Due to the integrated development between Chengdu and Chongqing,there are a large number of residents flowing into the two cities from their surrounding areas,so community renewal is *** of the similarity in the historical and cultural background of the two places,a comparative analysis of the evolution of community space in Chengdu-Chongqing Region enables Chengdu and Chongqing learn from each other and speed up the pace of *** paper analyzed the evolution of community space in main urban areas of Chengdu and ***,the evolution of community space in Chengdu and Chongqing went through three *** starting time of community renewal in the two places was very close,but the duration of each stage *** second stage of Chengdu continued for a longer time,so its renovation and renewal of the community space was more detailed and thorough,and the emphasis and extension direction of the evolution of the community space were *** evolution of community space in both Chengdu and Chongqing went through"mechanical renewal of demolition and construction—small-scale gradual renewal",but the path of renewal and development of the community space in Chengdu was *** paper,from the perspective of the evolution of community space,put forward the framework and content of community renewal in Chengdu and Chongqing based on community development and elaborated the community research content based on community development.

Forest ecotourism in Yichun City was taken for example to analyze common problems in the forest ecotourism development and management of *** reviewing definition of ecotourism,major problems in the forest ecotourism development and management in Yichun City were analyzed from the perspectives of extension and connotation of forest *** was proposed that extension management for the local forest ecotourism was improper,and connotations were poorly demonstrated.A connotation-centered ecotourism development mode was offered for Yichun City,and eco-environment protection was taken as a basic principle to guide the development and management of forest ecotourism resources and service facilities,and to promote the sustainable development of forest ecotourism in Yichun.

Cruise value chain is to take the exchange of cruise products and services as the core in a certain spatial scope,and enterprises with core advantages within or between different industries establish associations in accordance with certain technical and economic conditions,so as to realise the multi-dimensional extension and value appreciation of the cruise value chain in the vertical and horizontal links,and ultimately establish a chain-network type of enterprise strategic *** paper tries to analyse the value-added factors of the cruise industry chain by constructing a multi-level hierarchical structural model with reference to the influencing factor analysis methods of relevant literature-DEMATEL(Decision Making Experiment and Evaluation Experiment)and ISM(interpretative Structural Model).The study shows that the innovation and scale value-added module in the upstream of the cruise industry chain is the core module of value-added of the whole cruise industry chain,and the value-added mainly originates from the design and manufacturing of cruise *** middle reaches of the cruise industry chain are mainly cruise operation enterprises,and the specificity of cruise operation determines that its brand value-added is mainly accomplished through the global layout of multinational corporations,and the cruise brand is able to drive the consumption demand and has value-added *** downstream value-added of the cruise industry chain is mainly realised through the increase in profits of cruise tourism service products.

The effect of on-the-job training on job mobility is an important topic in labor *** on a sample survey data of migrant workers in Liaoning Province China,this paper has statistically described job mobility of migrant workers and then used a multinomial Logistic model to analyze the effect of on-the-job training on job *** found,firstly,migrant workers have high-level job mobility;secondly,inter-firm/city occupational mobility is the major type of migrant workers’mobility,and then followed by the inter-firm mobility and inter-regional mobility that without occupation change;thirdly,on-the-job training has a significant impending effect on interregional mobility and occupational mobility,while has insignificant effect on inter-firm mobility.

The massive scale of new-generation rural-urban migrants in China has attracted extensive scholarly attention in recent *** previous studies on China’s rural migrant workers focus on migrants’settlement intentions,migrants’family migration decision-making and the intergenerational differences between the old-generation migrants and new-generation migrants are *** on the data of the 2017 China Migrants Dynamic Survey,this paper adopts a multilevel logistic regression approach to explore family and destination factors influencing the family migration decisions of China’s new generation of rural migrant *** empirical results reveal that both the migrants’family and destination attributes significantly influence their family migration *** demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the family have been pivotal factors underlying the family migration decision of China’s new generation rural-urban migrants,while 16.9%of the chances are explained by between-destination ***-employed migrants with housing properties in host cities,long migration duration and high-income levels are more likely to migrate with their family ***,the possibility of family migration is found to be significantly and negatively correlated with the age,education level,number of children and inter-provincial mobility of the new generation of migrant *** addition,new-generation rural-urban migrants’family migration is more likely to be found in cities with service-oriented industry structures,better environmental quality,and higher hukou barriers which is possibly related to more job *** research findings not only complement the existing literature on China’s new generation of rural urban migrants,but also have important policy implications for reforming the hukou system and enhancing social integration of the rural-to-urban migrant population.

The focus of scholars studying user innovation has been restricted to the interaction between companies and individual users,and how companies can unilaterally exploit values from the value chain between companies and *** argue that the value chain between the user and manufacturer should be a bilateral value chain in which both the user and manufacturer can conduct their own innovations and provide greater value to the whole value *** this paper,using examples from China's civil-military integration project,we took a step forward to apply the user innovation theory in the explanation of inter-sector technological value *** main theoretical contribution of this paper is the expansion of the scope of application of the user innovation theory to inter-sector level *** cases from China's civil-military integration project,we found that the concepts of user and innovator become blurred when we study the phenomenon across *** we go beyond individual user and manufacturer and shift the focus of our discussion to the level of inter-sector technological value transfer,we will find that it is possible for organizational agents at large to be both users and innovators of technology.
