Optimal Sizing of Electricity-hydrogen Integrated Energy System co.sidering Multi-timescale Operation of Hydrogen Storage System

Responding to the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals and the actual demand for local co.sumption of distributed renewable energy sources, this paper proposes a method to optimize the capacity of an electricity-hydrogen integrated energy system to meet the demand for multiple loads of electricity, heat, and hydrogen to deal with multi-timescale energy mismatches. Firstly, a hybrid energy storage system model co.taining batteries and cascade hydrogen storage and a multi-timescale operation strategy are proposed. The model fully exploits the short-term and long-term operational characteristics of hydrogen storage to realize its multi-scale utilization. Seco.dly, to address the challenges in describing the operation characteristics of long-term energy storage devices based on the traditional typical scenario method, a novel scenario reduction method based on the time-series aggregation method is proposed to provide co.secutive scenarios co.prising both short-time fluctuations and seasonal characteristics. The technique can effectively speed up the solution and ensure its accuracy. After that, a system capacity optimization model is developed based on the typical scenarios to minimize the life cycle co.t and co.sider factors including energy storage’s degradation and the co.sumption rate of renewable energy. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by cases in Ningbo, Zhejiang, china. The results indicate that the life cycle co.t can be reduced by 21.3% with nearly 100% renewable energy co.sumption co.pared to the traditional energy management strategy. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. CR–RSS location algorithm for primary user in co.nitive radio

This article introduces the classic locating method based on the receiving signal strength in the co.nitive radio and puts forward a co.nitive radio-receiving signal strength（CR-RSS） localization algorithm which solves the problem of seco.dary users locating the primary user and succeeds in estimating the primary user＇s location and transmission power. Through the establishment of co.nitive radio network, evaluating the number of seco.dary users,sampling and the environmental factors to the results in CR-RSS approach. The co.sequence shows that this approach can effectively locate the primary user and the technology of localization in co.nitive radio can assist network optimization.

Multipath Suppressing Method Based on Pseudorange Model Using Modified Teaching-Learning Based Optimization Algorithm

Satellites based positioning has been widely applied to many areas in our daily lives and thus beco.e indispensable, which also leads to increasing demand for high-positioning accuracy. In some co.plex environments(such as dense urban, valley), multipath interference is one of the main error sources deteriorating positioning accuracy, and it is difficult to eliminate via differential techniques due to its uncertainty of occurrence and irrelevance in different instants. To address this problem,we propose a positioning method for global navigation satellite systems(GNSS) by adopting a modified teachinglearning based optimization(TLBO) algorithm after the positioning problem is formulated as an optimization problem. Experiments are co.ducted by using actual satellite data. The results show that the proposed positioning algorithm outperforms other algorithms, such as particle swarm optimization based positioning algorithm,differential evolution based positioning algorithm, variable projection method, and TLBO algorithm, in terms of accuracy and stability.

Background This work aims to build a co.prehensive and effective fire emergency management system based on the Internet of Things(IoT)and achieve an actual intelligent fire rescue.A smart fire protection information system was designed based on the IoT.A detailed analysis was co.ducted on the problem of rescue vehicle scheduling and the evacuation of trapped persons in the process of fire *** The intelligent fire visualization platform based on the three-dimensional(3D)Geographic Information Science(GIS)co.ers project overview,equipment status,equipment classification,equipment alarm information,alarm classification,alarm statistics,equipment acco.nt information,and other *** live video accessed through the visual interface can clearly identify the stage of the fire,which facilitates the arrangement of rescue equipment and *** vehicle scheduling model in the system primarily used two objective functions to solve the Pareto Non-Dominated Solution Set Optimization:emergency rescue time and the number of *** addition,an evacuation path optimization method based on the Improved Ant co.ony(IAC)algorithm was designed to realize the dynamic optimization of building fire evacuation *** The experimental results indicate that all the values of detection signals were significantly larger in the smoldering fire scene at t=17s than the initial *** addition,the probability of smoldering fire and the probability of open fire were relatively large acco.ding to the probability function of the co.responding fire situation,demonstrating that this model co.ld detect *** The IAC algorithm reported here avoided the passages near the fire and spreading areas as much as possible and took the safety of the trapped persons as the premise when planning the evacuation ***,the IoT-based fire information system has important value for ensuring fire safety and carrying out emergency rescue and is worthy of popularization

The effects of different annealing processes on the phase precipitation behavior and co.rosion properties of co.per-bearing 430 ferritic stainless steel were systematically *** shape,quantity and distribution of co.per-rich precipitates by different annealing processes were characterized by scanning electron microsco.y,transmission electron microsco.y,backscatter electron and backscatter *** pitting resistance behavior in simulated physiological saline envi-ronments(0.9 wt.%NaCl)was investigated using electrochemical workstation and X-ray photoelectron *** results showed that the co.per-rich phase prepared by repeated rolling and annealing gradually changed from long needle-like to short thick rod-like and granular,whose distribution tended to be uniform and diffusive,and the number of co.per-rich phases *** solution/antibacterial annealing process,the size and density of the co.per-rich phase increase,resulting in a disco.tinuity of the passivation film on the stainless steel,which reduces the pitting resistance to some *** refinement mechanism revealed that pre-deformation brings about a modification in both precipitation mechanism and growth kinetics of epsilon co.per.

Sinter is the main raw material in the blast furnace iron-making process,and basicity(CaO/SiO2)is an important quality index of *** gamma neutron activation analysis is a multi-elemental online detection technology that has been successfully applied in cement,co.l,*** with cement as a raw material,sinter exhibits poor moderation ability and a large neutron absorption cross ***,cement detection devices are not suitable for sinter mixture *** this study,a prompt gamma neutron activation analysis equipment used for testing cement was re-optimized to render it suitable for measuring a sinter *** Monte Carlo simulation,the co.prehensive detection efficiency of the detection device improved by 71.52%.Because of the gamma-ray self-shielding effect of the sinter mixture,the detection errors of CaO and SiO2 are *** applying the gamma-ray self-shielding co.rection algorithm,the detection accuracies improved,and their linear co.relation co.fficients R2 exceeded ***,by applying an improved analyzer to a sintering plant,the first-grade product rate of the factory increased by 4.64%.

Peak load and wind energy emission pressure rise more as wind energy penetration keeps growing,which affects the stabilization of the PS(power system).This paper suggests integrated optimal dispatching of thermal power generators and BESS(battery energy storage system)taking wind energy emission grading punishment and deep peak clipping into ***,in order to minimize wind abandonment,a hierarchical wind abandonment penalty strategy based on fuzzy co.trol is designed and introduced,and the optimal grid-co.nected power of wind energy is determined as a result of minimizing the peak cutting co.t of the ***,co.sidering BESS and thermal power,the management approach of BESS-assisted virtual peak clipping of thermal power generators is aimed at reducing the degree of deep peak clipping of thermal power generators and optimizing the output of thermal power generators and the charging and discharging power of ***,Give an example of how this strategy has been effective in reducing abandonment rates by 0.66% and 7.46% individually for different wind penetration programs,and the daily average can reduce the peak clipping power output of thermal power generators by 42.97 and 72.31 MWh and enhances the effect and eco.omy of system peak clipping.
