【目的】明确科技期刊服务国家创新发展的现状,找出科技期刊在服务国家创新发展中存在的关键问题以及内在和外在影响因素,找准我国科技期刊服务国家创新驱动发展战略的可行路径。【方法】通过文献资料检索、经典案例分析、专家访谈、召开座谈会,寻求我国科技期刊在创新发展中提升服务能力和支撑作用的具体策略和实施方案。【结果】有效的服务路径主要包括提升科技期刊服务意识和服务能力,加强科技期刊集群化、精品化、专业化和国际化建设,强化创新成果的多媒体宣传,通过举办学术会议和学术活动积极促进产学研合作,建设国家科技期刊数字出版平台。【结论】在国家创新建设和发展的关键时期,期刊编辑要肩负起历史使命,响应时代的号召,积极推动科技期刊服务国家创新建设和社会进步。

A Model of Arabic Linguistic Studies by Modern Chinese Scholars in the Late 19th & Early 20th Centuries

Al-Muttasig is a pioneering masterpiece of Arabic linguistics written by two modern Chinese scholars Ma Dexin and Ma Lianyuan after inheriting the academic achievements of Arab scholars in the study of Arabic linguistics,especially Arabic morphology,Arabic syntax and Arabic rhetoric,incorporating the elements needed by Chinese scholars in language *** academic work has become the basic language knowledge for Chinese Hui people to read books on Arab Islamic culture since modern times,which determines the semantic guarantee for a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the essence of Arab *** order to facilitate the study,the author of al-Mutasig analyzes the main components and elements of Arabic lexical,syntactic and rhetorical elements in the arborescent form of schema style,which makes it the most prominent feature of language *** academic foundation of al-Muttasig comes from Arabia and through the innovative development of Chinese scholars;it has become an important evidence of the historical context and academic achievements of cultural exchanges between China and the Arab world,which has lasted for more than a *** the field research,the author of the paper found that the work was widely spread among the people in the form of Arabic manuscripts and was regarded as a general textbook of linguistics for Arabic education in *** is also an important reference bibliography of Arabic linguistics in modern Arabic teaching in Chinese colleges and *** purpose of this study is to explore the significance of bilateral or multilateral ac/enculturation and common development in cross-regional cultural exchanges and mutual learning activities.

Background:Snail control is an important component in the national schistosomiasis control programme in China,by application of chemical molluscicides,forestry projects,agriculture projects and water conservancy projects in recent ***,there are still wide areas of snail inhabited in China which remains a great challenge to achieve the goal of schistosomiasis elimination by ***,a SWOT(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats)analysis on snail control measures is required for precision schistosomiasis ***:The SWOT approach,which is a well-known structured analysis tool,was used to identify and evaluate the specific characteristics of four types of snail control measures in China,including chemical mollusciciding,forestry,agriculture,and water conservancy *** analysis were carried out based on the information collection from literature review,of research papers,books,annual report database of national schistosomiasis control programme in China,reports from the academic forums,and so ***:For chemical mollusciciding,application strategy needs to focus on specific local settings,such as stage of schistosomiasis control,environmental factors,and limitations from external policies and internal *** forestry projects,the optimal strategies are to cooperate with other national forestry programmes to share the investment costs and pay attention on wetland *** agriculture projects,it is necessary to develop related cash crop industries and combine with national farmland consolidation projects simultaneously to increase the total economic *** water conservancy projects,the main purpose is to control snail migration from snail area to snail-free areas ***:Integrated strategies for various measures application and a top-level designed cooperation mechanism will be the necessary to eliminate snail and schistosomiasis in China.

Fungal diversity notes is one of the important journal series of fungal taxonomy that provide detailed descriptions and illustrations of new fungal taxa,as well as providing new information of fungal taxa *** article is the 11th contribution to the fungal diversity notes series,in which 126 taxa distributed in two phyla,six classes,24 orders and 55 families are described and *** in this study were mainly collected from Italy by Erio Camporesi and also collected from China,India and Thailand,as well as in some other European,North American and South American *** described in the present study include two new families,12 new genera,82 new species,five new combinations and 25 new records on new hosts and new geographical distributions as well as sexual-asexual *** two new families are Eriomycetaceae(Dothideomycetes,family incertae sedis)and Fasciatisporaceae(Xylariales,Sordariomycetes).The twelve new genera comprise Bhagirathimyces(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Camporesiomyces(Tubeufiaceae),Eriocamporesia(Cryphonectriaceae),Eriomyces(Eriomycetaceae),Neomonodictys(Pleurotheciaceae),Paraloratospora(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Paramonodictys(Parabambusicolaceae),Pseudoconlarium(Diaporthomycetidae,genus incertae sedis),Pseudomurilentithecium(Lentitheciaceae),Setoapiospora(Muyocopronaceae),Srinivasanomyces(Vibrisseaceae)and Xenoanthostomella(Xylariales,genera incertae sedis).The 82 new species comprise Acremonium chiangraiense,Adustochaete nivea,Angustimassarina camporesii,Bhagirathimyces himalayensis,Brunneoclavispora camporesii,Camarosporidiella camporesii,Camporesiomyces mali,Camposporium appendiculatum,Camposporium multiseptatum,Camposporium septatum,Canalisporium aquaticium,Clonostachys eriocamporesiana,Clonostachys eriocamporesii,Colletotrichum hederiicola,Coniochaeta vineae,Conioscypha verrucosa,Cortinarius ainsworthii,Cortinarius aurae,Cortinarius britannicus,Cortinarius heatherae,Cortinarius scoticus,Cortinarius subsaniosus,Cytospora fusispor
