To learn the subgroup structure generated by multidimensional interaction, we propose a novel multiview subgroup integration technique based on tensor decomposition. Compared to the traditional subgroup analysis that can only handle single-view heterogeneity, our proposed method achieves a greater level of homogeneity within the subgroups, leading to enhanced interpretability and predictive power. For computational readiness of the proposed method, we build an algorithm that incorporates pairwise shrinkage-encouraging penalties and ADMM techniques. Theoretically, we establish the asymptotic consistency and normality of the proposed estimators. Extensive simulation studies and real data analysis demonstrate that our proposal outperforms other methods in terms of prediction accuracy and grouping consistency. In addition, the analysis based on the proposed method indicates that intergenerational care significantly increases the risk of chronic diseases associated with diet and fatigue in all provinces while only reducing the risk of emotion-related chronic diseases in the eastern coastal and central regions of China.

Full waveform inversion(FWI) is a seismic imaging method with a unified mathematical framework based on wave equation constraints. The FWI method can be used to generate a variety of high-resolution seismic parameter models(e.g.,velocity, anisotropy, viscoelasticity, and attenuation), which can facilitate an in-depth understanding of important scientific problems such as the Earth's interior structure and material composition, earthquake preparation and occurrence, and plate motion and dynamic processes. With the development and cross-integration of disciplines such as geophysics, applied mathematics, and computer science, FWI imaging theories and methods not only play a crucial role in revealing the Earth's interior structure, dynamic evolution, and earthquake mechanisms but also show a wide range of application potential in fields such as resource exploration, medical imaging, engineering inspection, carbon dioxide geological sequestration, and earthquake disaster prediction. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the development of the FWI method,addressing its current challenges, identifying key issues, future directions, and potential research areas in the theory, methodology, and application of high-resolution FWI imaging. We also offer new insights and perspectives to promote advancements of high-resolution FWI research and applications in Earth sciences and other related fields.

Our concern is to investigate controlled remote implementation of partially unknown operations with multiple layers. We first propose a scheme to realize the remote implementation of singlequbit operations belonging to the restricted sets. Then, the proposed scheme is extended to the case of single-qudit operations. As long as the controller and the higher-layer senders consent,the receiver can restore the desired state remotely operated by the sender. It is worth mentioning that the recovery operation is deduced by general formulas which clearly reveal the relationship with the measurement outcomes. For the sake of clarity, two specific examples with two levels are given respectively. In addition, we discuss the influence of amplitude-damping noise and utilize weak measurement and measurement reversal to effectively resist noise.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the dynamics of Bohr almost periodic and Levitan almost periodic Hamiltonian systems via the weak KAM theory. We obtain minimal measures and weak KAM solutions in both cases. The weak KAM solution is a weak solution to the Hamilton-Jacobi equation, which formally transforms the original Hamiltonian systems into an integrable one. Consequently, we get the existence of an invariant torus in the aforementioned weak sense.

Weather forecasts from numerical weather prediction models play a central role in solar energy forecasting,where a cascade of physics-based models is used in a model chain approach to convert forecasts of solar irradiance to solar power *** simulations from such weather models aim to quantify uncertainty in the future development of the weather,and can be used to propagate this uncertainty through the model chain to generate probabilistic solar energy ***,ensemble prediction systems are known to exhibit systematic errors,and thus require post-processing to obtain accurate and reliable probabilistic *** overarching aim of our study is to systematically evaluate different strategies to apply post-processing in model chain approaches with a specific focus on solar energy:not applying any post-processing at all;post-processing only the irradiance predictions before the conversion;post-processing only the solar power predictions obtained from the model chain;or applying post-processing in both *** a case study based on a benchmark dataset for the Jacumba solar plant in the U.S.,we develop statistical and machine learning methods for postprocessing ensemble predictions of global horizontal irradiance(GHI)and solar power ***,we propose a neural-network-based model for direct solar power forecasting that bypasses the model *** results indicate that postprocessing substantially improves the solar power generation forecasts,in particular when post-processing is applied to the power *** machine learning methods for post-processing slightly outperform the statistical methods,and the direct forecasting approach performs comparably to the post-processing strategies.

In this paper, we formulate two new families of fourth-order explicit exponential Runge–Kutta (ERK) methods with four stages for solving first-order differential systems y′(t)+My(t)=f(y(t)). The order conditions of these ERK methods are derived by comparing the Taylor series of the exact solution, which are exactly identical to the order conditions of explicit Runge–Kutta methods, and these ERK methods reduce to classical Runge–Kutta methods once M→0. Moreover, we analyze the stability properties and the convergence of these new methods. Several numerical examples are implemented to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of these ERK methods by comparison with standard exponential integrators.

This article focuses on a type of stochastic Mc Kean-Vlasov equation in the G-framework(G-SMVE) and addresses the stability issue for delay stochastic Mc Kean-Vlasov equations in the G-framework(G-SMVDEs). Distribution dependence and uncertainty prevent us from directly applying the stochastic analysis method for stochastic Mc Kean-Vlasov equations(SMVEs)to G-SMVEs directly. To overcome this difficulty, we introduce definitions, including the derivative of a function with a law under the G-expectation and the Lions derivatives. Then we construct a new G-It? formula for G-SMVEs according to the G-It? formula for stochastic differential equations in the G-framework(G-SDEs) and the It? formula for SMVEs. Using the new G-It? formula and the Lyapunov functional method, we investigate the moment exponential stability and almost sure asymptotic stability of G-SMVDEs. To overcome the difficulty in obtaining the distribution dependence of the exact solution to the G-SMVDE, we introduce the empirical measure and the corresponding interacting particle system, and then prove the stability equivalence between the underlying G-SMVDE and the corresponding interacting particle system. Two examples are used to confirm our theoretical results.
