On Twitter,people often use hashtags to mark the subject of a *** have specific themes or content that are easy for people to *** the increase in the number of tweets,how to automatically recommend hashtags for tweets has received wide *** previous hashtag recommendation methods were to convert the task into a multi-class classification ***,these methods can only recommend hashtags that appeared in historical information,and cannot recommend the new *** this work,we extend the self-attention mechanism to turn the hashtag recommendation task into a sequence labeling *** train and evaluate the proposed method,we used the real tweet data which is collected from *** results show that the proposed method can be significantly better than the most advanced *** with the state-of-the-art methods,the accuracy of our method has been increased 4%.

The wellbore stability of a vertical well through the sandstone reservoir layers of the Asmari oil-bearing formation in south-west Iran is *** safe drilling-fluid density range for maintaining wellbore stability is determined and simulated using FLAC3 D software and a finite volume model established with drilled strata geomechanical *** initiation of plastic condition is used to determine the safe mud weight window(SMWW)in specific sandstone *** effects of rock strength parameters,major stresses around the wellbore and pore pressure on the SMWW are investigated for this *** analysis reveals that a reduction in cohesion and internal friction angle values leads to a significant narrowing of the *** the other hand,the reduction of pore pressure and the ratio between maximum and minimum horizontal stresses causes the SMWW to widen *** ability to readily quantify changes in SMWW indicates that the developed model is suitable as a well planning and monitoring tool.

Complex interactions between genes determine the development and differentiation of cells. We establish a landscape theory for cell differentiation with proliferation effect, in which the developmental process is modeled as a stochastic dynamical system with a birth-death term. We find that two different energy landscapes, denoted U and V, collectively contribute to the establishment of non-equilibrium steady differentiation. The potential U is known as the energy landscape leading to the steady distribution, whose metastable states stand for cell types, while V indicates the differentiation direction from pluripotent to differentiated cells. This interpretation of cell differentiation is different from the previous landscape theory without the proliferation effect. We propose feasible numerical methods and a mean-field approximation for constructing landscapes U and V. Successful applications to typical biological models demonstrate the energy landscape decomposition’s validity and reveal biological insights into the considered processes.

High-entropy alloys and ceramics containing at least five principal elements have recently received high attention for various mechanical and functional *** application of severe plastic deformation(SPD),particularly the high-pressure torsion method,combined with the CALPHAD(calculation of phase diagram) and first-principles calculations resulted in the development of numerous superfunctional high-entropy materials with superior properties compared to the normal functions of engineering *** article reviews the recent advances in the application of SPD to developing superfunctional high-entropy *** superfunctional properties include(ⅰ) ultrahigh hardness levels comparable to the hardness of ceramics in high-entropy alloys,(ⅱ) high yield strength and good hydrogen embrittlement resistance in high-entropy alloys;(ⅲ) high strength,low elastic modulus,and high biocompatibility in high-entropy alloys,(ⅳ) fast and reversible hydrogen storage in high-entropy hydrides,(ⅴ) photovoltaic performance and photocurrent generation on high-entropy semiconductors,(ⅵ) photocatalytic oxygen and hydrogen production from water splitting on high-entropy oxides and oxynitrides,and(ⅶ)CO_(2) photoreduction on high-entropy *** findings introduce SPD as not only a processing tool to improve the properties of existing high-entropy materials but also as a synthesis tool to produce novel high-entropy materials with superior properties compared with conventional engineering materials.

Nanotube-based mixed-dimensional or one-dimensional heterostructures have attracted great attention recently because of their unique physical properties and therefore potential for novel devices. Their chemical properties, however, were less explored but can be utilized for energy storage and *** this review, we summarize the recent progress of nanotube-based low dimensional materials for electrochemistry, in particular, lithium storage and hydrogen evolution. First, we describe the atomic structure of low-dimensional heterostructures and briefly touch previous work on planar van der Waals heterostructures(2D+2D) in electrochemistry applications. Then we focus this review on the more recently developed nanotube-based, i.e., 1D+2D and 1D + 1D heterostructures, and discuss their various preparation approaches and electrochemical performances. Finally, we outline the challenges and opportunities in this direction and particularly emphasize the possibility of building high-performance electrodes using a single-walled carbon nanotube-based ultra-thin 1D heterostructure, and the importance of understanding the fundamental mechanism at atomic precision.
