The spectroscopic characterization and fluorescence dynamics of Yb^3＋：LiLa（WO4）2 crystal are investigated. The Yb^3＋：LiLa（W04）2 crystal exhibits a broad absorption and emission spectral bands, large absorption and emission cross sections, and moderate fluorescence lifetime. Blue light emission around 480 nm is observed at 10 K and is demonstrated through cooperative upconversion from the deexcitation of excited Yb^3＋-Yb^3＋ pairs.

It is of practical significance to study how to fully play the promoting effect of Shanghai Free Trade Zone(SFTZ) on China's marketization of interest rate after setting up SFTZ. In terms of interest parity theory,this article tries to divide the process of China's marketization of interest rate into different stages and conduct in-depth study of the formation mechanism of interest rate of each stage from the perspective of capital flow. The results show that marketization of interest rate is a system project. It can be divided into three stages: official interest rate supplemented market, two-track system and integration, according to the progress of marketization of interest rate, and the formation mechanism of interest rate of each stage varies. Free trade zone is a domestic and international hub for capital flow. The condition of capital flow influences capital supply, thus affecting the formation mechanism of interest rate domestically in free trade zone and promoting the progress of China's marketization of interest rate. Marketization of interest rate, capital account liberalization, internationalization of RMB, and construction of international financial center are the supplementary, inseparable and transitional process. Therefore, the promoting effect of SFTZ on the marketization of interest rate, the capital account liberalization, the internationalization of RMB and the construction of international financial center should be made full use of. Finally, on the basis of it, this study explores hardships that China's marketization of interest rate faces after the foundation of SFTZ and puts forward corresponding policy suggestion.

The measurement,reporting,and verification(MRV) of climate finance was originated from discussions under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC).It has been one of the key issues of global climate negotiations since 2009 and will continue to be of significant importance in addressing climate change and strengthening international *** paper analyses the concept,the objective,and the progress of the MRV of climate finance based on reviews of the latest literature and think-tank reports regarding climate finance regime and *** the analysis,challenges faced with the MRV of climate finance are *** paper presents that the comparability of climate finance data needs to be improved due to the variety of methodologies used for disaggregating climate *** addition,the integrality of the MRV system of climate finance has been impaired by the lack of feedback mechanism from the recipients to the contributors in reporting ***,although accounting system of climate finance has been developing and improving,it remains incapacity in providing accurate data on disbursed climate *** to the above challenges,this paper proposes the key tasks in establishing a comprehensive MRV system for climate finance at international *** tasks involve developing a measurement system with consistent data basis and accounting basis,a reporting system with more detailed guidance and standardized formats,as well as a verification mechanism balancing top-down and bottom-up review *** the last section,this paper concludes that the establishment of an improved MRV of climate finance requires concerted cooperation and negotiations between developed and developing country Parties under the *** one of the few developing country donors to the Global Environmental Facility(GEF),China is suggested to clarify its propositions as a developing country in aspects such as concept,coverage,and architecture o

This paper presents simple and fast algorithms for computing very tight upper and lower bounds on the prices of American Asian options in the binomial *** authors choose two types sets of the actual arithmetic average prices,instead of the simulated values in other existing models,as the representative average prices at each node of the binomial *** approach simplifies effectively the computation and reduces the error caused by the linear *** results show that the approach produces accurate upper and lower bounds compared to the other existing methods based on the binomial tree.

The global economic uncertainty is *** need to respond with supporting measures for long-term external environment changes as they lower tax burden to attract working *** on the asymmetric tax competition theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of tax burden,institutional transaction costs and FDI *** is found that one country’s strength of institutional environment makes its equilibrium tax rate higher than that of another within certain limits of market *** on the data of 199 countries and regions from 2005 to 2018,this paper conducts an empirical analysis,proving that favorable institutional environment narrows the negative impact of tax burden on FDI fl ***,it is showed that in small-market,low-income countries and regions,tax burden level has a larger negative impact on foreign direct investment(FDI)when institutional environment produces no positive impact;in large-market,high-income countries,the negative impact of tax burden is relatively weak but the institutional environment shows largely positive *** paper contributes some policy recommendations on how to make use of and improve institutional environment to meet challenges and impacts of the international economic climate.
