The increase in zinc co.tent in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys provides an effective method to enhance the *** electron microsco.y(TEM)and tensile test were employed to analyze the microstructure and tensile properties,respectively,of Al-9.3 Zn-2.0 Mg-1.8 Cu alloy(9.3 Zn alloy)and Al-9.8 Zn-2.0 Mg-1.8 Cu alloy(9.8 Zn alloy)with single-and double-stage aging *** results showed that the two alloys possessed a closed strength under single-stage peak-aging *** for double-stage aging treatment,9.8 Zn alloy had a higher strength values than 9.3 Zn alloy under the same aging *** the seco.d step aging time prolonging,the strength gap was *** main precipitates for the two alloys with single-stage peak-aging state were GP zones andη’phase,while there were a majority ofη’phases andηphases for the two alloys under typical double-stage over-aging *** double-stage overaging state,the proportion of precipitate with large size for9.3 Zn alloy was larger than that for 9.8 Zn ***,a more obvious trend was revealed for the double-stage overaging *** gap of strength between the two alloys was explained by the difference of precipitation characteristics via interaction mechanism between precipitates and dislocations.

A new type of steel co.taining Sb based on the CASTRIP process had been designed to improve the co.rosion resistance of high-strength steels in industrial *** properties of the electrochemistry and rust layer(RL)were analyzed to evaluate the co.rosion resistance of the ultra-thin cast strip(UCS)steel co.taining 0.10%*** results showed that the co.rosion resistance of UCS steel co.taining Sb was doubled co.pared to that of traditional hot rolling strip(HRS)*** co.ld be interpreted as an integral effect of CASTRIP process and alloying *** optimization for microstructure and inclusion of UCS steel can reduce the localized co.rosion effects in initial co.rosion ***,P and Sb reduced the anodic reaction and CuFeO2/Cu2O,CuO,FePO4 and Sb2O3 were formed,promoting the transition fromγ-FeOOH toα-FeOOH.A(Cu,Sb,P)-enriched inner RL was generated and significantly improved protective ability of the RL.

The distribution characteristics of air voids in ultrathin asphalt friction co.rse(UAFC) samples with different gradations and co.paction methods were statistically analyzed using X-ray co.puted tomography(CT) and image analysis techniques. Based on the results, co.pared with the AC-5 sample, the OGFC-5mixture has a higher air void ratio, a larger air void size and a greater number of air voids, with the distribution of internal air voids being more uniform and their shapes being more rounded. The two-parameter Weibull function was applied to fit the gradation of air voids. The fitting results is good, and the function parameters are sensitive to changes in both mineral gradation and co.paction method. Moreover, two homogeneity indices were proposed to evaluate the co.paction uniformity of UAFC samples. co.pared with the Marshall method,the SGC method is more co.ducive to improve the co.paction uniformity of UAFC samples. The co.paction method significantly influences the air void distribution characteristics and co.paction uniformity of AC-5sample, but has a less significant impact on OGFC-5 sample. The experimental results in the study provides a solid foundation for further explorations on the internal structure and mixture design of UAFC.

Strengthening Mechanisms for Ti-and Nb-Ti-micro-alloyed High-strength Steels

The strengthening mechanisms of hot-rolled steels micro alloyed with Ti （ST-TQS00） and Nh Ti （NT TQ500） were investigated by examining the microstructures of steels using optical microsco.e （OM）, scanning elec tron microsco.e （SEM） and transmission electron microsco.e （TEM）. The results revealed ahnost no differences in the solute solution strengthening and fine grained strengthcning of the two steels, whereas the co.tributions of pre cipitation strengthening and dislocation strengthening were different for ST-TQ500 and NT-TQ500. The measured precipitation strengthening effect of ST-TQ500 was 88 MPa higher than that of NT-TQ500： this difference was pri marily attributed to the stronger precipitation effect of thc Ti-co.taining nanoscale particles. The dislocation strengthening effect of ST TQ500 was approximately 80 MPa lower than that of NT-TQ500. This is tbought to be related to differences in deformation behavior during the finishing rolling stage; the inhibition of dynamic recrystallization from Nb in NT-TQ500 （Nb-Ti） may lead to higher density of dislocations in the microstructure.

In view of some of the characteristics of a high-medium pressure gas regulator, such as small fault samples, many fault types and co.plex fault features etc, in order to improve the accuracy of fault precaution in this paper, a fault diagnosis method based on the co.bination of the improved wavelet packet and pressure harmonic distortion rate is proposed. On the basis of the harmonic distortion rate of the outlet pressure and the energy value of each frequency band obtained by improved wavelet packet deco.position, the rules for fault data were summarized. Finally, a safety precaution model of the high-medium pressure gas regulator is established.

Dent resistance of automobile body panels is an important property for automobile design and manufacture, but the study on this aspect is not still profound. This study is to summarize the testing methods and physical significations of static and dynamic dent resistance of automobile body panels co.bined with the author＇s study, and to analyze the dent behaviors in the round. Several influence factors on dent resistance are expatiated including the mechanical properties of materials, stress states after forming, bake hardening ability, modulus, methods of testing, and structure of specimens and so on. The automotive lightweight and application of high strength steel sheets and aluminum alloys sheets are analyzed, and the significance of testing of dent resistance, especially for dynamic dent resistance of auto-panels, and the finite element simulation analysis are emphasized. To explain the physical phenomenon of dent behaviors, the latest and co.cerned study results are also discussed. Acco.ding to this study, a dent resistance test and evaluation standard of Society of Automotive Engineers of China for automotive body panel is presented and is being carried out, and an industry co.ference is hold to discuss the working-out of the standard, a primary schedule of this standard is co.firmed now. The study can guide the further testing and study of dent resistant of auto-panels.

Recently, the structural fuse has beco.e an important issue in the field of earthquake engineering. Due to the trilinearity of the pushover curve of buildings with metallic structural fuses, the mechanism of the structural fuse is investigated through the ductility equation of a single-degree-of-freedom system, and the co.responding damage-reduction spectrum is proposed to design and retrofit buildings. Furthermore, the co.trolling parameters, the stiffness ratio between the main frame and structural fuse and the ductility factor of the main frame, are parametrically studied, and it is shown that the structural fuse co.cept can be achieved by specific co.binations of the co.trolling parameters based on the proposed damage-reduction spectrum. Finally, a design example and a retrofit example, variations of real engineering projects after the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedures using buckling restrained braces as the structural fuses.

Training samples for deep learning networks are typically obtained through various field experiments,which require significant manpower,resource and time ***,it is possible to utilize simulated data to augment the training *** this paper,by co.paring the actual experimental model with the simulated model generated by the gprMax[1]forward simulation method,the feasibility of obtaining simulated samples through gprMax simulation is ***,the samples generated by gprMax forward simulation are used for training the network to detect objects in existing real *** the same time,aiming at the detection and intelligent reco.nition of road sub-surface defects,the Swin-YOLOX algorithm is introduced,and the excellence of the detection network,which is improved by augmenting the simulated samples with real samples,is further *** co.paring the prediction performance of the object detection models,it is observed that the model trained with mixed samples achieved a recall of 94.74%and a mean average precision(maP)of 97.71%,surpassing the model trained only on real samples by 12.95%and 15.64%,*** feasibility and excellence of training the model with mixed samples are *** potential of using a fusion of simulated and existing real samples instead of repeatedly acquiring new real samples by field experiment is demonstrated by this study,thereby improving detection efficiency,saving resources,and providing a new approach to the problem of multiple interpretations in ground penetrating radar(GPR)data.

The effects of arsenic on the cathode polarization process in zinc electrowinning,its kinetics equation,parameters and polarization mechanism were studied by multiple electrochemistry *** experimental results show that,if[As 3+]≥3 mg/L,electrowinning first enters into stationary passivation range,and then enters into precipitation range,which indicates that the depolarization function of impurity arsenic is zinc electrowinning.

Effect of Chromium Micro-alloying on the co.rosion Behavior of a Low-carbon Steel Rebar in Simulated co.crete Pore Solutions

A new low-co.t co.rosion-resistant rebar（HRB400 R） was designed and fabricated by chromium micro-alloying. The effects of Cr on the passivation and co.rosion behavior of this rebar in the simulated co.crete pore solutions were studied systematically, and its improved co.rosion resistance was revealed. In the Cl--free saturated Ca（OH）_2 solution, the HRB400 R rebar presented nearly the same passive film and similar passivation ability co.pared to the co.mon carbon steel rebar. In the long-term immersion co.rosion test in the Cl--co.tained Ca（OH）_2 solution, the HRB400 R rebar presented improved co.rosion resistance and obvious longer passivation-maintaining period. Micro-alloying of Cr element in the rebar matrix enhanced its co.rosion resistance against Cl--attack and retarded the co.rosion initiation in the matrix. In the alkaline Na Cl salt spraying test, the HRB400 R rebar also presented obviously lower mass-loss rate. The enrichment of Cr element in the rust layer improved its retardant effect to the penetration of aggressive medium, and decreased the co.rosion propagation rate of the rebar.
