We are studying seed pod fungi associated with Delonix regia in Thailand and in this paper we provide an illustrated account of Parascedosporium putredinis,which is a new record for *** analysis of combined ITS and LSU sequence data and morphological similarities provide evidence for its *** illustrate the synnematal stage and lateral,solitary conidiophores of *** obtained in vitro on *** also provide ITS,LSU,SSU,and tef sequence data for ***,which are deposited in GenBank.

This paper provides a schematic summary of the topics during the lecture series by Professor Nicholas J. Conard at the institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on the methodological issues and researches at four topics:1) Schoningen, 2) Sibudu and other Middle Stone Age(MSA) sites in South Africa, 3) excavations at Tonchesberg, Wallertheim and other Neanderthal sites, 4) the caves of the Swabian Jura and the origins of art and music. Knowledge of excavation methods of his team, archaeological material in a broader context, and research achievements based upon the sites he is working on were shared by the lecture series. The lectures were also intended to foster international cooperation in teaching and research in future.

From the perspective of urban greenhouse gas inventory, this paper analyzed the composition and tendency of urban greenhouse gas inventory of Guangzhou, and compared greenhouse gas inventory of representative international cities. Taking Guangzhou Haizhu Eco-city for example, this paper from the perspective of urban-rural planning put forward the low-carbon development paths and strategies such as increasing carbon sink, industrial transformation, spatial restructuring, traffic organization, green civil engineering and resource utilization, and green building for the main carbon-emitting fields such as industry, energy supply, transport, building and waste disposal.

＜正＞Recent researches have demonstrated the strong performance of hidden Markov models applied to information extraction-the task of populating database slots with corresponding phrases from text *** is well known that the training data coming from different sources is probably different in their formats although their contents are *** the previous information extraction researches,all the training data is mixed together to learn hidden Markov model *** the training data as a whole is *** it is difficult for using statistical learning technique to find optimal model *** paper presents a new algorithm using hidden Markov model for information extraction based on multiple templates, which first clusters the training data into multiple templates based on the format,then learns model structure parameters from the clustered training data and model emission probability parameters from the initial training data for information *** experimental results show that the new algorithm outperforms the original one,which hasn’t clustered the training data into multiple templates,in both precision and recall.

We are studying seed and fruit inhabiting fungi in Thailand and this paper introduces a new species,Diaporthe collariana,from Magnolia champaca fruits,collected in Chiang Rai *** analysis of a combined ITS,TEF1,TUB and CAL sequence DNA and morphological data provide evidence to justify the new *** collariana is characterized by producing alpha and beta conidia,and conidiogenous cells with prominent,flared *** new species is compared with closely related species in the genus.

西双版纳黄瓜(Cucumis sativus var. xishuangbannanesis)是黄瓜的一个变种。云南省西双版纳及周边地区的少数民族长期以来栽培、管理和利用这种黄瓜,使它成为当地重要的作物农家品种,对其开展民族植物学研究,了解其传统知识十分必要。我们于2017–2018年在西双版纳傣族自治州调查了西双版纳黄瓜农家品种及其相关的传统知识。结果表明,与现代品种相比,西双版纳黄瓜农家品种具有香味浓郁、耐贮藏等特异性;西双版纳的傣族、基诺族、彝族、瑶族等少数民族拥有丰富的关于西双版纳黄瓜农家品种的传统知识。西双版纳黄瓜种质资源在大部分村寨已经消失或濒临消失,与之相关的传统知识也随之消亡,目前仅在海拔较高、交通欠发达的边远山区还栽培和保留了少量的农家品种。建议开展西双版纳黄瓜农家品种的原生境保护,既保护其种质资源,也保护相关的传统知识。
