A combined Ag nanoparticle with an insulating or conductive layer structure has been designed tor molecular detection using surface enhanced Raman scattering microscopy. Optical absorption studies revealed localized surface plasmon resonance, which shows regular red shift with increasing environmental dielectric constant. With the combined structure of surface enhanced Raman scattering substrates and rhodamine 6C as a test molecule, the results in this paper show that the absorption has a linear relationship with the local electromagnetic field for insulating substrates, and the electrical property of the substrate has a non-negligible effect on the intensity of the local electromagnetic field and hence the Raman enhancement.

This study examines the effectiveness of artificial intelligence techniques in generating high-quality environmental data for species introductory site selection *** Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,Threats(SWOT)analysis data with Variation Autoencoder(VAE)and Generative AdversarialNetwork(GAN)the network framework model(SAE-GAN),is proposed for environmental data *** model combines two popular generative models,GAN and VAE,to generate features conditional on categorical data embedding after SWOT *** model is capable of generating features that resemble real feature distributions and adding sample factors to more accurately track individual sample *** data is used to retain more semantic information to generate *** model was applied to species in Southern California,USA,citing SWOT analysis data to train the *** show that the model is capable of integrating data from more comprehensive analyses than traditional methods and generating high-quality reconstructed data from them,effectively solving the problem of insufficient data collection in development *** model is further validated by the technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)classification assessment commonly used in the environmental data *** study provides a reliable and rich source of training data for species introduction site selection systems and makes a significant contribution to ecological and sustainable development.

Performance enhancement of perovskite solar cells with Cs2PtI6-xBrx absorber layer based on numerical simulation

Cs2TiBr6， characterized as a lead-free vacancy-ordered double perovskite material， demonstrates notable stability and photoelectric performance， rendering it suitable for application in perovskite solar cells. However， the experimental efficiency of this material is currently limited， achieving only 3.12%. This efficiency limitation primarily stems from the material’s wide bandgap， which results in insufficient light absorption. To address this issue， this study utilized Cs2PtI6-xBrxfor band structure fine-tuning. By adjusting the bandgap of Cs2PtI6-xBrxthrough Br-doping， not only was the alignment of the energy bandgap in the absorption layer effectively adjusted， but the cutoff range of light absorption was also significantly expanded. Setting the Cs2PtI6-xBrxbandgap to 1.4 eV resulted in optimal device performance. Additionally， comparative analyses aimed at boosting solar cell efficiency were performed on both hole transport and electron transport layer materials. Subsequently， the structure of the perovskite solar cell was optimized using an FTO/TiO2/Cs2TiBr6/Cs2PtI6-xBrx/Cu2O/Au configuration. Furthermore， the influence of the absorber layer thickness and defect density on device performance was studied. Ultimately， this configuration enabled the Cs2TiBr6/Cs2PtI6-xBrxsolar cell to achieve a peak conversion efficiency of 29.69%.

There is a lot ofhydroxyl on the surface ofnano SiO2 sol used as an abrasive in the chemical mechanical planarization （CMP） process, and the chemical reaction activity of the hydroxyl is very strong due to the nano effect. In addition to providing a mechanical polishing effect, SiO2 sol is also directly involved in the chemical reaction. The stability of SiO2 sol was characterized through particle size distribution, zeta potential, viscosity, surface charge and other parameters in order to ensure that the chemical reaction rate in the CMP process, and the surface state of the copper film after CMP was not affected by the SiO2 sol. Polarization curves and corrosion potential of different concentrations of SiO2 sol showed that trace SiO2 sol can effectively weaken the passivation film thickness. In other words, SiO2 sol accelerated the decomposition rate of passive film. It was confirmed that the SiO2 sol as reactant had been involved in the CMP process of copper film as reactant by the effect of trace SiO2 sol on the removal rate of copper film in the CMP process under different conditions. In the CMP process, a small amount of SiO2 sol can drastically alter the chemical reaction rate of the copper film, therefore, the possibility that Cu/SiO2 as a catalytic system catalytically accelerated the chemical reaction in the CMP process was proposed. According to the van＇t Hoff isotherm formula and the characteristics of a catalyst which only changes the chemical reaction rate without changing the total reaction standard Gibbs free energy, factors affecting the Cu/SiO2 catalytic reaction were derived from the decomposition rate of Cu （OH）2 and the pH value of the system, and then it was concluded that the CuSiO3 as intermediates of Cu/SiO2 catalytic reaction accelerated the chemical reaction rate in the CMP process. Bācklund transformation plays an important role in the study of nonlinear evolution equation. Since to derive the infinitely many conservation laws, the nonlinear superposition formula of solutions and the soliton solutions using the Bācklund transformation of someequation, one often have to use the arbitrary parameters which contained in the Bācklund tran sformations, so to discuss the relations of the Backllund transformations with different parametres is very importanat and very useful for the further study of the group structure of the Bācklund transformations. In this paper , we studied the generalized Klein-Gordon equation, the internal wave equation describing a stratified fluid with finite depth and family of the modified Korteweg-de Vries equations in Chern-Peng's operators,and oblained the Bk=L-1（k）B1L（k） type decomposition equations.

The two-pass equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE) process was introduced into strain-induced melt activation (SIMA) to predeform a ZK60 alloy with rare earth (RE) addition. Microstructure evolution of ECAE-formed ZK60+RE alloy during reheating was investigated. Furthermore, tensile properties of thixoforged components were determined. The results show that the SIMA process can produce ideal microstructures, and spheroidized solid particles with little entrapped liquid can be obtained. With prolonging holding time, the size of solid particles increases and the degree of spheroidization is improved. The tensile properties of the thixoforged ZK60+RE samples are close to those of two-pass ECAE-formed samples.

A new exist-null combined model is proposed for the structural topology optimization. The model is applied to the topology optimization of the truss with stress constraints. Satisfactory computational result can be obtained with more rapid and more stable convergence as compared with the cross-sectional optimization. This work also shows that the presence of independent and continuous topological variable motivates the research of structural topology optimization.

The semi-solid thermal transformation(SSTT) route was used to obtain semi-solid billets for *** evolution during partial remelting was *** properties of thixoextruded billets were *** results show that the solid grain size decreases initially and then increases as the isothermal holding time ***,shape factor measurements show that the solid grains tend to become increasingly spheroidal after 10 min isothermal *** longer isothermal holding time,the degree of spheroidization slightly *** ultimate tensile strength(263.3 MPa) is obtained for thixoextruded AZ91D alloy produced by the SSTT route,with a yield strength of 120.0 MPa and an elongation to fracture of 7.19%.
