BiFeO_(3)(BFO),Mn-doped-BFO(BFMO),Ti-doped-BFO(BFTO),and(Mn,Ti)-codoped-BFO(BFMTO)thin films are fabricated on the Pt/TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)/Si substrates via a sol–gel method combined with spin-coating and the subsequent layer-by-layer annealing *** with BFO film,the BFMTO film exhibits the lowest leakage current density(-10^(-4) A/cm^(2)@290 kV/cm).Notably,the polarization–electric field(P–E)loop of BFMTO film exhibits a positive displacement along the x-axis due to the existence of internal bias electric field,which is in agreement with the results of the PFM phase and amplitude ***,a very prominent inverse piezoelectric constant of d_(33)-160 pm/V was obtained,which overcomes other related thin *** internal bias electric field of BFMTO film can be caused by the different work functions of the thin film and the bottom electrode,accumulation of oxygen vacancies and the formation of defect ***,the internal bias electric field of BFMTO film has a good stability at the same electric field after experiencing the test cycle from low electric field to high electric field(400–1900 kV/cm).These results indicate that self-polarized BFMTO film can be integrated to devices without additional polarization process,and have a wide range of application in microelectromechanical systems.

Glycerol is an alternative sustainable fuel for fuel cells,and efficient electrocatalyst is crucial for glycerol oxidation reaction(GOR).The promising Pt catalysts are subject to the inadequate capability of C-C bond cleavage and the susceptibility to ***,Pt-Sn alloyed nanoparticles are immobilized on hierarchical nitrogen-doped carbon nanocages(hNCNCs)by convenient ethylene glycol reduction and subsequent thermal *** optimal Pt_(3)Sn/hNCNC catalyst exhibits excellent GOR performance with a high mass activity(5.9 A·mg_(Pt)^(-1)),which is 2.7 and 5.4 times higher than that of Pt/hNCNC and commercial Pt/C,*** an enhancement can be mainly ascribed to the increased anti-poisoning and C-C bond cleavage capability due to the Pt_(3)Sn alloying effect and Sn-enriched surface,the high dispersion of Pt_(3)Sn active species due to N-participation,as well as the high accessibility of Pt_(3)Sn active species due to the three-dimensional(3D)hierarchical architecture of *** study provides an effective GOR electrocatalyst and convenient approach for catalyst preparation.

The development of circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)materials with high performance is signifi-cantly ***,we develop a facial strategy for fabricating a CPL-active system by employing an achiral luminescent metal-organic cage(MOC)and chiral boron dipyrromethene(BODIPY)*** is achieved by taking advantage of the radiative energy transfer process,in which BODIPY molecules act as energy acceptors and MOCs act as *** CPL performance(maximum luminescence dissymme-try factor up to±1.5×10^(−3))can be tuned by adjusting the ratio between MOCs and ***-light emission with the CPL feature is obtained by using a ternary system including MOC,chiral BODIPY,and Rhodamine *** present work provides a facile and universal strategy to construct a CPL-active system by integrating achiral luminophores and chiral molecules.

The electrocatalytic conversion of CO_(2)to produce fuels and chemicals holds great promise,not only to provide an alternative to fossil feedstocks,but also to use renewable electricity to convert and recycle the greenhouse gas CO_(2)to mitigate climate ***,the selectivity and reaction rates for the conversion of CO_(2)into desirable carbon-based products,especially multicarbon products with high added value,are still insufficient for commercial applications,which is attributed to insufficiently favourable microenvironmental conditions in the vicinity of the *** construction of catalysts/electrodes with confined structures can effectively improve the reaction microenvironment in the vicinity of the electrodes and thus effectively direct the reaction towards the desired *** this review,we firstly introduce the effects of the microenvironment at the electrode-electrolyte interface including local pH,local intermediate concentration,and local cation concentration on CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)as well as the mechanism of action,and then shed light on the microenvironmental modulation within the confined space,and finally and most importantly,introduce the design strategy of CO_(2)RR catalyst/electrode based on the confinement effect.

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides have been extensively studied due to their fascinating physical properties for constructing high-performance ***,their relatively low responsivities,current on/off ratios and response speeds have hindered their widespread ***,we fabricated a high-performance photodetector based on few-layer MoTe_(2) and CdS_(0.42)Se_(0.58) flake *** photodetector exhibited a high responsivity of 7221 A/W,a large current on/off ratio of 1.73×10^(4),a fast response speed of 90/120μs,external quantum efficiency(EQE)reaching up to 1.52×10^(6)%and detectivity(D*)reaching up to 1.67×10^(15) *** excellent performance of the heterojunction photodetector was analyzed by a photocurrent mapping test and first-principle ***,the visible light imaging function was successfully attained on the MoTe_(2)/CdS_(0.42)Se_(0.58) photodetectors,indicating that the device had practical imaging application *** findings provide a reference for the design of ultrahighperformance MoTe_(2)-based photodetectors.

Objective:Cymbopogon citratus(DC.)Stapf is a medicinal and edible herb that is widely used for the treatment of gastric,nervous and hypertensive *** this study,we investigated the cardioprotective effects and mechanisms of the essential oil,the main active ingredient of Cymbopogon citratus,on isoproterenol(ISO)-induced cardiomyocyte ***:The compositions of Cymbopogon citratus essential oil(CCEO)were determined by gas chromatography-mass *** were pretreated with 16.9µg/L CCEO for 1 h followed by 10µmol/L ISO for 24 *** hypertrophy-related indicators and NLRP3 inflammasome expression were ***,transcriptome sequencing(RNA-seq)and target verification were used to further explore the underlying ***:Our results showed that the CCEO mainly included citronellal(45.66%),geraniol(23.32%),and citronellol(10.37%).CCEO inhibited ISO-induced increases in cell surface area and protein content,as well as the upregulation of fetal gene ***,CCEO inhibited ISO-induced NLRP3 inflammasome expression,as evidenced by decreased lactate dehydrogenase content and downregulated mRNA levels of NLRP3,ASC,CASP1,GSDMD,and IL-1β,as well as reduced protein levels of NLRP3,ASC,pro-caspase-1,caspase-1(p20),GSDMD-FL,GSDMD-N,and pro-IL-1β.The RNA-seq results showed that CCEO inhibited the increase in the mRNA levels of 26 oxidative phosphorylation complex subunits in ISO-treated *** further experiments confirmed that CCEO suppressed ISO-induced upregulation of mt-Nd1,Sdhd,mt-Cytb,Uqcrq,and mt-Atp6 but had no obvious effects on mt-Col ***:CCEO inhibits ISO-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy through the suppression of NLRP3 inflammasome expression and the regulation of several oxidative phosphorylation complex subunits.

Spin-engineering with electrocatalysts have been exploited to suppress the“shuttle effect”in Li–S *** selec-tion,spin-dependent electron mobility and spin potentials in activation barriers can be optimized as quantum spin exchange interactions lead-ing to a significant reduction of the electronic repulsions in the orbitals of ***,we anchor the MgPc molecules on fluorinated carbon nanotubes(MgPc@FCNT),which exhibits the single active Mg sites with axial *** to the density functional theory calculations,the electronic spin polarization in MgPc@FCNT not only increases the adsorption energy toward LiPSs intermediates but also facilitates the tunneling process of electron in Li–S *** a result,the MgPc@FCNT provides an initial capacity of 6.1 mAh cm^(-2) even when the high sulfur loading is 4.5 mg cm^(-2),and still maintains 5.1 mAh cm^(-2) after 100 *** work provides a new perspective to extend the main group single-atom catalysts enabling high-performance Li–S batteries.

The synthesis of methacrylic acid from biomass-derived itaconic acid is a green route,for it can get rid of the dependence on fossil *** order to solve the problems on this route such as use of a preciousmetal catalyst and a corrosive homogeneous alkali,we prepared a series of hydroxyapatite catalysts by an ionic liquid-assisted hydrothermal method and evaluated their catalytic *** results showed that the ionic liquid[Bmim]BF_(4) can affect the crystal growth of hydroxyapatite,provide fluoride ion for fluorination of hydroxyapatite,and adjust the surface acidity and basicity,morphology,textural properties,crystallinity,and composition of ***[Bmim]BF4 dosage and hydrothermal temperature can affect the fluoride ion concentration in the hydrothermal system,thus changing the degree of fluoridation of *** fluoride-ion concentration can lead to the formation of CaF_(2) and thus significantly decrease the catalytic performance of *** hydrothermal time mainly affects the growth of hydroxyapatite crystals on the c axis,leading to different catalytic *** suitable conditions for the preparation of this fluoridized hydroxyapatite are as follows:a mass ratio of[Bmim]BF4 to calcium salt=0.2:1,a hydrothermal time of 12 h,and a hydrothermal temperature of 130℃.A maximal methacrylic acid yield of 54.7%was obtained using the fluoridized hydroxyapatite under relatively mild reaction conditions(250℃ and 2 MPa of N_(2))in the absence of a precious-metal catalyst and a corrosive homogeneous alkali.

probiotics are live microbial food supplements that have been shown to have beneficial effects on animal *** probiotic bacteria have long been used for their proposed health promoting properties and have become a hot research topic in growth improvement in *** endogenous probiotic bacteria from intestines of Macrobrachium rosenbergii(giant river prawn)was explored for their probiotic potential,from which 367 bacterial strains were isolated from the intestine of *** 16 S rDNA sequence analysis,234 isolates were identified as Lactococcus garvieae,which accounted for 63.76%of the total number of culturable intestinal bacteria,suggesting that this bacterium was the main component of the ***,to reveal the probiotic properties of ***,this isolated bacterial strain was characterized morphologically,physiologically,and *** enzyme production capacity,bacteriostatic activity,and resistance to acid,high temperature,and pH,were *** vitro experiments showed that the ***(No.C 6 a 2)had a fast growth rate and entered the logarithmic phase ***,it had characteristics of acid-production and resistance,enzyme-producing capacity,and strong antibacterial activity against pathogenic Staphylococc us aureus,Aeromonas hydrophila,and Aeromonas ***,it lacked the ability to tolerate high *** results provide novel data to deepen our understanding of the intestinal bacteria structure of *** and valuable information for probiotic screening and the application for ***.
