Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China held in 2012,the construction of pilot free trade zone has emerged as a strategically important approach for China’s reform and opening up *** zones exemplify China’s proactive and open strategy,serving as a key driver for promoting high-quality *** September 2013,China launched its first pilot free trade zone,China(Shanghai)Pilot Free trade *** the past decade,21 additional pilot free trade zones have been established across the *** expansion has created a comprehensive reform and opening up innovation agenda that spans the eastern,western,southern,northern,and central regions,while integrating coastal,inland,and border areas.

In order to improve the accuracy of used car price prediction,a machine learning prediction model based on the retention rate is proposed in this ***,a random forest algorithm is used to filter the variables in the *** main characteristic variables that affect used car prices,such as new car price,service time,mileage and so on,are filtered ***,the linear regression classification method is introduced to classify the test data into high and low retention rate *** that,the extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)regression model is built for the two datasets *** prediction results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of the proposed model is 0.548,which is significantly improved compared to 0.488 of the original XGBoost ***,compared with other representative machine learning algorithms,this model shows certain advantages in terms of mean absolute percentage error(MAPE),5%accuracy rate and comprehensive evaluation *** a result,the retention rate-based machine learning model established in this paper has significant advantages in terms of the accuracy of used car price prediction.

Economic globalization in the 21st century has been characterized by the rise and spread of global value chains(GVCs).It faces significant challenges due to increasing domestic and international policy uncertainty in the context of emerging mega risks like geopolitical tensions and climate *** paper begins by constructing a theoretical model for an open economy to study how risk-averse firms make decisions regarding the sourcing of intermediate inputs in an uncertain *** model solution proposes that firms will source fewer intermediate inputs from countries with more economic *** increase in domestic and foreign uncertainty will have opposite impacts on a country's position in *** this sense,we argue that a country tends to move downstream along GVCs if its own economic policies become more uncertain,and it tends to move upstream with an increase in the uncertainty of its trading partner *** regression analyses,based on data including the World Input-Output Database,World Development Indicators,the UN Comtrade database,and the Economic Policy Uncertainty Index,provide empirical support for this model-based *** findings highlight that a nation must consider foreign economic policy uncertainty and maintain domestic policy stability to participate in GVCs.

Agriculture has played an important role in the growth of the Indian *** and electricity are essential inputs for agriculture *** produces the third-largest amount of electricity in the world,behind China and the *** an incentive to increase production,most states provide free electricity to *** electricity has decreased groundwater levels and increased electricity *** objective of this study was to find out the factors that influenced farmers to adopt a solar water-pumping system in *** samples were randomly *** study examined the entire state of *** hundred and fifty farmers who adopted solar water-pumping systems were interviewed,including 50 banana farmers,50 cotton farmers and 50 groundnut *** data were collected through an *** adoption of solar water-pumping systems by farmers was identified using factor *** software was used to analyse the data *** this study,only two factors contributed to the variance of 59.469%.The adoption of solar water pumps by farmers was influenced by government policy and economic *** economic benefit variance of 33.20%was found,while a government policy variance was 26.27%.A solar water-pumping system has low initial costs,flexible credit policies motivate adoption,solar water-pumping systems can save electricity,and maintenance and repair costs are *** policy that includes solar water-pumping systems is motivated by awareness,subsidies for adoption and a fair price to sell energy *** are recommended to adopt a solar water-pumping system in conjunction with a drip irrigation system to receive additional *** successful scheme will be recommended to other states in India for implementation.

Copper is one of the most important minerals that has extensive use in environment-friendly technologies and renewable energy *** global urgency for environmental and ecological conservation through renewable energy transition has considerably enhanced the importance of copper and articles *** is a major producer of *** contributes more than one-third to global ***,this study explores the export flow of Chilean copper in response to increasing demand side conditions in major 24 trading partners from 2002 to *** objective is realized by constructing an augmented model for import demand that incorporates bilateral real exchange rate along with real GDP,environmental innovation,and renewable energy transition in major import *** estimated results of panel quantiles via moments techniques reveal a significant positive impact with increasing coefficients at higher quantiles,while environmental innovation and renewable energy transition in trading partners show significant positive impact with decreasing values of coefficients at higher *** findings urge Chile to enhance production capacity of copper and other critical mineral and improve participation in global value chain to meet sharply increasing copper demand from environmental innovation and renewable energy transition.
