Forecasting environmental parameters in the distant future requires complex modelling and large computational *** to the sensitivity and complexity of forecast models,long-term parameter forecasts(*** to 2100)are uncommon and only produced by a few organisations,in heterogeneous formats and based on different assumptions of greenhouse gases ***,data mining techniques can be used to coerce the data to a uniform time and spatial representation,which facilitates their use in many *** this paper,streams of big data coming from AquaMaps and NASA collections of 126 long-term forecasts of nine types of environmental parameters are processed through a cloud computing platform in order to(i)standardise and harmonise the data representations,(ii)produce intermediate scenarios and new informative parameters,and(iii)align all sets on a common time and spatial *** series crosscorrelation applied to these aligned datasets reveals patterns of climate change and similarities between parameter trends in 10 marine *** results highlight that(i)the Mediterranean Sea may have a standalone‘response’to climate change with respect to other areas,(ii)the Poles are most representative of global forecasted change,and(iii)the trends are generally alarming for most oceans.

Requirements analysis is an important phase in a software project. The analysis is often performed in an informal way by specialists who review documents looking for ambiguities, technical inconsistencies and incomplete parts. Automation is still far from being applied in requirements analyses, above all since natural languages are informal and thus difficult to treat automatically. There are only a few tools that can analyse texts. One of them, called QuARS, was developed by the istituto di scienza e tecnologie dell＇informazione and can analyse texts in terms of ambiguity. This paper describes how QuARS was used in a formal empirical experiment to assess the impact in terms of effectiveness and efficacy of the automation in the requirements review process of a software company.

Geothermal data are published using different IT services,formats and content representations,and can refer to both regional and global scale *** stakeholders search for information with different aims.e-Infrastructures are collaborative platforms that address this diversity of aims and data *** this paper,we present a prototype for a european Geothermal Information Platform that uses INSPIRe recommendations and an e-Infrastructure(D4Science)to collect,aggregate and share data sets from different european data contributors,thus enabling stakeholders to retrieve and process a large amount of *** system merges segmented and national realities into one common *** demonstrate our approach by describing a platform that collects data from Italian,French,Hungarian,Swiss and Icelandic geothermal data providers.

Within the framework of the circular economy,the waste litchi’s skins were upgraded and transformed into electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HeR).The waste litchi’s skins were pyrolyzed,activated,and then used as carbon support for fabricating metal–nitrogen–carbons(M–N–Cs)which belong to a promising class of platinum group metal-free *** activated char was functionalized with transition metal(Fe,Ni,and Co)-phthalocyanine(Pc)in monometallic and bimetallic fashion by subjecting it to a thermal treatment at 600 and 900◦*** samples functionalized at 900℃ showed higher performance for HeR due to the formation of metal nanoparticles,whereas the samples functionalized at 600℃ showed higher performance for ***,sample Ni–Co 900 had an overpotential of−0.38 V for HeR,while the sample Fe 600 was the most active electrocatalyst for ORR by demonstrating the onset potential of∼0.9 V(a half-wave potential of∼0.81 V)with the least production of unwanted peroxide anion.
