The research used industrial by-products original phosphogypsum(PG)as the main raw material,slag(SG)and Portland cement(PC)as auxiliary materials,and the optimal additive amount was determined acco.ding to the co.pressive strength value of the *** evaluate the water resistance and volume stability of the samples,and determine the best formula for new roadbed stabilized *** results showed that when the weight ratio of PG,slag and cement was OPG:SG:PC=6:3:1,and mixed with 5%micro silica fume(MSF)and 3‰hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC),the sample’s co.prehensive performance was the best,specifically,the sample’s co.pressive strength in 60 days reached 28.8 MPa,the softening co.fficient reached 0.9,and the expansion rate was stable at about−0.2%.In addition,the mechanism of action of enhancers MSF and HPMC was analyzed acco.ding to use Vicat device,X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron *** best formula SP3GH3 has the best curing effect on *** 28-day unco.fined co.pressive strength(UCS)of the sample reached 2.4 MPa,the expansion rate was less than 0.09%,and the water stability co.fficient was above 0.79,which was higher than that of the samples cured by traditional cement and lime during the same period.

To obtain solid Al2O3 or MgO·Al2O3 inclusions in ladle furnace(LF)refining process and achieve ultra-low total oxygen co.tent in steel through subsequent Ruhrstahl Heraeus degassing,the effects of ferrosilico. alloy,Si co.tent of steel,and slag basicity on the co.positions of inclusions during LF refining were investigated in Al-killed ***2O3 inclusions co.ld be transformed into CaO-Al2O3-MgO-CaS inclusions after adding ferrosilico. alloy in the LF refining process as this alloy co.tains some CaSi alloy *** addition of all ferrosilico. alloys required for the steel in the tapping process co.ld eliminate the influence of Ca in ferrosilico. alloy on the co.positions of *** in liquid steel had a significant influence on the co.positions of inclusions during LF refining when CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO slag with high basicity of 7.0 was *** was because[Ca]produced by the reaction of CaO and[Al]co.ld be co.sumed more readily by SiO2 in Si-free steel than in Si-co.taining steel,which was co.firmed by the difference of total calcium co.tent between Si-free and Si-co.taining *** a result,Al2O3 and MgO·Al2O3 inclusions were retained in Si-free steel,whereas calcium aluminate inclusions were found in Si-co.taining *** CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO slag with low basicity of 2.8,Al2O3 and MgO·Al2O3 inclusions were obtained after LF refining in Si-co.taining steel when all ferrosilico. alloys required for the steel were added in the tapping *** was because the reaction of CaO and[Al]was weak,and residual[Ca]in the steel co.ld be rapidly co.sumed by SiO2 in low-basicity slag owing to the low activity of CaO and high activity of SiO2,leading to a low total calcium co.tent of 0.0003%in Si-co.taining steel.

The influence of matrix structure on mechanical properties and dry rolling-sliding wear performance of alloyed ductile iron was examined. Four kinds of alloyed ductile irons with different matrix structures were produced through an adequate balance of alloying elements. Tensile tests and dry rolling-sliding wear tests were carried out at room temperature. The results show that yield strength and ultimate tensile strength increase, while elongation decreases until the matrix fully beco.es pearlite. The lower matrix hardness results in more graphite emerging on the co.tact surface, which yields the decrease in friction co.fficient. Besides, the wear rate decreases with the increase in matrix hardness among alloyed ductile irons except that with full pearlite matrix, the wear performance of which seems to be deteriorated due to poor fracture toughness. The main wear mechanism is delamination under an air-co.ling co.dition. Based on the results of mechanical and wear tests, ductile iron with about 80% pearlite exhibits better wear performance as well as relatively reasonable mechanical properties.

To solve the problems of high moisture co.tent,high visco.ity,and poor engineering mechanical properties of soil,this paper using with steel slag(SS)and desulfurization ash(DS)as initial raw materials,realizing the co.p-erative treatment of solid waste and solidification of silt *** synergistic utilization of SS and DS can reduce the production co.t of curing agent and promote its own *** to blended cement of various SS co.tents and inspected co.pressive strength performances,the most suitable raw materials ratio was *** best formula for this curing agent is cement:steel slag=3:7 with 5%DS,and its 28-day co.pressive strength can reach 30 *** experiment shows that the effect of DS and Na_(2)SO_(4) reagent with the same quality on early co.pressive strength improvement of cement and SS system is not much *** this study,the mineral co.position and microstructure of different gel system blocks were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDX,and a large number of webbed structures were found in the SEM test,which was not seen in previous ***,unco.fined co.pressive strength(UCS),water resistance,and toxic characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP)were used to evaluate silt solidified soil *** results demonstrated that the solidified silt co.ld meet not only the standard of general subgrade;but also has a partial stabilization effect of heavy metal ions.

On the basis of a 5 m plate mill, a 3D rigid-plastic finite element （FE） model was developed to investigate changes of plate plan view patterns during hot rolling process. By analyzing the simulation results of co.ventional rolling processes, it was found that the plate plan view pattern was closely related to broadside rolling ratio. Then, the prediction models for plate plan view patterns were formulated by nonlinear regressive analysis of the simulation results and modified for high accuracy. Based on these models, the broadside co.pensation rolling method perform- ing at the last pass of broadside rolling phase was designed to decrease plate end crops. co.paring the plate plan view patterns with and without broadside co.pensation roiling, reduced plate end crops indicate that the broadside co.pensation roiling model is effective for plate plan view pattern co.trol.

The deformation behavior involved in Nb/NiTi co.posite for biomedical applications within a large macrosco.ic strain range was investigated by tensile loading-unloading test and in situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction(SXRD).Experimental results show that during loading,the Nb/NiTi co.posite experiences the elastic elongation of B2-NiTi austenitic,B19’-NiTi martensitic and β-Nb phases,B2→ B19’ stress-induced martensitic(SIM) transformation and tensile plastic deformation of β-Nb *** unloading,the deformation behavior involved in Nb/NiTi co.posite includes the elastic reco.ery of B2-NiTi austenitic,B19’-NiTi martensitic and β-Nb phases,reverse phase transformation B19’→B2 and co.pressive deformation of p-Nb *** martensitic transformation in this co.posite is almost reversible and occurs in a localized *** results might co.tribute to a co.prehensive understanding of the deformation mechanism involved in Nb/NiTi co.posite and shed some light on design and development of novel co.posites with a co.bination of good bioco.patibility and excellent superelasticity for biomedical applications.

Rheological Behavior of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Asphalt Mastic

The characters of basalt fiber are analyzed and co.pared with co.monly used fibers. The rheological behaviors of the basalt fiber reinforced asphalt mastic are investigated by the dynamic shear rheological tests and the repeated creep tests. The results show that basalt fiber has excellent reinforced performances, such as high asphalt absorption ratio, low water absorption ratio, high tensile strength, high elastic modulus and high temperature stability. The rutting factor of the fiber reinforced asphalt mastic is higher than the plain asphalt mastic and the reinforced effects are more remarkable under high temperature. The rheological performances of the asphalt mastic demonstrate a good linear relationship between different temperature and loading frequency. The creep stiffness modulus of the asphalt mastic at different loading time can be expressed by power function. Improved Burgers model is used to represent the rheological behaviors of the asphalt mastic with basalt fiber and the model parameters are estimated.

Energy saving has beco.e an important issue in wireless co.munications from both environment and eco.omic co.siderations. In this paper, an energy minimization algorithm based on distributed dynamic clustering(DDCEM) with lower co.plexity, higher performance, and better adaptability for heterogeneous network(Het Net) is proposed. A Het Net co.ld be divided into several clusters, which is defined as one group of a network node and users served by the node. A energy efficient user association, which dynamically changes acco.ding to real-time energy efficiency(EE) evaluation with traffic load and location distribution of each cluster, can be employed to save co.sumed energy. Then, the optimal sleeping relay is found as follows. First,the sleeping probability co.t of each relay station(RS) is co.puted and ranked based on the user traffic and the position distribution of each cluster, and the relay with minimum sleeping probability is selected to be switched off. Hence, the sleep node is selected taking into acco.nt the traffic load and location of the Evolved Node B(e NB) and all the RSs. The co.plexity of the algorithm is greatly reduced because the user association operation and network load evaluation are fulfilled cluster by cluster. Simulation results show that the proposed DDCEM strategy offers EE gain with low system co.plexity.

In this work,a multi-phase Zr-30Ti-7Nb-4Sn alloy with large near-linear elastic deformability was prepared by the solution treatment plus pre-straining(S TP)treatment,and the underlying mechanism acco.ntable for the near-linear elastic deformation was systematically *** was found that the Zr-30Ti-7Nb-4Sn alloy was co.posed ofβ,α″andα′phases,and numerous dislocations were formed in the alloy specimen after STP *** the retarding effect of high-density dislocations,the stress-induced martensitic(SIM)transformation fromβtoα″phases took place homogeneously and co.tinuously during loading,in co.junction with the occurrence of elastic deformation ofβ,α″andα′*** the entire tensile procedure,no observable phase transformation occurred betweenα′martensite andβ***,the near-linear elastic deformation capability in STP Zr-30Ti-7Nb-4Sn alloy is mainly ascribed to the co.pling actions of co.secutiveβ→α″SIM transformation and intrinsic elastic deformation ofβ,α″andα′*** experimental results provide a basis for designing and developing novel multi-phase Zr-based alloys that possess large near-linear deformability.
