Structural phase transitions of Zn4Sb3 and its substitutional compounds （Zn0.98M0.02）4Sb3 （M = Al, Ga and In） are investigated by electrical transport measurement and differential scanning calorimetry below room temperature. The results indicate that both β→α and α→α′ phase transitions of Zn4Sb3 are reversible and exothermic processes, which may be explained as that both the transitions originate from the ordering of the disordered interstitial Zn and vacancies in regular sizes. The derived activation energies of β→α and α→α′ phase transition processes for Zn4Sb3 are E1 = 3.9 eV and E2 = 4.1 eV, respectively. Although no remarkable influence on activation energy E2 is observed after A1 doping, A1 substitution for Zn causes E1 to increase to 4.6 eV, implying its suppression of β←→α transition to a great extent. Moreover, it is found that both β←→α and α←→α′ transitions are completely prohibited by substitution of either In or Ga for Zn in Zn4Sb3. The underlying mechanisms for these phenomena are discussed.

We consider a composite system of two remote mesoscopic dosephson junctions interacting locally with a two-mode non-classical cavity field and investigate entanglement transfer from a bipartite continuous-variable （CV） system to a pair of localized mesoscopic dosephson junctions. We obtain analytically the time-dependent characteristic functions in the Wigner representation for the two CV subsystems, where two cases are considered for the zero and finite temperatures. Furthermore, we analyse the influences of the temperature on the period recovery of the entanglement.

With the same constituents of quark and antiquark,the p-wave state has a higher mass than the corresponding s-wave state,but the relativistic corrections are much larger in the processes of which p-wave mesons are *** this,the relativistic Bethe–Salpeter method is applied to estimate the branching fractions of semileptonic decays B(s)→D^(*)_(sJ)lν(J=0,2).Our predictions are Br[B^(0)_(s)^(-)→D^(*+)_(s0)(2317)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.50%,Br[B^(0)_(s)^(-)→D^(*+)_(s2)(2573)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.40%,Br[B^(-)→D^(*)_(0)^(0)(2400)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.79%,Br[B^(-)→D^(*)_(0)^(2)(2460)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.28%,Br[B^(0)^(-)→D^(*)_(0)^(+)(2400)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.58% and Br[B^(0)^(-)→D^(*)_(2)^(+)(2460)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.27%.

The electron capture timescale may be shorter than hydrodynamic timescale in inner iron core of core-collapse supernova according to a recent new idea. Based on the new idea, this paper carries out a numerical simulation on supernova explosion for the progenitor model Ws15M. The numerical result shows that the size of proto-neutron star has a significant change （decrease about 20%）, which may affects the propagation of the shock wave and the final explosion energy.

Thermally grown amorphous SiO2 films were implanted at room temperature with 100 keV C-ions to 5.0× 10^17 or 1.2× 10^18 ions/cm2. These samples were irradiated at room temperature with 853 MeV Pb-ions to 5.0× 10^11, 1.0× 10^12, 5.0× 10^12 ions/cm2, or with 308 MeV Xe-ions to 1.0× 10^12, 1.0× 10^13, 1.0× 10^14 ions/cm2, respectively. Then the samples were investigated using micro-Raman spectroscopy. Prom the obtained Raman spectra, we deduced that Si-C bonds and sp2 carbon sites were created and nano-inclusions may also be produced in the heavy ion irradiated C-doped SiO2. Furthermore, some results show that Pb ion irradiations could produce larger size inclusions than Xe ions and the fluence. The possible modification process of C-doped discussed. inclusion size decreased with increasing the irradiation a-SiO2 under swift heavy ion irradiations was briefly

The rare-earth nuclei^(174)Hf and^(174)are studied in the framework of the projected shell *** calculations are carried out with an improved version of code which contains all types of four-quasiparticle basis in the configuration *** the yrast band and the multi-quasiparticle excited bands can be well *** with the experimental data,our calculations improve the previous resulst,especially for high spin *** improvement suggests that the newly added configurations are ***^(174)Yb,a new possible configuration is suggested for the observed K^(л)=14^(+)band,and the decay of the K^(л)=6^(+)isomeric state to the yrast band is discussed.

Systematic approaches are presented to extract the interfacial potentials from the ab initio adhesive energy of the interface system by using the Chen–M ¨obius inversion method. We focus on the interface structure of the metal（111）/Zn O（0001）in this work. The interfacial potentials of Ag–Zn and Ag–O are obtained. These potentials can be used to solve some problems about Ag/Zn O interfacial structure. Three metastable interfacial structures are investigated in order to check these potentials. Using the interfacial potentials we study the procedure of interface fracture in the Ag/Zn O（0001） interface and discuss the change of the energy, stress, and atomic structures in tensile process. The result indicates that the exact misfit dislocation reduces the total energy and softens the fracture process. Meanwhile, the formation and mobility of the vacancy near the interface are observed.
