The physical properties and chemical composition of kundaite have been investigated by means ofsophisticated separation and analytical techniques, and comparisons have also been made betwecn kundaiteand crude oil. It is considered that kundaite from the Wulong Formation stretching in the area from Tuchengto Daqiaobian, Yichang is the product of oil--gas evolution. This shows that there occurred a process of oilgeneration in the Cretaceous system of South China, and therefore attention should be paid in oil and gasexploration.

Many scholars carried out large quantity of researches on oil and gas preservative condi-tions of marine carbonate rocks from the aspects of cap rocks,faults,formation water,hydrodynamic,and *** article gives dynamic evaluation on oil and gas preservative conditions of marine stratum in jianghan（江汉） plain of multiphase tectonic disturbance from the view of paleofluid *** conclusion shows that there mainly existed fluid filling of two periods in the reservoir of Lower-Middle Triassic to *** fluid filled in the earlier period came from Lower *** interchange of fluid in Lower-Middle Triassic to Permian suggested the oil and gas in Lower Pa-laeozoic had been broken *** fluid filled in the later period（Lower-Middle Triassic to Permian） came from the same or adjacent strata and lacked anatectic fluidogenous features coming from *** good preservative conditions of bulk fluid at the time,the fluid of Lower-Middle Triassic to Permian and that of Lower Palaeozoic did not connect with each ***,the hydrocarbon generation peak of marine source rocks had passed or the paleo-oil and gas reser-voirs had been destroyed at that time and the marine stratum of Palaeozoic to Triassic in the research area did not put out commercial oil and gas flow.

BACKGROUND Odontogenic maxillary sinusitis,often triggered by dental issues like periapical periodontitis,significantly contributes to chronic sinusitis,mainly affecting adults around 50 years old,emphasizing the need for a multidisciplinary diagnostic and treatment *** To investigate the therapeutic effect and clinical value of root canal therapy combined with nasal endoscopic surgery compared with simple root canal the-rapy in the treatment of severe odontogenic maxillary sinusitis caused by peria-pical *** The clinical data,diagnosis,and treatment of 200 patients with severe odonto-genic maxillary sinusitis caused by periapical periodontitis from October 2020 to October 2021 were analyzed *** them,63 patients were treated with simple root canal therapy as the control group,and 137 patients were treated with root canal therapy combined with nasal endoscopic surgery as the observation *** therapeutic effect,Lund-Kennedy endoscopic score,paranasal sinus Lund-Mackay score,complication rate,recurrence rate,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two *** First,we compared the effective rates:23 cases were cured,22 were improved,and 8 were ineffective in the control group,yielding a total effective rate of 84.90%.Meanwhile,97 cases were cured,34 improved,and 6 were ineffective in the observation group,resulting in a total effective rate of 95.62%.The observation group had a higher total effective rate compared with the control group(P0.05)was observed in this score between the two *** treatment,the Lund–Kennedy endoscopic score decreased in both *** Lund–Kennedy endoscopic score of the observation group at 3 and 6 mo after treatment was lower compared to that of the control group(P<0.05).Third,we compared the Lund–Mackay score of paranasal *** treatment,there was no si

Keratinocytes and fibroblasts,derived from hiPSCs,were used to construct the human epidermal model by a culture patch made by monolayer poly-(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)nanofibers and a human skin-on-a-chip *** the conventional culture dish method,two different epidermal cells are successfully adhered to the front and back sides of the patch,which produces a three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffold similar to a natural extracellular matrix before the patch was cultured in the skin-on-a-chip device to mimic the physiological conditions of human *** expected,the differentiated hiPSCs show the expression of keratinocyte-and fibroblast-specific proteins on the patch,and the layering is found between these two kinds of cells,indicating that this approach creates a powerful in vitro system for modeling skin development and diseases.

Shaping of few-cycle laser pulses via a subwavelength structure

We theoretically investigate the propagation of few-cycle laser pulses in resonant two-level dense media with a sub- wavelength structure, which is described by the full Maxwell-Bloch equations without the frame of slowly varying envelope and rotating wave approximations. The input pulses can be shaped into shorter ones with a single or less than one optical cycle. The effect of the parameters of the subwavelength structure and laser pulses is studied. Our study shows that the media with a subwavelength structure can significantly shape the few-cycle pulses into a subcycle pulse, even for the case of chirp pulses as input fields. This suggests that such subwavelength structures have potential application in the shaping of few-cycle laser pulses.
