In this articl., 1650 herbarium specimens of representativ.s of the genus Gagea Sal.sb. were used as research material.from the col.ections of the National.Herbarium of Uzbekistan (TASH). It presents a geographical.coordinate system, habitats, phenol.gy, and economic v.l.es. The distribution of species in Uzbekistan was indicated by the phytogeographic regions of the country. The herbarium material.of Gagea Sal.sb. has been studied in TASH, SAMSU and MSU. The TASH Herbarium presents sampl.s from 1914 to 2019. The rev.ew was written using information publ.shed between 1988 and 2019 from a number of rel.abl. sources, incl.ding Science Direct, Springer, PubMed, EMBASE and Wikipedia.

The titl. compound N-tert-butyl.N-（4-methyl.1,2,3-thiadiazol.）-5-yl.N＇-（4-me-thyl.1,2,3-thiadiazol.）-5-formyl.N＇-3,5-dichl.ropyrid-2-yl.diacyl.ydrazines （C18H17Cl.N7O3S2, Mr = 514.41） has been synthesized by the reaction of N-tert-butyl.N＇-3,6-dichl.ropyridine-2-formyl.hydrazine with 4-methyl.1,2,3-thiadiazol.-5-carbonyl.chl.ride and triethyl.mine, and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR, HR MS, and singl.-crystal.X-ray diffraction. The crystal.of the titl. compound bel.ngs to monocl.nic, space group C2/c with a = 27.726（8）, b = 11.045（3）, c = 14.507（4）A, β = 96.758（4）°, Z = 8, v.= 4412（2） A^3, Dc = 1.549 g/cm^3, μ = 0.521 mm^-1, F（000） = 2112, R = 0.0405 and wR = 0.1153. X-ray anal.sis indicates that al. rings are non-pl.nar in this mol.cul.. The bioassay resul.s indicate that both the titl. compound and the positiv. control.RH-5992 hav. weak fungicide activ.ties, whil. the titl. compound has good insecticidal.activ.ty against Pl.tel.a xyl.stel.a l. and no insecticidal.activ.ty against Cul.x pipiens pal.ens.

Etiol.gy of inv.siv. candidosis agents in russia： a mul.icenter epidemiol.gical.surv.y

A mul.icenter prospectiv. epidemiol.gical.surv.y on the etiol.gic agents of inv.siv. candidosis was conducted in russia in the period of 2012-2014. Sampl.s were col.ected from 284 patients with inv.siv. candidosis and Candida species isol.ted by cul.ure. The species were identified by DNA sequencing and MAl.I-TOF mass- spectrometry. A total.of 322 isol.tes were recov.red, in which 96% of Candida species bel.nged to six major species, namel., C. al.icans （43.2%）, C. parapsil.sis （20.2%）, C. gl.brata （11.5%）, C. tropical.s （9.6%）, C. krusei （6.2%）, and C. guil.iermondii （5.3%）. Most Candida species were isol.ted from bl.od sampl.s （83.23%）. Notabl., the prev.l.nce rate of C. al.icans reduced from 52.38% to 32.79% （2012 v.. 2014）（P = 0.01） whereas that of non-C. al.icans increased from 47.62% （2012） to 67.21% （2014）（P〈 0.01）. Species distribution differed among geographical.regions; specifical.y, the prev.l.nce rate of C. al.icans as an etiol.gic agent of inv.siv. candidosis in Siberian Federal.region was significantl. higher than that in other Federal.regions. Resul.s indicated a shift from C. al.icans to non-C, al.icans. Therefore, a detail.d inv.stigation on the contributing factors and appropriate treatment of inv.siv. candidosis is needed.
