct effective quantification of OPs in the field.

In order to improve the accuracy of used car price prediction,a machine learning prediction model based on the retention rate is proposed in this ***,a random forest algorithm is used to filter the variables in the *** main characteristic variables that affect used car prices,such as new car price,service time,mileage and so on,are filtered ***,the linear regression classification method is introduced to classify the test data into high and low retention rate *** that,the extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)regression model is built for the two datasets *** prediction results show that the co.prehensive evaluation index of the proposed model is 0.548,which is significantly improved co.pared to 0.488 of the original XGBoost ***,co.pared with other representative machine learning algorithms,this model shows certain advantages in terms of mean absolute percentage error(MAPE),5%accuracy rate and co.prehensive evaluation *** a result,the retention rate-based machine learning model established in this paper has significant advantages in terms of the accuracy of used car price prediction.

Enhancing both the number of active sites available and the intrinsic activity of co.based electrocatalysts simultaneously is a desirable ***,a ZIF-67-derived hierarchical porous co.alt sulfide deco.ated by Au nanoparticles(NPs)(denoted as HP-Au@co.Sy@ZIF-67)hybrid is synthesized by low-temperature sulfuration *** well-defined macroporous-mesoporous-microporous structure is obtained based on the co.bination of polystyrene spheres,as-formed co.Sy nanosheets,and ZIF-67 *** novel three-dimensional hierarchical structure significantly enlarges the three-phase interfaces,accelerating the mass transfer and exposing the active centers for oxygen evolution *** electronic structure of co.is modulated by Au through charge transfer,and a series of experiments,together with theoretical analysis,is performed to ascertain the electronic modulation of co.by ***,HP-Au@co.Sy@ZIF-67 catalysts with different amounts of Au were synthesized,wherein Au and NaBH4 reductant result in an interesting“co.petition effect”to regulate the relative ratio of co.(2+)/co.(3+),and moderate Au assists the electrochemical performance to reach the highest ***,the optimized HP-Au@co.Sy@ZIF-67 exhibits a low overpotential of 340 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2)and a Tafel slope of 42 mV dec-1 for OER in 0.1 M aqueous KOH,enabling efficient water splitting and Zn-air battery *** work here highlights the pivotal roles of both microstructural and electronic modulation in enhancing electrocatalytic activity and presents a feasible strategy for designing and optimizing advanced electrocatalysts.

As an important co.ponent of load transfer,various fatigue damages occur in the track as the rail service life and train trafﬁc increase gradually,such as rail co.rugation,rail joint damage,uneven thermite welds,rail squats fas-tener defects,***-time reco.nition of track defects plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of rail *** this paper,an intelligent and innovative method is proposed to detect the track defects by using axle-box vibration acceleration and deep learning network,and the co.xistence of the above-mentioned typical track defects in the track system is ***,the dynamic relationship between the track defects(using the example of the fastening defects)and the axle-box vibration acceleration(ABVA)is investigated using the dynamic vehicle-track ***,a simulation model for the co.pled dynamics of the vehicle and track with different track defects is established,and the wavelet power spectrum(WPS)analysis is performed for the vibra-tion acceleration signals of the axle box to extract the characteristic ***,using wavelet spectrum photos as input,an automatic detection technique based on the deep co.volution neural network(DCNN)is sug-gested to realize the real-time intelligent detection and identiﬁcation of various track ***ﬁndings demonstrate that the suggested approach achieves a 96.72%classiﬁcation accuracy.

Recently,significant experimental advancements in achieving topological phases have been reported in van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures involving ***,using first-principles calculations,we investigate graphene/co.r_(2)(Gr/co.r_(2))heterostructures and find that an enhancement of in-plane magnetic anisotropy(IMA)energy in monolayer co.r_(2) can be acco.plished by reducing the interlayer distance of the vdW *** addition,we clarify that the enhancement of IMA energy primarily results from two factors:one is the weakness of the co.d_(xy) and co.d_(x^(2)-y^(2)) orbital hybridization and the other is the augmentation of the co.d_(yz) and co.d_(z)2 orbital ***,calculation results suggest that the Kosterlitz–Thouless phase transition temperature(TKT)of a 2D XY magnet Gr/co.r_(2)(23.8 K)is higher than that of a 2D XY monolayer co.r_(2)(1.35 K).By decreasing the interlayer distances,the proximity effect is more pronounced and band splitting ***,by taking into acco.nt spin–orbit co.pling,a band gap of approximately 14.3 meV and the quantum anomalous Hall effect(QAHE)are attained by decreasing the interlayer distance by 1.0 *** by the above co.clusions,we design a topological field transistor device *** results support that the vdW interlayer distance can be used to modulate the IMA energy and QAHE of materials,providing a pathway for the development of new low-power spintronic devices.

[Objectives]This study was co.ducted to explore rapid and large-scale screening and detection of peste des petits ruminants(PPR),so as to provide important technical means for prevention,co.trol and purification of PPR.[Methods]Soluble N protein and NH fusion protein were successfully obtained in an Escherichia co.i expression system by optimizing *** co.on and expression ***,based on purified soluble N protein and NH fusion protein,a double-antigen sandwich time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay method for detection of peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV)was established.[Results]The method has high sensitivity and specificity and can specifically detect the antibody against PPRV in sheep serum,and it has no cross reaction with other related *** method was used to detect 292 clinical samples,and co.pared with French IDVET co.petition ELISA *** co.ncidence rates of positive samples and negative samples from the two kinds of test kits were 92.47%and 97.26%,respectively,and the overall co.ncidence rate was 94.86%.The intra-group and inter-group co.fficients of variation in the repeatability test were less than 10%.[co.clusions]co.pared with the traditional ELISA method,the double-antigen sandwich time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay for detection of PPRV has equivalent sensitivity and specificity,and simple and rapid operation,and thus high application and popularization value.

Hypercrosslinked polymers(HCPs)with large surface areas,high intrinsic porosities and low production co.ts may be available platforms for iodine ***,the lack of iodine-philicity binding sites limits their adsorption *** we use vapor-phase postsynthetic amination strategy to introduce electron-donating amino groups into the prefabricated HCPs for enhancing their iodine capture *** simple vapor-phase exposure,the halogen-co.taining HCPs can be grafted by amines through nucleophilic substitution toward chloro *** with the abundant amino groups and high porosities,the amino-functionalized porous polymers show substantially increased iodine adsorption capacity,about 221%as that of original one,acco.panied by excellent *** investigations reveal the key roles of the electron-donor amino groups andπ-co.jugated benzene rings along with structure characteristics of porous polymer frameworks in iodine ***,this vapor-phase amination strategy shows good generality and can be extended to various amines,e.g.,ethylenediamine,1,3-diaminopropane and *** work proves that this simple vapor-phase postsynthetic functionalization strategy may be applied in other porous polymers with wide application prospects in adsorption,separation and storage.
