The electrocatalytic activity of transition-metal-based compounds is closely related to the electronic ***,optimizing the surface electron spin state of catalysts remains a ***,we developed a spin-state and delocalized electron regulation method to optimize oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance by in-situ growth of NiCo_(2)(OH)_(x) using Oswald ripening and coordinating etching process on MXene and plasma treatment.X-ray absorption spectroscopy,magnetic tests and electron paramagnetic resonance reveal that the coupling of NiCo_(2)(OH)_(x) and MXene can induce remarkable spin-state transition of Co^(3+)and transition metal ions electron delocalization,plasma treatment further optimizes the 3 d orbital structure and delocalized electron *** unique Jahn-Teller phenomenon can be brought by the intermediate spin state(t2 _(g)^(5) e_(g)^(1))of Co^(3+),which benefits from the partial electron occupied *** distinct electron configuration(t2_(g)^(5) e_(g)^(1))with unpaired electrons leads to orbital degeneracy,that the adsorption free energy of intermediate species and conductivity were further *** optimized electrocatalyst exhibits excellent OER activity with an overpotential of 268 m V at 10 m A cm^(-2).DFT calculations show that plasma treatment can effectively regulate the d-band center of TMs to optimize the adsorption and improve the OER *** approach could guide the rational design and discovery of electrocatalysts with ideal electron configurations in the future.

Based on observing and analyzing the typical soil animals, the flexible unsmoothness is defined, which is the moving unsmoothness made by the flexible deformation of the structural units, and its characteristics of reducing adhesion and resistance is analyzed. The tests show that on the same conditions, compared with 45 Steel, the adhesion of the field_mouse’s fur is reduced by about 35%, its sliding resistance is reduced by about 80%.

Using electrode as laser cladding materials, the microstructure and wear resistance of laser clad layer of ductile cast iron was studied. The laser clad layer can be subdivided into the melted zone where existed large amounts of austenite, graphite nodules and some carbides, and the solid state transformation zone which included martensite and austenite below the melted zone. The Ti combined with C to form TiC increasing the wear resistance; The Co significantly increased the wear resistance compared with Ti.

Effect of Si, Al and Bi on the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-welded and austempered ductile iron weld metals has been studied with SEM, TEM, X-ray diffraction, image analysing system, tension and other test methods. Results show that increasing weld Si, Al and Bi content favours improving the chilling tendency of as-welded ductile iron weld and mechanical properties of austempered ductile iron weld and the mechanism is also discussed. On this basis the optimum chemical composition of weld is determined. The mechanical properties of weld and welded joint after austempering can match those of austempered ductile iron.

The theory related to nucleation, interface kinetics, micromorphology evolution and microscopic growth during nonequilibrium alloy solidification was reviewed. Methods for quantitative analysis of nucleation rate, the criterion of marginal stability, nonequilibrium partition coefficient, as well as the relationship between growth rate with undercooling and dendrite tip radius were presented. In this paper , a driving stress finite element method ofelastic-plastic large deformation based on implicit time integratingalgorithm and an eight-chain molecular network model is used for thenumerical simulation of the simple shear test ofpolycarbonate(PC)materials. The simulated results are compared withexperimental ones. The strain localiztaion propagation for the shearband deforma- tion for simple shear deformation is investigatednumerically. The effects of microstructure parameters in the model onstrain softening and orientation hardening of the PC are discussed indetail.

The BPA eight-chain molecular network model is introduced into the finite element formulation of elastic-plastic large deformation. And then, the tensile deformation localization development of the amorphous glassy circular polymeric bars (such as polycarbonates) is numerically simulated. The simulated results are compared with experimental ones, and very good consistence between numerical simulation and experiment is obtained, which shows the efficiency of the finite element analysis. Finally, the influences of the microstructure parameter S-ss on tensile neck-propagation and triaxial stress effect are studied.

A continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram of the simulated austempered ductile iron (ADI) weld metal has been developed by means of the Formastor-F diagram measurement apparatus, and revised by comparing with the actual welding.
