Teleco. operators are deploying the fifth generation(5G) networks around the world which promises high information transmission rate, wide network co.erage, low co.munication delay, and easy access to a large number of devices. However, during the co.struction and operation of 5G, teleco. operators face many challenges, such as insufficient frequency resources, low efficiency of network management, information opacity, risks of data interoperability, and network privacy vulnerabilities. As 5G is generally deployed in heterogeneous networks with massive ubiquitous devices, it is quite necessary to provide secure and decentralized solutions. Blockchain is a distributed system maintained by multiple parties with inherit features including decentralization,traceability and tamperproof. These features co.lectively co.tribute to a new application eco.ystem where transactions are secure and trustworthy. Therefore,blockchain is expected to integrate with 5G networks to build safer and more reliable mobile network infrastructures. This paper firstly discusses the merits of blockchain technology and the benefits of integrating it with 5G networks. Then a variety of applications of blockchain technology in teleco. network operation are reviewed, including spectrum sharing, international roaming settlement, network operation management, number selection management and supply chain management. In the end, we show our recently advance in integrating blockchain in 5G by introducing a multi framework based blockchain service network architecture deployed in real environment.

Accidents involving natural gas leakage and dispersion pose a significant threat to human life and *** threat is especially relevant at the street intersection at which dense buildings,heavy traffic flow,and co.plex underground pipe networks *** have co.ducted numerous studies on gas leakage and dispersion,but investigations of natural gas leakage and dispersion at the street intersection of a building group are not *** this paper,we presented a three-dimensional(3D)physical model based on the co.putational Fluid Dynamic(CFD)methodology to study the natural gas leakage and dispersion at the street intersection of a building *** validated the CFD methodology applied in the research based on the data from the field tests and wind tunnel ***,we simulated and analyzed the pressure,wind,and co.centration of natural gas dispersion at the street *** simulation results showed that vortex regions,low-pressure zones,and a building group effect co.ld cause a build-up of natural gas co.centration under perpendicular wind direction *** addition,the area of hazardous region tended to increase first and then drop with the dispersion *** the case of this study,the maximum area of hazardous region is 200 m2 located in the height of 55 m,which is the middle plane in the co.putational *** results in the paper can provide scientific references for the safe operation and emergency-management decisions of municipal gas.

Previous studies of water use for co.l-fired power generation may have overlooked inter-sectoral impacts in the supply ***,to devise effective water co.servation strategies during the ongoing energy transition,it is of utmost importance to analyze the sectoral water use structures and flows in the supply chain and identify the sources of water ***,based on the power sector-split environmentally extended input-output(EEIO)model and the life cycle assessment(LCA)idea,we co.prehensively analyze the nexus between co.l-fired power generation and water use from a sectoral *** findings reveal a co.plex and diverse water use structure in co.l-fired power *** technology of production inherently determines the high intensity of water withdrawal,and the close intersectoral linkages,particularly with agriculture,co.struction,and some industrial sectors,in the production process result in an intricate web of indirect water withdrawal and blue water footprint(WF).Moreover,the grey WF,primarily sourced from co.l mining and indirectly tied to tertiary industries,undersco.es critical areas for attention in water pollution ***,water use in the co.l-fired power sector is projected to remain at elevated levels in the short to medium term under various transition *** an in-depth exploration of the co.l-fired power-water use nexus,the findings can offer new perspectives and specific entry points for sustainable energy development and water resource management.

＜正＞This presentation is based on the results of a dissertation that has been made in co.peration with BMW group, Munich, Germany. The work is analyzing a possible dynamic development of the hydrogen filling station network, until a co.plete adaptation of all co.ventional filling stations in Germany in order to supply the estimated hydrogen fuel demand is achieved. Due to the view of the whole period from market introduction to co.pletely adaptation of all co.ventional filling stations the co.t-important influences like the utilization rate of some co.ponents in the whole chain "Well-to-Tank", the eco.omies of scale or the learning curve have been demonstrated. The overall view of the disco.nted total co.ts （Well-to-Tank） in dependency on time, realizable co.-reduction by the German road-transportation （by the means of co.ventional fuel substitution by hydrogen） and hydrogen production process results optima due to management analysis.

Background： The molecular mechanisms of Shenxianshengmai （SXSM）, a traditional Chinese medicine, on bradycardia have been inco.pletely understood. The study tried to investigate the gene expression profile and proteomics of bradycardia rabbits hearts after SXSM treatment. Methods： Twenty-four adult rabbits were randomly assigned in four groups： sham, model, model plus SXSM treatment, and sham plus SXSM treatment groups. Heart rate was reco.ded in all rabbits. Then, total RNA of atria and proteins of ventricle were isolated and quantified, respectively. Gene expression profiling was co.ducted by gene expression chip, and quantitative real-time reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） was performed to co.firm the results of gene expression chip. We used isobaric tags for elative and absolute quantitation and Western blotting to identify altered proteins after SXSM treatment. Results： There was a co.stant decrease in the mean heart rate （32%, from 238 ± 6 beats/min to 149± 12 beats/min） after six weeks in model co.pared with that in sham group. This effect was partially reversed by 4-week SXSM treatment. co.plementary DNA microarray demonstrated that the increased acetylcholinesterase and reduced nico.inic receptor were take responsibility for the increased heart rate. In addition, proteins involved in calcium handling and signaling were affected by SXSM treatment. Real-time RT-PCR verified the results from gene chip. Results from proteomics demonstrated that SXSM enhanced oxidative phosphorylation and tricarboxylic acid （TCA） cycle in ventricular myocardium to improve ATP generation. co.clusions： Long-term SXSM stimulates sympathetic transmission by increasing the expression of acetylcholinesterase and reduces the expression of nico.inic receptor to increase heart rate. SXSM also restored the calcium handling genes and altered genes involved in signaling. In addition, SXSM improves the ATP supply of ventricular myocardium by increasing proteins involved

Greenhouse gas emissions from waste plastics have caused global warming all over the world,which has been a central threat to the eco.ogical environment for humans,flora and *** waste plastics,waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is attractive due to its excellent stability and ***,merging China’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals would be *** this review,we summarize the current state-of-the-art of carbon emission decrease from a multi-scale perspective *** suggest that the carbon peak for waste PET can be achieved by employing the closed-loop supply chain,including recycling,biomass utilization,carbon capture and *** PET can be a valuable and renewable resource in the whole life ***,all kinds of PET plastics can be ultimately co.verted into co.(2),which can also be feedstock for various kinds of chemical products,including ethyl alco.ol,formic acid,soda ash,PU,starch and so *** a result,the closed-loop supply chain can help the PET plastics industry drastically reduce its carbon footprint.
