Semi active hydro-pneumatic suspension can improve the road support and ride comfort of the suspension system while considering manufacturing costs. Single chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension can achieve the purpose of adjusting damping force by adjusting the volume of hydro-pneumatic, and can reliably control semi-active suspension systems in practical engineering. This article first establishes a nonlinear mathematical model of a single chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension, and uses the designed fuzzy PID control to control the single chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension system. It was found that due to the dependence on expert experience in fuzzy PID control, the control effect is not significant. To improve the control effect,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the fuzzy PID correction coefficient and quantization factor, and control the single chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension. The dynamic simulation software Matlab/Simulink is applied for simulation. The simulation results show that when the simulated vehicle is driving on a D-level road at a speed of 12.5m/s, the semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension under fuzzy PID control after genetic optimization is superior to traditional passive hydro-pneumatic suspension in attenuating vehicle vibration and improving vehicle smoothness.

Modeling and simulation for small-tracked mobile robots

The small-tracked mobile robots（ STMRs） are small,portable and concealed,and they are widely used in scouting,investigation,rescue and assistance. In this paper,a mechanical model is established based on the multi-body dynamic software RecurD yn,and a control system is simulated through Simulink,including its kinematics model,speed controller,motors＇ model. Associating the mechanical and control model,the cosimulation model is established for STMRs. The co-simulation approach is applied to optimize the motor parameters. A series of experiments are conducted to examine the accuracy of the virtual prototype,and the results demonstrate that the STMR virtual prototype can exactly illustrate the dynamic performance of the physical *** co-simulation of mechanical model and control model is applied in forecasting and debugging critical parameters,also it provides guidance in defining motor＇s peak current.

In allusion to the problem of inadequate motor drive ability and low efficiency in the current research on quadruped robot, this paper puts forward the use of coupling driving leg mechanism to establish quadruped robot and designs coupling driving hip joint of compound motion pattern. It can have compound motion at multiple angles as two motors in hip joint select different directions of rotation and speed. It is difficult to obtain a high stability margin and traveling speed simultaneously when a quadruped robot travels with crawling *** solve this problem, this paper optimizes its crawling gait with the motion of swing with sidewise orthocenter in continuous crawling gait;optimizes its crawling gait through sidewise orthocenter adjustment so as to achieve the balance of traveling speed and stability margin;describes the influence of motion amplitude with sidewise orthocenter on stability margin during quadruped crawling gait in a quantitative way and finally verifies the effectiveness of this optimized gait through principled sample machine test.

Adaptive command filter constraint control of rolling mill torsional vibration under current harmonic

An adaptive command filter control strategy was proposed to realize the asymptotic tracking of the roll speed,which successfully suppressed torsional vibration for the main drive system of the rolling mill with nonlinear friction,nonlinear damping,current harmonic,time-varying stiffness and unknown disturbance.A finite time predetermined performance method was proposed,so that the speed tracking error of the main transmission system was always constrained in the performance function and converged to its minimum boundary within the specified *** on the adaptive estimation of harmonic amplitude,the torque control law of the motor was obtained by using the filter backstepping method,which prevented the torsional vibration of the system caused by the input fluctuation and avoided the complexity explosion of the controller design,and the stability of the closed-loop system was strictly proved by the Lyapunov *** actual numerical simulation verified the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

This paper is focused on finite-time adaptive control of dual motor driving servo *** introducing a set of alternative state variables and the corresponding transform,a state space description of dual motor driving servo system is *** on the obtained state space model of dual motor driving servo system,a dynamic surface control(DSC) scheme is proposed,which is able to eliminate the "explosion of complexity" problem inherent in traditional backstepping design and guarantee the finite convergence performance of the tracking *** results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
