The rapid discharge of cuttings from the air cushion chamber is crucial for the co.struction safety and excavation efficiency of the slurry *** studies have mainly focused on the transport characteristics of cuttings in the slurry discharge pipe,while the co.plete process of cuttings entering the slurry discharge pipe from the air cushion chamber until they are discharged was often *** on the CFD-DEM co.pling method and co.bined with actual engineering,this paper established a numerical model that can more co.pletely reflect the cuttings discharge process during slurry shield tunneling,and the effects of the slurry velocity at slurry gate and sco.ring pipes,inclination angle of slurry discharge pipe,cuttings diameter and shape co.fficient were investigated by analyzing the variation in the mass flow rate,mass of discharged cuttings,and discharged *** results revealed that increasing the slurry velocity can promote the discharge of *** keep the discharged rate at a high level,it is reco.mended that the slurry velocity at the slurry gate should be greater than 0.15 m/*** the inclination angle of the discharge pipe is co.ducive to the rapid discharge of *** with large diameter or small shape co.fficient are more prone to accumulate in the air cushion chamber and cause clogging *** research results not only help to improve engineers'understanding of cuttings discharge in slurry shield,but also provide practical guidance for formulating relevant co.struction measures.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have shown great potential in the fields of wearable devices,co.sumer electronics,and electric vehicles due to their high level of safety,low co.t,and multiple electron *** layered cathode materials of ZIBs hold a stable structure during charge and discharge reactions owing to the ultrafast and straightforward(de)intercalation-type storage mechanism of Zn^(2+)ions in their tunable interlayer spacing and their abilities to acco.modate other guest ions or ***,the challenges of inadequate energy density,dissolution of active materials,unco.trollable byproducts,increased internal pressure,and a large de-solvation penalty have been deemed an obstacle to the development of *** this review,recent strategies on the structure regulation of layered materials for aqueous zinc-ion energy storage devices are systematically ***,critical science challenges and future outlooks are proposed to guide and promote the development of advanced cathode materials for ZIBs.

This study presents a detailed investigation into the soil arching effects within deep foundation pits(DFPs),focusing on their mechanical behavior and implications for structural *** rigorous 3D finite element modeling and parameter sensitivity analyses,the research explores the formation,geometric characteristics,and spatial distribution of soil arching *** investigation enco.passes the influence of key parameters such as elastic modulus,co.esion,and internal friction angle on the soil arching *** findings reveal that soil arching within DFPs exhibits distinct spatial characteristics,with the prominent arch axis shifting as excavation depth *** soil arching is observed when the pile spacing approximates three times the pile diameter,enhancing soil retention and minimizing deformation *** analyses highlight the significant impact of soil parameters on soil arching behavior,undersco.ing the critical role of co.esive forces and internal friction angles in shaping arching *** elucidating the interplay between soil parameters and soil arching effects,the research provides insights for optimizing pile spacing and structural stability.

A suitable channel structure can lead to efficient gas distribution and significantly improve the power density of fuel *** this study,the influence of two channel design parameters is investigated,namely,the ratio of the channel width to the bipolar plate ridge width(i.e.,the channel ridge ratio)and the channel *** impact of these parameters is evaluated with respect to the flow pattern,the gas co.position distribution,the temperature field and the fuel cell output *** results show that a decrease in the channel ridge ratio and an increase in the channel depth can effectively make the distributions of velocity,temperature and co.centration more uniform in each channel and improve the output capability of the fuel *** increase in the channel ridge ratio and depth obviously reduces the flow resistance and improves the flow characteristics.

Basin-type insulator often has small cracks due to stress *** current method cannot accurately reflect the stress co.dition of the insulator to find the stress co.centration *** solve these problems,a method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress(δ_(1) andδ_(2))within different depth ranges in a basin-type insulator is proposed based on critically refracted longitudinal(LCR)***,the aco.stoelastic equation characterising the relationship between the variation of LCR wave propagation time and the plane stress was ***,the propagation characteristics of LCR wave in epoxy resin samples were ***,the stress distribution within different depth ranges of the insulator subjected to hydraulic load was measured using the proposed method,including direction(θ),δ_(1) andδ_(2).The results show that the magnitude of the stress alone cannot accurately characterise the stress *** with equal distances to the centre have similar stress magnitudes,but their directions are not the *** increasing depth,θremains essentially unchanged at the same location,whileδ1 andδ2 decrease,and the rate of decrease varies at different *** the measured and simulated data,the results showed that they were in good agreement,and the maximum errors of stress value andθwere 0.69 MPa and 2.97°,respectively,which co.firmed the feasibility and accuracy of the stress detection in the proposed method.

So far,a clear understanding about the relationship of variable energy band structure with the co.responding charge-discharge process of energy storage materials is still ***,using optical spectrosco.y(red-green-blue(RGB)value,reflectivity,transmittance,UV-vis,XPS,UPS)to studyα-co.OH)_(2) electrode working in KOH electrolyte as the research object,we provide direct experimental evidence that:(1)The intercalation of OH-ions will reduce the valence/co.duction band(VB and CB)and band gap energy(Eg)values;(2)The deintercalation of OH-ions co.responds with the reversion of VB,CB and E_(g) to the initial values;(3)The co.or of co.OH)_(2) electrode also exhibit regular variations in RGB value during the charge-discharge process.

In this study,we proposed a reco.nition method based on deep artificial neural networks to identify various elements in pipelines and instrumentation diagrams(P&ID)in image formats,such as symbols,texts,and ***,the P&ID image format is reco.nized manually,and there is a problem with a high reco.nition error rate;therefore,automation of the above process is an important issue in the processing plant *** China National Offshore Petrochemical Engineering *** the image set used in this study,which co.tains 51 P&ID drawings in the *** co.verted the PDF P&ID drawings to PNG P&IDs with an image size of 8410×*** addition,we used labeling software to annotate the images,divided the dataset into training and test sets in a 3:1 ratio,and deployed a deep neural network for *** method proposed in this study is divided into three *** first step segments the images and reco.nizes symbols using YOLOv5+*** seco.d step determines text regions using character region awareness for text detection,and performs character reco.nition within the text region using the optical character reco.nition *** third step is pipeline reco.nition using YOLOv5+*** symbol reco.nition accuracy was 94.52%,and the recall rate was 93.27%.The reco.nition accuracy in the text positioning stage was 97.26%and the recall rate was 90.27%.The reco.nition accuracy in the character reco.nition stage was 90.03%and the recall rate was 91.87%.The pipeline identification accuracy was 92.9%,and the recall rate was 90.36%.

To clarify the electromagnetic,vibration,and loss characteristics of the internal co.ponents of a co.verter transformer under DC bias co.ditions and their influencing mechanisms,a series of studies are co.ducted using the finite element method and model *** paper quantifies the influence of different DC co.tents on the magnetic flux density,force,and displacement distribution characteristics of the iron co.e and winding and analyzes the internal relationship between various *** inflection point of the DC bias co.fficient on the vibration is obtained and the co.tribution mechanism of the different responses of the iron co.e and winding to this inflection point is *** value of the DC bias co.fficient for changing the main vibration frequency is *** the DC bias co.fficient is 1.0 and 1.5,the main frequency of vibration moves to the right to 250 Hz and 350 *** on the principle of similarity,a DC bias vibration experimental platform for co.verter transformers is developed,and DC bias magnetic experiments are co.ducted to verify the reliability of the simulation results.
