This paper investigates fault-tolerant finite-time dynamical consensus problems of double-integrator multi-agent systems(MASs)with partial agents subject to synchronous self-sensing function failure(SSFF).A strategy of recovering the connectivity of network topology among normal agents based on multi-hop communication and a fault-tolerant finitetime dynamical consensus protocol with time-varying gains are proposed to resist synchronous *** is proved that double-integrator MASs with partial agents subject to synchronous SSFF using the proposed strategy of network topology connectivity recovery and fault-tolerant finite-time dynamical consensus protocol with the proper time-varying gains can achieve finite-time dynamical *** simulations are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

This paper proposes a chip correlation indicator （CCI）-based link quality estimation mechanism for wireless sensor networks under non-perceived packet loss. On the basis of analyzing all related factors, it can be concluded that signal-to-noise rate （SNR） is the main factor causing the non-perceived packet loss. In this paper, the relationship model between CCI and non-perceived packet loss rate （NPLR） is established from related models such as SNR versus packet success rate （PSR）, CCI versus SNR and CCI-NPLR. Due to the large fluctuating range of the raw CCI, Kalman filter is introduced to do de-noising of the raw CCI. The cubic model and the least squares method are employed to fit the relationship between CCI and SNR. In the experiments, many groups of comparison have been conducted and the results show that the proposed mechanism can achieve more accurate measurement of the non-perceived packet loss than existing approaches. Moreover, it has the advantage of decreasing extra energy consumption caused by sending large number of probe packets.

In selfsh wireless cooperative multicast networks(WCMNs),a source node wants to achieve the optimal beneft(i.e.,rate gain),while the relaying nodes are willing to get fairness rewards(i.e.,rate gains)from the source for the cooperative *** this paper,we implement these two diferent objectives for the source and the relays through the Pareto optimal resource *** the cooperative strategy of a node as the fraction of a data-frame that it is willing to contribute to its cooperative *** the rational decision made by one node will defnitely afect its cooperative partners’***,we can formulate this resource sharing problem as a Nash bargaining problem(NBP),and the Nash bargaining solution(NBS)to the NBP encapsulates the Pareto optimality ***,to enable the nodes to be capable of computing the NBS cooperative strategies rapidly as the wireless channel changes,we propose a fast particle swarm optimizer(PSO)algorithm to search for the *** results show that the two specifed objectives of the source and the relays can be implemented in the Pareto optimal sense,i.e.,the source can achieve a signifcant performance gain in comparison with direct multicast and the relays can get a fair reward by the source according to the level of contribution it has made to improve the performance of the source.

In this paper, we consider the problem of irregular shapes tracking for multiple extended targets by introducing the Gaussian surface matrix（GSM） into the framework of the random finite set（RFS） theory. The Gaussian surface function is constructed first by the measurements, and it is used to define the GSM via a mapping function. We then integrate the GSM with the probability hypothesis density（PHD） filter, the Bayesian recursion formulas of GSM-PHD are derived and the Gaussian mixture implementation is employed to obtain the closed-form solutions. Moreover, the estimated shapes are designed to guide the measurement set sub-partition, which can cope with the problem of the spatially close target tracking. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively estimate irregular target shapes and exhibit good robustness in cross extended target tracking.

This paper investigates asymptotic bounded consensus tracking（ABCT） of double-integrator multi-agent systems（MASs） with an asymptotically-unbounded-acceleration and bounded-jerk target（AUABJT） available to partial agents based on sampled-data without velocity measurements. A sampled-data consensus tracking protocol（CTP） without velocity measurements is proposed to guarantee that double-integrator MASs track an AUABJT available to only partial *** eigenvalue analysis method together with the augmented matrix method is used to obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for ABCT. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical results.

In the paradigms of the internet of things(Io T), sensor nodes could collect the data through the Wireless sensor network(WSN), and could be managed and accessed by human users through the internet. There are many challenges remain. Taking advantage of IPv6,IPv6 over Low-power personal area networks(6Lo WPANs)implemented on resource constrained devices makes the connection possible and easier. This paper is contributing on constructing architecture of the end-to-end communication system based on 6Lo WPAN gateway, which enabled convergence of IPv6 network and low-power wireless networking, featuring encapsulating 6Lo WPAN adapter layer in a Network adapter driver(NAD) of personal computer. Using real commercial deployment, the result of application test bed shows that the IPv6 hosts could be interactive with IP-based sensor nodes through 6Lo WPAN gateway with acceptable latency and packet loss.

This paper discussed the characteristics of addressing from the perspective of internet addressing mechanism. An internet of things(IOT) resource addressing iteration model was defined. In the model, a direct addressing mode for active nodes and an indirect addressing mode for passive codes were proposed, which meet the requirement for multiple encoding mode. A unified IOT resource lightweight addressing scheme based on IPv6 has been proposed to implement the two addressing modes. The scheme utilized the virtual domain to solve the problem of the heterogeneous encoding. The paper implemented the addressing process from the internet host to the sensor node based on IPv6 over low-power wireless personal area networks(6Lo WPAN) protocol. The experiment results show that the scheme is performed to realize communication between wireless sensor networks and IPv6 networks.

Double-integrator multi-agent systems(MASs)might not achieve dynamical consensus,even if only partial agents suffer from self-sensing function failures(SSFFs).SSFFs might be asynchronous in real engineering *** existing fault-tolerant dynamical consensus protocol suitable for synchronous SSFFs cannot be directly used to tackle fault-tolerant dynamical consensus of double-integrator MASs with partial agents subject to asynchronous *** by these facts,this paper explores a new fault-tolerant dynamical consensus protocol suitable for asynchronous ***,multi-hop communication together with the idea of treating asynchronous SSFFs as multiple piecewise synchronous SSFFs is used for recovering the connectivity of network topology among all normal ***,a fault-tolerant dynamical consensus protocol is designed for double-integrator MASs by utilizing the history information of an agent subject to SSFF for computing its own state information at the instants when its minimum-hop normal neighbor set ***,it is theoretically proved that if the strategy of network topology connectivity recovery and the fault-tolerant dynamical consensus protocol with proper time-varying gains are used simultaneously,double-integrator MASs with all normal agents and all agents subject to SSFFs can reach dynamical ***,comparison numerical simulations are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Combining Multi-scale Directed Depth Motion Maps and Log-Gabor Filters for Human Action Recognition

Recognition of the human actions by computer vision has become an active research area in recent years. Due to the speed and the high similarity of the actions, the current algorithms cannot get high recognition rate. A new recognition method of the human action is proposed with the multi-scale directed depth motion maps(MsdDMMs) and Log-Gabor filters. According to the difference between the speed and time order of an action, MsdDMMs is proposed under the energy framework. Meanwhile, Log-Gabor is utilized to describe the texture details of MsdDMMs for the motion characteristics. It can easily satisfy both the texture characterization and the visual features of human eye. Furthermore, the collaborative representation is employed as action recognition by the classification. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm, which is applied in the MSRAction3 D dataset and MSRGesture3 D dataset, can achieve the accuracy of 95.79% and 96.43% respectively. It also has higher accuracy than the existing algorithms, such as super normal vector(SNV), hierarchical recurrent neural network(Hierarchical RNN).

Effect of porous surface layer on wave propagation in elastic cylinder immersed in fluid

To study the damage to an elastic cylinder immersed in fluid, a model of an elastic cylinder wrapped with a porous medium immersed in fluid is designed. This structure can both identify the properties of guided waves in a more practical model and address the relationship between the cylinder damage degree and the surface and surrounding medium. The principal motivation is to perform a detailed quantitative analysis of the longitudinal mode and flexural mode in an elastic cylinder wrapped with a porous medium immersed in fluid. The frequency equations for the propagation of waves are derived each for a pervious surface and an impervious surface by employing Biot theory. The influences of the various parameters of the porous medium wrapping layer on the phase velocity and attenuation are discussed. The results show that the influences of porosity on the dispersion curves of guided waves are much more significant than those of thickness,whereas the phase velocity is independent of the static permeability. There is an apparent “mode switching” between the two low-order modes. The characteristics of attenuation are in good agreement with the results from the dispersion *** work can support future studies for optimizing the theory on detecting the damage to cylinder or pipeline.
