影响大规模疫苗接种的社会经济因素分析

目的　了解影响成人疫苗接种率的有关社会经济影响因素。方法　选择广西河池市 2个城镇 ,对 5～ 6 0岁登记在册居民按有对照的组群随机抽样原则进行伤寒Vi疫苗和A群流脑疫苗的大规模接种 ;比较接种者的人口学和社会经济特征与接种率的关系。结果　应接种对象 1180 71人 ,实际接种 92 4 76人 ,接种率为 78 32 % ,其中伤寒Vi疫苗 76 87% ;流脑疫苗 79 6 9%。城市接种率为 77 2 9% ,农村接种率为 80 5 8% ;5～ 9岁接种率最高 ,为89 6 5 % ;2 0～ 2 9岁组最低 ,仅为 6 9 0 7% ;男女接种率分别为 79 0 7%和 82 11% ;高收入住户人群接种率最高达到90 %左右 ;18～ 6 0岁人群中 ,按受教育程度分析以“小学毕业”人群接种率最高 ,为 78 34% ;按居住单元分析 ,学生的人群接种率最高 ,达 92 0 1% ,私营业主和退休人群接种率最低 ,分别为 6 9 71%和 6 8 82 % ;居住未满 1年者的人群接种率最低 ,为 6 2 5 % ,居住 1～ 2年者接种率最高 ,为 84 4 7%。结论　受教育程度、经济收入、居住年限以及城乡差别对接种率并无直接影响 ;流动性大、老年人是影响疫苗接种率的主要因素。

The World Health Organization(WHO)has declared the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus,known as 2019-nCoV,a pandemic,as the coronavirus has now infected over 2.6 million people globally and caused more than 185,000 fatalities as of April 23,*** disease 2019(COVID-19)causes a respiratory illness with symptoms such as dry cough,fever,sudden loss of smell,and,in more severe cases,difficulty *** date,there is no specific vaccine or treatment proven effective against this viral *** and accurate diagnosis of COVID-19 is thus critical to curbing its spread and improving health *** transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)is commonly used to detect the presence of *** techniques,such as recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA),loopmediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR),and microfluidics,have allowed better disease ***,as part of the effort to expand screening capacity,we review advances and challenges in the rapid detection of COVID-19 by targeting nucleic acids,antigens,or *** also summarize potential treatments and vaccines against COVID-19 and discuss ongoing clinical trials of interventions to reduce viral progression.

The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)vaccine is one of the most effective weapons to fight the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic(Lazarus et al.,2022).Among all SARS-CoV-2 vaccines generated on different platforms,those consisting of the inactivated virus,such as BBIBP-CorV and CoronaVac,have been frequently used(WHO,2023).By January 30,2023,92.9%of the entire,all-ages population had initiated vaccination and 90.6%had completed their primary series based on the whole population size reported in the seventh census of Chinese mainland(China CDC,2023).However,compared to SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines,which can elicit extremely high quantities of anti-spike(S)antibodies,the levels of neutralizing antibodies induced by inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are quite lower and wane quickly(Peng et al.,2022;Lim et al.,2021).

COVID-19 is now engulfing the entire world. On March 11, the World Health Organization(WHO) officially declared the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19) a global pandemic. By April 27, the epidemic has hit 213 countries and regions, with over 2.87 million cases confirmed(WHO, 2020). Facing this grim situation, with no cure or effective vaccine available, the experience and lessons from China’s containment of this vicious virus – all gained at the costs of lives and pains – might be of special value of reference for the international community.

Prevention of recurrence/metastasis and tissue regeneration are critical for post-surgery treatment of malignant tumors. Here, to address these needs, a novel type of microgel co-loading cryo-shocked cancer cells, immunoadjuvant, and immune checkpoint inhibitor is presented by microfluidic electrospray technology and liquid nitrogen treatment. Owing to the encapsulation of cryo-shocked cancer cells and immunoadjuvant, the microgels can recruit dendritic cells and activate them in situ, and evoke a robust immune response. Moreover, with the combination of the immune checkpoint inhibitor, the antitumor immune response is further enhanced by inhibiting the interaction of PD1 and PDL1. With this, the excellent anti-recurrence and anti-metastasis efficacy of the microgels are demonstrated in an orthotopic breast cancer mouse model. Besides, because of the excellent biocompatibility and appropriate degradation performance, the microgels can provide support for normal cell adhesion and growth, which is beneficial to tissue reconstruction. These properties indicate the great value of the cryo-shocked cancer cell microgels for efficient tumor postoperative combination immunotherapy and tissue regeneration.

Respiratory diseases have a large proportion among those various diseases. Among those, the main diseases that we are now dealing with are viruses which have no majority vaccine found: Human Rhinovirus 14 (HRV), Human Coronavirus OC43 (HCoV), Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), and Human Para influenza virus 1(HVJ). Even though the body can cure most of these viruses by itself, there are some incidents which end up with death. Starting an experiment with those reasons, we separated viruses by the basic symptoms and appearances, and by using data mining, we found similarities and differences of various sequences. As a result, having a high frequency, decision tree prove that each sequences are too different from each other, but still decision tree only shows the difference of the sequences. According to apriori algorithm, it could be able to find a remedy which can block amino acid L, Leucine.

Repeated waves of influenza virus H7N9 epidemics after 2013 have caused severe influenza in humans,with mortality reaching approximately 40%–50%.To prevent possible pandemics,the development of highly effective vaccines against influenza virus H7N9 is highly *** the present study,by taking advantage of the D-tetra-peptide adjuvant(G^(D)F^(D)F^(D)Y),we reported a simple method to prepare H7N9 ***(Npx),with good anti inflammatory and broad anti-viral effects,was employed as an N-terminal capping group to construct a hydrogel precursor,Npx-G^(D)F^(D)F^(D)*** hydrogel adjuvant was prepared using a routine heating cooling protocol and the final vaccine was ready after mixing with the split A/Zhejiang/DTID-ZJU01/2013(H7N9)antigen by *** with the traditional Al(OH)_(3) adjuvant vaccine and the split vaccine,our hydrogel adjuvant vaccine showed the best preventive effects against H7N9 infection.A mechanistic study illustrated that higher antibody responses and variations in cytokine expression might account for its increased protective *** strategy demonstrated the advantages of a peptide hydrogel adjuvant in the application of vaccines against H7N9 and demonstrated its potential application in vaccines against emerging threats from other viruses.
