Industrial Carbon Reduction Potential Measurement and Scenario Prediction in Shaanxi Province

Promoting industrial carbon reduction is an inevitable step for achieving the Chinese carbon peak and neutrality *** on the industrial energy consumption data of Shaanxi Province from 2011 to 2020,this study uses the IPCC calculation method to calculate the industrial carbon emissions in Shaanxi *** prediction model for industrial carbon emissions in Shaanxi Province was constructed based on the STIRPAT model from three aspects:population,economy,and *** setting three scenario models,the industrial carbon emissions from 2021 to 2035 and the time to achieve peak carbon neutrality were then *** results show that the industry in Shaanxi Province cannot achieve a carbon peak under the baseline scenario,although it can achieve carbon peaking in 2030 under a low-carbon scenario or in 2025 under an enhanced low-carbon *** predicted carbon peak values are 209.11 million t and 188.36 million t,*** on the results of this study,four policy recommendations are proposed:(1)strengthen publicity and education efforts to increase public participation in energy conservation and emission reduction;(2)promote the green transformation of industry and develop a green economy,including the active development of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies;(3)accelerate the implementation of industrial carbon reduction;and(4)promote the development and utilization of clean energy and increase efforts to adjust the energy structure.

The interplay between financial technology(FinTech)and real economy firms has garnered considerable *** paper explores the relationship and mechanism between FinTech and corporate zombification using the data of Chinese A-share listed firms in China from 2011 to *** research findings reveal that FinTech significantly inhibits firm zombification,and FinTech breadth and depth both play a significant role in restraining firm *** exploration indicates that,on the one hand,FinTech reduces friction in the financial market,inhibiting firm zombification by improving firm investment efficiency,especially alleviating *** the other side,FinTech indirectly affects the technological investment,production,and operation of firms,thereby inhibiting firm zombification by increasing their total factor *** analysis suggests that the inhibitory effect of FinTech on corporate zombification is more pronounced for non-stateowned firms and small-sized firms,as well as those in manufacturing industries and highly competitive *** paper provides some novel evidence on evaluating the effect of FinTech on firms and also offers new insights for efficient governance of zombie firms.

Background:This study aimed to investigate the relationship between parental educational expectations and adolescent mental health problems,with academic pressure as a moderating ***:This study was based on the baseline data of the China Education Panel Survey,which was collected within one school year during 2013–*** included 19,958 samples from seventh and ninth graders,who ranged from 11 to 18 years *** removing missing values and conducting relevant data processing,the effective sample size for analysis was *** OLS(Ordinary Least Squares)multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between parental educational expectations,academic pressure,and adolescents’mental health *** addition,we established an interaction term between parents’educational expectations and academic pressure to investigate the moderating effect of academic ***:The study found that adolescents whose parents had high educational expectations reported less mental health problems.(β=−0.195;p<0.001).Additionally,adolescents who had high academic pressure reported more mental health problems.(β=0.649;p<0.001).Furthermore,the study found that academic pressure had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between parental educational expectations and adolescents’mental health problems(β=0.082;p<0.001).Conclusion:Parental educational expectations had a close relationship with adolescents’mental health problems,and academic pressure moderated this *** those adolescents with high levels of academic pressure,the association between high parental educational expectations and mental health problems became *** the contrary,for those adolescents with low levels of academic pressure,the association between high parental educational expectations and mental health problems became *** findings shed new light on how parental educational expectations affected adolescent mental health problems and h

Loss and damage caused by extreme climate events have attracted increasing *** 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(hereinafter referred to as the Convention)has agreed to adopt Loss and Damage Fund agreement,which identified the source of funding and the funds to be entrusted to the World ***,there is still ambiguous that how to allocate the funds could accelerate the effectiveness of meeting the needs for developing ***-disaster prevention and preparedness is one of the most effective measures to deal with loss and damage,which closely related to *** studies rarely analyzed quantitatively the financial needs of pre-disaster prevention and preparedness relating to adaptation to reduce loss and *** on the official reports submitted by countries under the Convention,this study analyzes the annual change in the total financial support provided by developed countries to developing countries,the proportion of pre-disaster prevention and preparedness in the adaptation needs of developing countries,and the progress in raising the current annual funding target of 100 billion USD for developed countries,to reveal the financial and technical challenges facing by developing countries on addressing loss and *** results show that by 2030,the total adaptation financial needs of developing countries are estimated to be about 3.8 trillion USD,of which pre-disaster prevention matters account for about 9%.Therefore,by 2030,developing countries will need about 342 billion USD in pre-disaster prevention and preparedness finance to withstand loss and *** addition,developing countries face a lack of technical methods to quantify information about their *** on the above analysis,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening the allocation amount of loss and damage fund on pre-disaster warning,prevention and control actions,and

Numerical Simulation on Production Trials by Using Depressurization for Typical Marine Hydrate Reservoirs:Well Type and Formation Dip

Natural gas hydrate has huge reserves and is widely distributed in marine *** commercial development is of great significance for alleviating the contradiction between energy supply and *** an efficient research method,numerical simulation can provide valuable insights for the design and optimization of hydrate ***,most of the current production models simplify the reservoir as a two-dimensional(2D)horizontal layered model,often ignoring the impact of formation dip *** improve the accuracy of production prediction and provide theoretical support for the optimization of production well design,two three-dimensional(3D)geological models with different dip angles based on the geological data from two typical sites are *** vertical well,horizontal well and multilateral wells are deployed in these reservoirs with different permeabilities to perform production trial,and the sensitivity analysis of dip angles is also carried *** short-term production behaviors in high and low permeability reservoirs with different dip angles are *** simulation results show that 1)the gas and water production behaviors for different well types in the two typical reservoirs show obviously different variation laws when the short-term depressurization is conducted in the inclined formation;2)the inclined formation will reduce the gas production and increase the water extraction,and the phenomena becomes pronounced as the dip angle increases,particularly in the low-permeability reservoirs;3)and the impact of formation dip on hydrate recovery does not change significantly with the variation of well type.
