对病原菌的快速、灵敏、定点检测对食品安全非常重要。在本研究中,我们建立了一种新的量子点纳米棒标记的侧向流动免疫分析试纸条(QBS标记的LFIAS)与链置换环介导的等温扩增(SD-LAMP)相结合的方法来定量检测鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(ST)。量子点纳米棒(QBS)作为荧光报告分子,具有良好的检测效率。在LAMP中使用了可定制的链置换(SD)探针,以提高方法的特异性并防止副产物捕获。检测是基于夹心免疫分析。荧光条读数器测量测试(T)线和对照(C)线的荧光强度(FI)。该试剂条的线性检测范围为10～108 cfu·mL-1,检测下限为103 cfu·mL-1,灵敏度是金纳米粒标记试纸的10倍以上。根据聚合酶链反应和SD-LAMP的琼脂糖凝胶结果分析ST的特异性。我们在食品中检测到了ST,回收率在85%～110%之间。该方法快速、简便,几乎不需要设备,适用于食品中细菌的检测和临床诊断。

Graphene nanosheets are widely used in anti-corrosion polymeric coating as filler,owing to the excellent electrochemical inertness and barrier ***,as the arrangement of graphene nanosheets is difficult to form a perfect layered structure,polymeric coating with graphene nanosheets usually needs micron-scale thickness to ensure the enhancement of corrosion *** this work,layer-by-layer stacked graphene nanocoatings were fabricated on stainless steel by self-assembly based on Marangoni *** anti-corrosion property of graphene coatings were studied through Tafel polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and accelerated corrosion test with extra applied *** self corrosion current density of optimized three-layered graphene coated sample was one quarter of that of bare stainless *** the self corrosion potential of optimized sample is increased to-0.045 *** to the results,graphene nanocoatings composed of layered nanosheets exhibits good anticorrosion ***,the self-assembly method provide a promising approach to make layeredstructure coating for other researches about 2 D material nanosheets.

Background:With the rising global prevalence of fatty liver disease related to metabolic dysfunction,the association of this common liver condition with chronic kidney disease(CKD)has become increasingly *** 2020,the more inclusive term metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)was proposed to replace the term non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).The observed association between MAFLD and CKD and our understanding that CKD can be a consequence of underlying metabolic dysfunction support the notion that individuals with MAFLD are at higher risk of having and developing CKD compared with those without ***,to date,there is no appropriate guidance on CKD in individuals with ***,there has been little attention paid to the link between MAFLD and CKD in the Nephrology *** and Results:Using a Delphi-based approach,a multidisciplinary panel of 50 international experts from 26 countries reached a consensus on some of the open research questions regarding the link between MAFLD and ***:This Delphi-based consensus statement provided guidance on the epidemiology,mechanisms,management and treatment of MAFLD and CKD,as well as the relationship between the severity of MAFLD and risk of CKD,which establish a framework for the early prevention and management of these two common and interconnected diseases.

Background:Paragonimiasis,caused by helminths of the genus Paragonimus spp.,is a neglected tropical *** suffering from paragonimiasis is often misunderstood and its quantification by the disability weight of the disability-adjusted life years largely varies in different global burden of disease(GBD)*** paper is to systematically review clinical paragonimiasis cases and requantify the disability weight of human ***:A systematic analysis was conducted using articles from the following databases:PubMed,Institute for Scientific Information Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,the Chinese scientific journal databases Wanfang Data and CQVIP,Africa Journal Online,and the System for Information on Grey Literature in *** terms were the combination of“paragonim*”with“clinical”or“infection”.Only articles fulfilling the following conditions were recruited for this study:the occurrence of clinical signs and symptoms of paragonimiasis in human beings were reported;diagnosis was confirmed;no comorbidities were reported;the reviewed clinical cases or epidemiological findings were not already included in any other *** information and frequencies of paragonimiasis outcomes from included articles using predefined data fields were extracted two times by two separate *** disability weights were selected mainly from the GBD 2004 and GBD 2013 *** and disability weights of paragonimiasis outcomes were modelled into a decision tree using the additive approach and multiplicative approach,*** Carlo simulations were run 5000 times for an uncertainty ***:The disability weight estimates of paragonimiasis were simulated with 5302 clinical cases from 80 general *** overall disability weight was estimated at 0.1927(median 0.1956)with a 95%uncertainty interval(UI)of 0.1632-0.2378 using the additive approach,and 0.1791(median 0.1816)with a 95%UI of 0.1530-
