[Objectives]To establish the quality standard for Zijinbiao.[Methods]Microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification,and thin-layer chromatography(TLC)were used to qualitatively identify *** moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and alcohol-soluble extract content were *** content of Plumbagin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).[Results]Microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification and thin layer identification features were *** moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and extract content of the 15 batches of samples were 7.49%-11.84%,2.43%-5.81%,0.59%-3.18%and 13.80%-20.45%,*** linear equation of Plumbagin was Y=38094X,R^(2)=*** had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01-0.53 mg/mL.[Conclusions]This method is specific and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Zijinbiao.

[Objectives]To establish quality standards for traditional Yi medicine of the Anaphalis margaritacea.[Methods]The original plants,traits,identification and TLC was used to identify *** *** content,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract were checked according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition).The content of 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid was determined by HPLC.[Results]The microscopic identification features are obvious,epidermal cells,stomata,non-glandular hairs,annular vessel,conduit wood fiber,pollen grains,starch grains,calcium oxalate clusters were observed,*** showed clear spots and good *** extract content of acid-insoluble ash aqueous solution in 16 batches of samples was 5.22%-9.33%,6.79%-14.47%,0.39%-3.30%,20.49%-32.93%,respectively.3,5-O-dicafeylquinic acid showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R^(2)=1.0),whose average recoveries were 99.11%with the RSD of 1.35%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method adopted was reasonable and feasible,and could be used for quality control of ***.

Advancements in microscale electrode technology have revolutionized the field of neuroscience and clinicalapplications by offering high temporal and spatial resolution of recording and stimulation. Flexible neural probes, withtheir mechanical compliance to brain tissue, have been shown to be superior to rigid devices in terms of stability andlongevity in chronic recordings. Shuttle devices are commonly used to assist flexible probe implantation;however, theprotective membrane of the brain still makes penetration difficult. Hidden damage to brain vessels duringimplantation is a significant risk. Inspired by the anatomy of the mosquito mouthparts, we present a biomimeticneuroprobe system that integrates high-sensitivity sensors with a high-fidelity multichannel flexible electrode *** customizable system achieves distributed and minimally invasive implantation across brain regions. Mostimportantly, the system’s nonvisual monitoring capability provides an early warning detection for intracranial softtissues, such as vessels, reducing the potential for injury during implantation. The neural probe system demonstratesexceptional sensitivity and adaptability to environmental stimuli, as well as outstanding performance in postoperativeand chronic recordings. These findings suggest that our biomimetic neural-probe device offers promising potential forfuture applications in neuroscience and brain-machine interfaces.

Fruit with stripes,which are generally longitudinal,can occur naturally,but the bioprocesses underlying this phenomenon are ***,we observed an atypical anthocyanin distribution that caused red-striped fruit on the spontaneous pear bud sport“Red Zaosu”(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.).In this study,comparative transcriptome analysis of the sport and wild-type“Zaosu”revealed that this atypical anthocyanin accumulation was tightly correlated with abnormal overexpression of the gene-encoding gibberellin(GA)2-beta-dioxygenase 8,***,decreased methylation was also observed in the promoter region of PbGA2ox8 from“Red Zaosu”compared with“Zaosu”.Moreover,the GA levels in“Red Zaosu”seedlings were lower than those in“Zaosu”seedlings,and the application of exogenous GA4 reduced abnormal anthocyanin accumulation in“Red Zaosu”.Transient overexpression of PbGA2ox8 reduced the GA4 level and caused anthocyanin accumulation in pear fruit ***,the presence of red stripes indicated anthocyanin accumulation in the hypanthial epidermal layer near vascular branches(VBs)in“Red Zaosu”.Transient overexpression of PbGA2ox8 resulting from vacuum infiltration induced anthocyanin accumulation preferentially in calcium-enriched areas near the vascular bundles in pear *** propose a fruit-striping mechanism,in which the abnormal overexpression of PbGA2ox8 in“Red Zaosu”induces the formation of a longitudinal array of anthocyanin stripes near vascular bundles in fruit.

LIN28 is an RNA binding protein with important roles in early embryo development,stem cell differentiation/re-programming,tumorigenesis and *** studies have focused mainly on its role in the cytosol where it interacts with Let-7 microRNA precursors or mRNAs,and few have addressed LIN28's role within the ***,we show that LIN28 displays dynamic temporal and spatial expression during murine embryo *** LIN28 expression drops upon exit from the 2-cell stage,and zygotic LIN28 protein is induced at the forming nucleolus during 4-cell to blas-tocyst stage development,to become dominantly expressed in the cytosol after *** cultured pluripotent stem cells(PSCs),loss of LIN28 led to nucleolar stress and activation of a 2-cell/4-cell-like transcriptional program characterized by the expression of endogenous retrovirus ***,LIN28 binds to small nucleolar RNAs and rRNA to maintain nucleolar integrity,and its loss leads to nucleolar phase separation defects,ribosomal stress and activation of P53 which in turn binds to and activates 2C transcription factor ***28 also resides in a complex containing the nucleolar factor Nucleolin(NCL)and the transcrip-tional repressor TRIM28,and LIN28 loss leads to reduced occupancy of the NCL/TRIM28 complex on the Dux and rDNA loci,and thus de-repressed Dux and reduced rRNA ***28 knockout cells with nucleolar stress are more likely to assume a slowly cycling,translationally inert and anabolically inactive state,which is a part of previously unappreciated 2C-like transcriptional *** findings elucidate novel roles for nucleolar LIN28 in PSCs,and a new mechanism linking 2C program and nucleolar functions in PSCs and early embryo development.

[Objectives]The quality of Lycium ruthenicum *** different producing areas was studied.[Methods]The content of proanthocyanidins(UV spectrophotometry),water-soluble vitamins(VB 2,VB 6,VB 12,Vc,niacinamide,and folic acid)),fat-soluble vitamins(VD,and VK 1)(high performance liquid chromatography),and trace elements Cu,Zn,and Fe(flame atomic absorption method)in *** from Ejin Banner of Inner Mongolia,Nuomuhong of Qinghai and Korla of Xinjiang were measured.[Results]The content of proanthocyanidins,VB 2,nicotinamide and VB 12 in *** from Ejin Banner was higher,and the content of Vc,VB 6,Cu,Zn,VD and VK 1 in *** from Nuomuhong was higher,while the content of folic acid and Fe in *** from Korla was *** proanthocyanidin content of *** from Ejin Banner was the highest,so it is an ideal plant for extracting proanthocyanidins.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for the research,development and utilization of *** from Nuomuhong,Ejin Banner and Korla.
