本研究旨在对2022年发布的中成药和中医经典名方的临床随机对照试验（RCT）进行全面的概述和方法学质量分析，以提供临床研究、政策制定和指南修订的循证依据。研究数据来源于中医药临床循证评价证据库系统（EVDS）中成药临床试验数据库，并辅以中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库、维普资讯、中国生物医学文献服务系统（Sino Med）、Cochrane Library、Pub Med、以及Web of Science数据库的补充检索，检索时间范围限定为2022年1月1日至2022年12月31日。本研究纳入了中成药和中医经典名方的RCTs作为临床证据来源，对其发表信息、样本量、干预与对照措施、治疗周期及方法学质量等方面进行了细致的分析与评价。经过筛选，共纳入中成药RCTs研究1464篇，覆盖中成药种类达667种。在干预与对照设置方面，“中成药联合西药对比单纯西药”的模式最为常见，涉及417篇RCTs，占总文献量的28.48%。同时，纳入中医经典名方的RCTs研究245篇，涉及经典名方55种，其中“汤剂联合常规治疗对比单纯常规治疗”的设置最为频繁，涉及87篇RCTs，占总文献量的35.51%。分析结果显示，已发表的中成药和经典名方RCTs在设计和执行方面存在若干不足，多数研究在分配隐藏和受试者盲法方面被评为中高风险；关键研究环节如试验注册和伦理审批的报告也不够充分。尽管如此，本年度的RCT研究数量虽有所下降，但研究质量和影响力却有所提升。为进一步提高临床试验的设计、执行和报告水平，建议在试验设计阶段引入方法学专家的专业技术指导，并在研究执行过程中注重过程质量控制，尤其是随机化执行的规范性，需要不断优化和完善。

Purpose:To examine the effects of a school-based karate intervention on academic achievement,psychosocial functioning,and physical fitness in children aged 7-8 ***:Twenty schools in 5 different European countries(2 second-grade classrooms per school)participated in a cluster randomized controlled trial(Sport at School trial).Participants were assigned to either a control group,which continued with their habitual physical education lessons,or to an intervention group,which replaced these lessons with a 1-year karate intervention(Karate Mind and Movement program).A total of 721 children(344 girls and 377 boys,7.4±0.5 years old,mean±SD)completed the study,of which 333 and 388 were assigned to the control group and intervention group,*** included academic performance(average grade),psychosocial functioning(Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire for parents),and different markers of physical fitness(cardiorespiratory fitness,balance,and flexibility).Results:The intervention provided small but significant benefits compared to the control group for academic achievement(d=0.16;p=0.003),conduct problems(d=-0.28;p=0.003),cardiorespiratory fitness(d=0.36;p0.05).Conclusion:A 1-year school-based karate intervention was effective in improving academic achievement,conduct problems,and physical fitness in primary school *** results support the inclusion of karate during physical education lessons.

Measuring the characteristics of seawater constituent is in great demand for studies of marine ecosystems and ***,existing techniques based on remote sensing or in situ samplings present various tradeoffs with regard to the diversity,synchronism,temporal-spatial resolution,and depth-resolved capacity of their data ***,we demonstrate a novel oceanic triple-field-of-view(FOV)high-spectral-resolution lidar(HSRL)with an iterative retrieval *** technique provides,for the first time,comprehensive,continuous,and vertical measurements of seawater absorption coefficient,scattering coefficient,and slope of particle size distribution,which are validated by simulations and field ***,it depicts valuable application potentials in the accuracy improvement of seawater classification and the continuous estimation of depth-resolved particulate organic carbon *** triple-FOV HSRL with high performance could greatly increase the knowledge of seawater constituents and promote the understanding of marine ecosystems and biogeochemistry.

Objective Several research gaps affect the improvement of care for healthy *** identification is crucial to developing a specific research prioritisation agenda supporting progress at the micro(clinical),meso(service delivery)and macro(system)*** achieve this,a scoping review was carried out to describe the most significant gaps impeding the improvement of care for healthy *** A scoping review of the literature was conducted according to the Joanna Briggs institute *** selected articles were analysed to identify topics or areas essential for improving care for healthy ageing but requiring further support from *** criteria Every type of scientific article,except for randomised controlled trials,was considered of potential interest without restrictions on publication date,type of publication and *** sources A systematic search(last search:6 December 2023)was conducted using PubMed,MEDLINE and *** Overall,1558 articles were retrieved from the *** these,310 were finally retained for this work.A total of 1195 research gaps were identified(average:3.85 per article)and clustered into the 13 primary areas:ageing,care approach,caregivers,health economics,health,interventions,policies,research,settings,training,technology,specific populations and understanding the older *** particular,research for improving the person-centred approach(n=38),better considering cultural diversities(n=27),implementing integrated care(n=25)and ensuring access to care(n=25)were the most prevalent priorities reported in the *** A wide range of factors spanning multiple disciplines,from clinical to policy levels,require special consideration,exploration and *** findings of this scoping review represent an essential step in identifying gaps for developing a research prioritisation agenda to improve care for healthy ageing.

INTRODUCTION The United Nations(UN)Decade of Healthy Ageing(2021–2030),coordinated by the World Health Organization(WHO),1 is a global collaborative initiative aimed at improving the lives of older people,their families and the communities.23 The Action Areas 3(ie,‘deliver person-centred,integrated care and primary health services responsive to older people’)and 4(ie,‘provide access to long-term care(LTC)for older people who need it’)of the Decade’s work programme focus on reorienting health and care systems to promote‘ageing in place’and the delivery of personalised interventions in a seamless continuum of care.

To analyze mortality associated with hepatitis C virus (HCV) and hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in *** certificates mentioning either HBV or HCV infection were retrieved from the italian National Cause of Death Register for the years 2011-2013. Mortality rates and proportional mortality (percentage of deaths with mention of HCV/HBV among all registered deaths) were computed by gender and age class. The geographical variability in HCV-related mortality rates was investigated by directly age-standardized rates (European standard population). Proportional mortality for HCV and HBV among subjects aged 20-59 years was assessed in the native population and in different immigrant *** infection was mentioned in 1.6% (n = 27730) and HBV infection in 0.2% (n = 3838) of all deaths among subjects aged ≥ 20 years. Mortality rates associated with HCV infection increased exponentially with age in both genders, with a male to female ratio close to unity among the elderly; a further peak was observed in the 50-54 year age group especially among male subjects. HCV-related mortality rates were higher in Southern Italy among elderly people (45/100000 in subjects aged 60-79 and 125/100000 in subjects aged ≥ 80 years), and in North-Western Italy among middle-aged subjects (9/100000 in the 40-59 year age group). Proportional mortality was higher among italian citizens and North African immigrants for HCV, and among Sub-Saharan African and Asian immigrants for *** ageing, immigration, and new therapeutic approaches are shaping the epidemiology of virus-related chronic liver disease. In spite of limits due to the incomplete reporting and misclassification of the etiology of liver disease, mortality data represent an additional source of information for surveillance.
