To develop a new co.pound heat treatment process for improving the mechanical properties of die-cast Al alloys,this study investigated the effects of cryogenic,solution and aging co.pound treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of die-cast Al *** characterization methods used were optical microsco.y(OM),scanning electron microsco.y(SEM),transmission electron microsco.y(TEM),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),and tensile tests;and the Image Pro Plus software was used for statistical *** results indicated that co.pared with T6 heat treatment,the co.pound heat treatment process co.sisting of cryogenic treatment(-196.C for 12 h),solid solution treatment(476.C for 22 min),and aging(159.C for 403 min)significantly enhanced the mechanical properties of the diecast Al *** instance,the tensile strength increased from 224.3 to 249.5 MPa;the hardness increased from HV110.5 to HV 124.6,and the elongation increased from6.28%to 7.72%,which in relative terms co.responds to11.2%,12.8%and 22.9%,*** co.pound heat treatment process of the alloy led to significant refinement of its a-Al *** addition,Si phases tended to be more ellipsoidal or granular,while the tips of Feco.taining phases became rounded,which played a key role in enhancing the mechanical properties and microstructure stability of the alloys.

Effects of thermodynamics parameters on mass transfer of volatile pollutants at air-water interface

A transient three-dimensional co.pling model based on the co.pressible volume of fluid （VOF） method was developed to simulate the transport of volatile pollutants at the air-water interface. VOF is a numerical technique for locating and tracking the free surface of water flow. The relationships between Henry＇s co.stant, thermodynamics parameters, and the enlarged topological index were proposed for nonstandard co.ditions. A series of experiments and numerical simulations were performed to study the transport of benzene and carbinol. The simulation results agreed with the experimental results. Temperature had no effect on mass transfer of pollutants with low transfer free energy and high Henry＇s co.stant. The temporal and spatial distribution of pollutants with high transfer free energy and low Henry＇s co.stant was affected by temperature. The total enthalpy and total transfer free energy increased significantly with temperature, with significant fluctuations at low temperatures. The total enthalpy and total transfer free energy increased steadily without fluctuation at high temperatures.

Background:The current study was co.ducted to investigate the individual and co.bined occurrence of aflatoxin B_(1)(AFB_(1)),deoxynivalenol(DON)and zearalenone(ZEN)in feeds from various Provinces of China during 2018 to 2020.A total of 3,507 feed samples,including 2,090 feed ingredients and 1,417 co.plete feed samples,were co.lected from different areas of China for myco.oxins ***:The individual co.tamination of AFB_(1),DON and ZEN were present in more than 81.9%,96.4% and 96.9% of feed samples,respectively,with average co.centration ranges of AFB_(1) between 1.2-27.4μg/kg,DON between 458.0-1,925.4μg/kg and ZEN between 48.1-326.8μg/***,0.9%,0.5% and 0.1% of feed ingredients,and 1.2-12.8%,0.9-2.9% and 0-8.9% of co.plete feeds for pigs,poultry and ruminants with AFB_(1),ZEN and DON that exceeded China’s safety standards,***,more than 81.5%of feed ingredients and 95.7% of co.plete feeds were co.co.taminated with various co.binations of these ***:This study indicates that the feeds in China were universally co.taminated with AFB_(1),DON and ZEN during the past 3 *** findings highlight the significance of monitoring myco.oxin co.taminant levels in the domestic animal feed,and the importance of carrying out feed administration and remediation strategies for myco.oxin co.trol.

Background： The current study was carried out to provide a reference for monitory of aflatoxin B_1（AFB_1）,zearalenone（ZEN） and deoxynivalenol（DON） co.tamination in feed ingredients and co.plete feeds were co.lected from different Province in China from 2013 to ***： A total of 443 feed ingredients, including 220 co.n, 24 wheat, 24 domestic distillers dried grains with soluble（DDGS）, 55 bran, 20 wheat shorts and red dog, 37 imported DDGS, 34 co.n germ meal and 29 soybean meal as well as 127 co.plete feeds including 25 pig co.plete feed（powder）, 90 pig co.plete feed（pellet）, six duck co.plete feed and six cattle co.plete feed were randomly co.lected from different Province in China,respectively, by high-performance chromatography in co.bined with UV or fluorescence ***： The incidence rates of AFB_1, ZEN and DON co.tamination of feed ingredients and co.plete feeds were80.8, 92.3 and 93.9 %, respectively. The percentage of positive samples for DON ranged from 66.7 to 100 %.Domestic DDGS and imported DDGS presented the most serious co.tamination AFB_1, ZEN and DON co.tamination levels of feeds ranged from 61.5 to 100 %, indicated that serious co.tamination over the studied 3-year ***： The current data provide clear evidence that AFB_1, ZEN and DON co.tamination of feed ingredients and co.plete feeds in different Province in China is serious and differs over past 3-year. The use of co.n, domestic DDGS, imported DDGS and co.n germ meal, which may be co.taminated with these three myco.oxins, as animal feed may triggered a health risk for animal. Feeds are most co.taminated with DON followed by ZEN and AFB_*** co.tamination in feed ingredients and co.plete feeds should be monitored routinely in China.

Micro-arc oxidation （MAO） process was cartied out in an optimized dual electrolyte system to fabricate a co.pact, smooth, and co.rosion resistant co.ting on ZK60 Mg alloy. The microstructural characteristics of co.ting were investigated by scanning electron microsco.y （SEM） co.pled with an energy dispersive spectrometer （EDS） and X-ray diffraction （XRD）. Test of mass loss was co.ducted at a 3.5 % NaCl solution to assess the resistance to co.rosion. The bonding strength between the co.ting and ZK60 substrate was evaluated using scratch experiment. The results reveal that MgA1204 and MgO are the main phases of ceramic co.ting obtained in the dual electrolyte system. The co.rosion rate of co.ting prepared in the optimized dual electrolyte is only 0.0061 g.m-2.h-1, which demonstrates excellent co.rosion resistance. This is mainly due to the co.pact, uniform co.ting with high bonding strength.

By taking 40Cr as a specific object, co.d extrusion deformation behavior of medium carbon steel after quenching and tempering was studied by experimental works. The influence of deformation extent (10%-50%), co.e angle of die (90 °-120 °), hardness after quenching and tempering (HRC21-29) and lubricated co.dition on the forming load was analyzed. The results show that there is no central bursting and micro crack in the inner of the extruded specimen, and the forming quality is good. The double-peak phenomenon takes place at the front-end of the specimen; the double-peak index increases with deformation extent, and larger deformation can avoid the double-peak phenomenon. The deformation extent is the most important influencing factor, and the lubricated co.dition almost has no influence, which means that the phosphate co.ting plus soap process is still a proper lubrication method for co.d extrusion of medium carbon steel after quenching and tempering. By investigating the microsco.ic structure before and after deformation, the initial equiaxed grain is elongated in the extrusion direction, and this feature is more significant at the front-end of specimen.

The volatile pollutants that spill into natural waters cause water pollution. Air pollution arises from the water pollution because of volatilization. Mass exchange caused by turbulent fluctuation is stronger in the direction normal to the air-water interface than in other directions due to the large density difference between water and air. In order to explore the characteristics of anisotropic diffusion of the volatile pollutants at the air-water interface, the relationship between velocity gradient and mass transfer rate was established to calculate the turbulent mass diffusivity. A seco.d-order accurate smooth transition differencing scheme （STDS） was proposed to guarantee the boundedness for the flow and mass transfer at the air-water interface. Simulations and experiments were performed to study the trichloroethylene （C2HC13） release. By co.paring the anisotropic co.pling diffusion model, isotropic co.pling diffusion model, and non-co.pling diffusion model, the features of the transport of volatile pollutants at the air-water interface were determined. The results show that the anisotropic co.pling diffusion model is more accurate than the isotropic co.pling diffusion model and non-co.pling diffusion model. Mass transfer significantly increases with the increase of the air-water relative velocity at a low relative velocity. However, at a higher relative velocity, an increase in the relative velocity has no effect on mass transfer.

As a nonmetallic charge carrier,ammonium ion(NH_(4)^(+))has garnered significant attention in the co.struction of aqueous batteries due to its advantages of low molar mass,small hydration size and rapid diffusion in aqueous *** are a kind of potential electro-active materials for aqueous NH_(4)^(+)***,traditional polymer electrodes are typically created by co.ering the bulky co.lectors with excessive additives,which co.ld lead to low volume capacity and unsatisfactory ***,a nanoparticle-like polyimide(PI)was synthesized and then co.bined with MXene nanosheets to synergistically co.struct an additive-free and self-standing PI@MXene co.posite ***,the redox-active PI nanoparticles are enclosed between co.ductive MXene flakes to create a 3D lamination-like network that promotes electron transmission,while theπ-πinteractions existing between PI and MXene co.tribute to the enhanced structural integrity and stability within the co.posite *** such,it delivers superior aqueous NH_(4)^(+)storage behaviors in terms of a notable specific capacity of 110.7 mA·h·cm^(–3) and a long lifespan with only 0.0064%drop each ***,in-situ Raman and UV–Vis examinations provide evidence of reversible and stable redox mechanism of the PI@MXene co.posite electrode during NH_(4)^(+)uptake/removal,highlighting its significance in the area of electrochemical energy storage.
