L_(ν) operator is an important extrinsic differential operator of divergence type and has profound geometric *** this paper,we consider the clamped plate problem of L_(ν)^(2)operator on a bounded domain of the complete Riemannian manifolds.A general formula of eigenvalues of L_(ν)^(2) operator is *** this general formula,we obtain some estimates for the eigenvalues with higher order on the complete Riemannian *** several fascinating applications,we discuss this eigenvalue problem on the complete translating solitons,minimal submanifolds on the Euclidean space,submanifolds on the unit sphere and projective *** particular,we get a universal inequality with respect to the L_(II) operator on the translating ***,it is very difficult to get universal inequalities for weighted Laplacian and even Laplacian on the complete Riemannian ***,this work can be viewed as a new contribution to universal estimate.

Chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)is a common adult *** the acute phase of the disease and the adverse effects of anti-cancer treatments can lead to a poor *** N6-methyladenine(m^(6)A)modification plays an important regulatory role in various physiological and pathological ***1429 is a known m^(6)A regulator,but the biological role of KIAA1429 in CML is *** this study,we observed that the m^(6)A levels and KIAA1429 expression were significantly up-regulated in patients with blast phase ***,KIAA1429 regulated the total level of RNA m^(6)A modification in the CML cells and promoted the malignant biological behaviors of CML cells,including proliferation,migration,and imatinib *** KIAA1429 in CML cells reduced the stability of RAB27B mRNA through the m^(6)A/YTHDF1 axis,consequently inhibiting CML proliferation and drug efflux,ultimately increasing the sensitivity of CML cells to ***,the knockdown of RAB27B also inhibited the proliferation and drug resistance of CML cells and promoted their ***,a recently developed anti-cancer agent,suppressed the expression of KIAA1429 and CML cell proliferation and promoted cell *** also inhibited the tumorigenesis of CML cells in *** combined use of rucaparib and imatinib enhanced the sensitivity of CML cells to *** study provides evidence that elevated KIAA1429 expression in the blast phase of CML enhances the stability of RAB27B mRNA through the m^(6)A/YTHDF1 axis to up-regulate RAB27B expression,thereby promoting CML *** exerts inhibitory effects on KIAA1429 expression and thus reduces CML progression.

As an important atmospheric circulation system in the mid-high latitudes of East Asia,the Northeast China cold vortex(NCCV)substantially influences weather and climate in this *** far,systematic assessment on the performance of numerical prediction of the NCCVs has not been carried *** on the Beijing climate Centre(BCC)and the ECMWF model hindcast and forecast data that participated in the Sub-seasonal to Seasonal(S2S)Prediction Project,this study systematically examines the performance of both models in simulating and forecasting the NCCVs at the sub-seasonal *** results demonstrate that the two models can effectively capture the seasonal variations in the intensity,active days,and spatial distribution of NCCVs;however,the duration of NCCVs is shorter and the intensity is weaker in the models than in the *** analysis shows that the differences in the intensity and location of the East Asian subtropical westerly jet and the wave train pattern from North Atlantic to East Asia may be responsible for the deficient simulation of NCCV events in the S2S ***,in the deterministic forecasts,BCC and ECMWF provide skillful prediction on the anomalous numbers of NCCV days and intensity at a lead time of 4-5(5-6)pentads,and the skill limit of the ensemble mean is 1-2 pentads longer than that of individual *** the probabilistic forecasts of daily NCCV activities,BCC and ECMWF exhibit a forecasting skill of approximately 7 and 11 days,respectively;both models show seasonal dependency in the simulation performance and forecast skills of NCCV events,with better performance in winter than in *** results from this study provide helpful references for further improvement of the S2S prediction of NCCVs.

Benzene is a typical component of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the iron ore sintering flue *** combustion behavior of benzene directly affects the emission of VOCs in iron ore sintering *** effects of temperature,benzene,and oxygen concentrations on the conversion ratio of benzene were investigated by experiments and numerical *** experiments were carried out in a tube reactor at temperatures of 773-1098 K,benzene concentrations of 0.01-0.03 vol.%,and oxygen concentrations of 10-21 vol.%.The numerical simulation was performed with the plug flow model in the CHEMKIN program based on a kinetic model that consists of 132 chemical species and 772 elementary step-like *** experimental results reveal that increasing the temperature and benzene concentration could signifi-cantly promote benzene *** is attributed to the increase in the reaction rates of all steps in the pathway for forming CO_(2)and H_(2)*** addition,due to the large equivalent ratio of oxygen to benzene,the conversion ratio of benzene remained constant at different oxygen *** simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results and indicated that six elementary reactions dominated the formations of CO_(2)and H_(2)*** oxidations of C_(6)H_(5)O,CO,and C_(5)H_(4)O intermediates to CO_(2)were the limiting steps in the reaction pathways.

AIM:To investigate the biomechanical properties and practical application of absorbable materials in orbital fracture ***:The three-dimensional(3D)model of orbital blowout fractures was reconstructed using Mimics21.0 *** repair guide plate model for inferior orbital wall fracture was designed using 3-matic13.0 and Geomagic wrap 21.0 *** finite element model of orbital blowout fracture and absorbable repair plate was established using 3-matic13.0 and ANSYS Workbench 21.0 *** mechanical response of absorbable plates,with thicknesses of 0.6 and 1.2 mm,was modeled after their placement in the *** patients with inferior orbital wall fractures volunteered to receive single-layer and double-layer absorbable plates combined with 3D printing technology to facilitate surgical treatment of orbital wall ***:The finite element models of orbital blowout fracture and absorbable plate were successfully *** element analysis(FEA)showed that when the Young’s modulus of the absorbable plate decreases to 3.15 MPa,the repair material with a thickness of 0.6 mm was influenced by the gravitational forces of the orbital contents,resulting in a maximum total deformation of approximately 3.3 ***,when the absorbable plate was 1.2 mm thick,the overall maximum total deformation was around 0.4 *** half-year follow-up results of the clinical cases confirmed that the absorbable plate with a thickness of 1.2 mm had smaller maximum total deformation and better clinical ***:The biomechanical analysis observations in this study are largely consistent with the clinical *** use of double-layer absorbable plates in conjunction with 3D printing technology is recommended to support surgical treatment of infraorbital wall blowout fractures.

●AIM:To explore the combined application of surgical navigation nasal endoscopy(NNE)and three-dimensional printing technology(3DPT)for the adjunctive treatment of orbital blowout fractures(OBF).●METHODS:Retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of patients with OBF who underwent surgical treatment at the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Nanchang University between July 2012 and November *** control group consisted of patients who received traditional surgical treatment(n=43),while the new surgical group(n=52)consisted of patients who received NNE with *** difference in therapeutic effects between the two groups was evaluated by comparing the duration of the operation,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),enophthalmos difference,recovery rate of eye movement disorder,recovery rate of diplopia,and incidence of postoperative complications.●RESULTS:The study included 95 cases(95 eyes),with 63 men and 32 *** patients’age ranged from 5 to 67y(35.21±15.75y).The new surgical group and the control group exhibited no statistically significant differences in the duration of the operation,BCVA and enophthalmos *** recovery rates of diplopia in the new surgical group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1mo[OR=0.03,95%CI(0.01–0.15),P<0.0000]and 3mo[OR=0.11,95%CI(0.03–0.36),P<0.0000]***,the recovery rates of eye movement disorders at 1 and 3mo after surgery were OR=0.08,95%CI(0.03–0.24),P<0.0000;and OR=0.01,95%CI(0.00–0.18),P<*** incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the new surgical group compared to the control group[OR=4.86,95%CI(0.95–24.78),P<0.05].●CONCLUSION:The combination of NNE and 3DPT can shorten the recovery time of diplopia and eye movement disorder in patients with OBF.

CO_(2)is one of the most important greenhouse gases(GHGs)in the earth’s *** the industrial era,anthropogenic activities have emitted excessive quantities of GHGs into the atmosphere,resulting in climate warming since the 1950s and leading to an increased frequency of extreme weather and climate *** 2020,China committed to striving for carbon neutrality by *** commitment and China’s consequent actions will result in significant changes in global and regional anthropogenic carbon emissions and therefore require timely,comprehensive,and objective monitoring and verification support(MVS)*** MVS approach relies on the top-down assimilation and inversion of atmospheric CO_(2)concentrations,as recommended by the Intergovernmental Panel on climate Change(IPCC)Inventory Guidelines in ***,the regional high-resolution assimilation and inversion method is still in its initial stage of ***,we have constructed an inverse system for carbon sources and sinks at the kilometer level by coupling proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)with four-dimensional variational(4DVar)data assimilation based on the weather research and forecasting-greenhouse gas(WRF-GHG)*** China Carbon Monito ring and Verification Support at the Regional level(CCMVS-R)system can continuously assimilate information on atmospheric CO_(2)and other related information and realize the inversion of regional and local anthropogenic carbon emissions and natural terrestrial ecosystem carbon *** CO_(2)data were collected from six ground-based monito ring sites in Shanxi Province,China to verify the inversion effect of regio nal anthropogenic carbon emissions by setting ideal and real experiments using a two-layer nesting method(at 27 and 9 km).The uncertainty of the simulated atmospheric CO_(2)decreased significantly,with a root-mean-square error of CO_(2)concentration values between the ideal value and the simulated after assimilation was close to

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal malignant tumors in the *** advances in diagnosis and treatment,the five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer patients remains only 9%.1 Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD)belongs to pancreatic cancer,which occupies 85%of the whole pancreatic cancer.2 Reversible modification of Ne-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)has been shown to be involved in cancer progression,resulting in up-regulation of oncogene expression or down-regulation of tumor-suppressing genes and may affect the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.

Obesity-related glomerulopathy(ORG)is an independent risk factor for chronic kid-ney disease and even progression to end-stage renal *** have been undertaken to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the development of ORG and substantial advances have been made in the treatment of ORG,but relatively little is known about cell-specific changes in gene *** define the transcriptomic landscape at single-cell resolution,we analyzed kidney samples from four patients with ORG and three obese control subjects without kidney disease using single-cell RNA *** report for the first time that immune cells,including T cells and B cells,are decreased in ORG *** analysis indicated that SPP1 was significantly up-regulated in T cells and B *** gene is related to inflammation and cell *** of differential gene expression in glomerular cells(endothelial cells,mesangial cells,and podocytes)showed that these cell types were mainly enriched in genes related to oxidative phosphorylation,cell adhesion,thermogenesis,and inflammatory pathways(PI3K-Akt signaling,MAPK signaling).Furthermore,we found that the podocytes of ORG patients were enriched in genes related to the fluid shear stress ***,an evaluation of cell-cell communications revealed that there were interactions between glomerular parietal epithelial cells and other cells in ORG patients,with major interactions between parietal epithelial cells and ***,our identification of molecular events,cell types,and differentially expressed genes may facilitate the development of new preventive or therapeutic approaches for ORG.
