Lectureship is a strategic position in supporting the process and results of the overall educational system. The lecturer＇s professional competence or lecturers＇ ability in mastering the teaching content and method affects the lecturers＇ performances （related to the abilities in teaching, researching, and public servicing）; education and teaching is one of the responsibilities of university which focus on the implementation of teaching and learning process. This implies that the performance of a professor will have a lot of meaningful influence on realization of educational performance. In this connection, the performance of a lecturer as educators must be effectively realized so as to support the dynamics and effectiveness of the educational process. Meanwhile, lecturers＇ personal competence （personal competence or authority, maturity, and model of lecturers and also adjustment of lecturers＇ characteristic and working performances which are appropriate with their competences demand）, which include： skill practices, behavior, creativity, and self-development efforts and decreasing some weaknesses which are not appropriate with competences affects the lecturers＇ performances. The Quality Assurance System （MSS） is a management system to direct and control an organization in making a policy, target, plan, and quality process and procedure and also its continual improvement implementation, which consist an organization structure, responsibility, processes, procedure and resources which are used to reach the standard which has been settled based on stakeholders and organization＇s need and requirements. The quality assurance （QA） in an organization is an internal and external demand. The QA is a routine task and has to be done continually and it is not an ad hoc activity. A lecturer＇s competence is a lecturer＇s ability in implementing his obligation appropriately. One strand of research in public economics has found that increasing ethnic diversity leads to reductions in provision of productive public goods. Another strand of research has emphasized the key role that tax and expenditure limitations play in the provision of public services. This paper explores the interaction between these two effects. The regression results suggest that the prior results on ethnic diversity are robust when TELs are taken into consideration. In addition, the imposition of TELs mitigates the negative effect of ethnic fragmentation on the share of local spending on education and roads. It also mitigates the positive correlation between ethnic diversity and total local government revenue and expenditure per capita.

BACKGROUND The hepatitis C virus(HCV) NS5A inhibitor ABT-267(ombitasvir, OBV), the HCV NS4/4A protease inhibitor ABT-450(paritaprevir, PTV), the CYP3A inhibitor ritonavir(r) and the non-nucleoside NS5B polymerase inhibitor ABT-333(dasabuvir, DSV)(OBV/PTV/r + DSV) with or without ribavirin(RBV) is a direct-acting antiviral regimen approved in the United States and other major countries for the treatment of HCV in genotype 1(GT1) infected patients. Patients with HCV who are considered "hard-to-cure" have generally been excluded from registration trials due to rigorous study inclusion criteria, presence of comorbidities and previous treatment *** To investigate the efficacy of this regimen in HCV G1-infected patients historically excluded from clinical *** Patients were ≥ 18 years old and chronically infected with HCV GT1(GT1a, GT1b or GT1a/1b). Patients were treatment-na?ve or previously failed a regimen including pegylated interferon/RBV +/-telaprevir, boceprevir, or *** hundred patients were treated with the study drug regimen, which was administered for 12 or 24 wk +/-RBV according to GT1 subtype and presence/absence of cirrhosis. Chinese government is vigorously promoting toilet renovation in rural areas to reduce the risk of human feces exposure,which would cause infectious diseases,especially antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)and ***,the distribution of ARGs in human feces from different regions of China remained *** is not yet known how the survival of ARGs after toilet treatment is associated with the regional infection ***,we investigated the prevalence of ARGs in human feces in rural areas of China and their potential relationship with infectious diseases for the first *** results showed that there were still high ARGs residues in human feces after rural toilet treatment,especially tetM-01 and ermB with average relative abundance as high as 1.21×10^(−1)(Eastern)and 1.56×10^(−1)(Northern),*** a large regional scale,the significant differences in human feces resistomeswere mainly shaped by the toilet types,TN,NH_(3)-N,and the bacterial community.A critical finding was that toilets still cannot effectively decrease the pathogenicity risk in human *** significant positive relationship(P<0.05)between infectious diseases and ARGs can infer that ARGs in human feces exposure might be a critical path for enhancing the incidence of diseases,as these ARGs hinder the effectiveness of antibiotics.

BACKGROUND Return to work(RTW)serves as an indication for young and middle-aged colorectal cancer(CRC)survivors to resume their normal social ***,these survivors encounter significant challenges during their RTW ***,scientific research is necessary to explore the barriers and facilitating factors of returning to work for young and middle-aged CRC *** To examine the current RTW status among young and middle-aged CRC survivors and to analyze the impact of RTW self-efficacy(RTW-SE),fear of progression(FoP),eHealth literacy(eHL),family resilience(FR),and financial toxicity(FT)on their RTW *** A cross-sectional investigation was adopted in this *** September 2022 to February 2023,a total of 209 participants were recruited through a convenience sampling method from the gastrointestinal surgery department of a class A tertiary hospital in *** investigation utilized a general information questionnaire alongside scales assessing RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and *** analyze the factors that influence RTW outcomes among young and middle-aged CRC survivors,Cox regression modeling and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were *** A total of 43.54%of the participants successfully returned to work,with an average RTW time of 100 *** regression univariate analysis revealed that RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and FT were significantly different between the non-RTW and RTW groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,Cox regression multivariate analysis identified per capita family monthly income,job type,RTW-SE,and FR as independent influencing factors for RTW(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The RTW rate requires further *** levels of RTW-SE and FR were found to significantly increase RTW among young and middle-aged CRC *** professionals should focus on modifiable factors,such as RTW-SE and FR,to design targeted RTW support programs,thereby facilitating their timely reintegration into mainstream society.

This article reviews climate change within the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030(SFDRR), analyzing how climate change is mentioned in the framework’s text and the potential implications for dealing with climate change within the context of disaster risk reduction. Three main categories are examined. First,climate change affecting disaster risk and disasters,demonstrating too much emphasis on the single hazard driver and diminisher of climate change. Second, crosssectoral approaches, for which the SFDRR treads carefully,thereby unfortunately entrenching artificial differences and divisions, although appropriately offering plenty of support to other sectors from disaster risk reduction. Third,implementation, for which climate change plays a suitable role without being overbearing, but for which other hazard influencers should have been treated similarly. Overall, the mentions of climate change within the SFDRR put too much emphasis on the hazard part of disaster risk. Instead,within the context of the three global sustainable development processes that seek agreements in 2015, climate change could have been used to further support an allvulnerabilities and all-resiliences approach. That could be achieved by placing climate change adaptation as one subset within disaster risk reduction and climate change mitigation as one subset within sustainable development.

Distribution and degradation kinetics of cyhalodiamide in Chinese rice field environment

Cyhalodiamide is a novel agrochemical which is effective against Lepidoptera pests,including Cnaphalocrocis medinalis,Chilo suppressalis,Pieris rapae,Plutella xylostella,Helicoverpa armigera,*** the study,a fast and accurate analytical method was developed to detect cyhalodiamide in Chinese typical rice field environment by a modified Qu ECh ERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged,Safe)method with UPLC-MS/MS(ultra-high performance chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry).The mean recoveries of cyhalodiamide varied from 73.5% to 107.5%,with the RSDs from 1.2% to 10.7%.The limits of determination(LODs)were 0.0005 mg·kg^(-1),and the limits of quantitation(LOQs)were from 0.002 to 0.01 mg·kg^(-1)in all five *** method was used to determine cyhalodiamide residues for studies of the distribution and degradation kinetics in rice field *** field trials results showed that cyhalodiamide was easily degradable and the half-lives were4.2–13.6 d in rice straw,8.77 d in paddy soil and 5.37–8.45 d in paddy water,*** final residues of cyhalodiamide in brown rice were below 0.35 mg·kg^(-1).The used dosage of 33.75 g·hm^(-2)with pre-harvest interval(PHI)of 21 d and the maximum residue limit(MRL)of cyhalodiamide in rice at 0.1 mg·kg^(-1)were recommended,which would be safe to human health and *** developed analytical method will be useful to monitor cyhalodiamide residues and safety evaluation in rice environment.

Recently, a new （2＋1）-dimensional shallow water wave system, the （2＋1）-dlmenslonal displacement shallow water wave system （2DDSWWS）, was constructed by applying the variational principle of the analytic mechanics in the Lagrange coordinates. The disadvantage is that fluid viscidity is not considered in the 2DDSWWS, which is the same as the famous Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation and Korteweg-de Vries equation. Applying dimensional analysis, we modify the 2DDSWWS and add the term related to the fluid viscidity to the 2DDSWWS. The approximate similarity solutions of the modified 2DDSWWS （M2DDSWWS） is studied and four similarity solutions are obtained. For the perfect fluids, the coefficient of kinematic viscosity is zero, then the M2DDSWWS will degenerate to the 2DDSWWS.
