In this article, we present a new type of unified dynamic scaling property for synchronizability, which can describe the scaling relationship between dynamic synehronizability and four hybrid ratios under the unified hybrid network theory framework （UHNTF）. Our theory results can not only be applied to judge and analyze dynamic synehronizability for most of complex networks associated with the UHNTF, but also we can flexibly adjust and design different hybrid ratios and sealing exponent to meet actual requirement for the dynanfic characteristics of the UHNTF.

The beam trajectory in the first deflecting magnet of ＂Rhodotron＂ TT200 has been analyzed precisely by both optical and simulation methods. We found discrepancies between these two methods at the order of （10-3） for the slit distance and deflecting radius and at the order of （10-4） for the magnetic flux density. The main goal of the paper is beam focusing, considering the angular and momentum dispersion of the particles for the magnet designed by ANSYS.

Accelerator-based target design and optimization is an approach for neutron generation. The target plays an important role for a neutron source on an electron accelerator. For optimizing a neutron source using 10 MeV electron beams of Rhodotron-TT200, Pb, Ta, or W alloys with Be were calculated as photo-neutron converter. The neutron yield, flux and energy were simulated using the MCNPX code. The results indicate that a 10 MeV electron beam is capable of producing high-intensity neutron flux of 1013n·cm–2·s–1 with average energy of 0.8 MeV.

Toxicological Evaluation of Chicken-Breast Meat with High-Dose Irradiation

In this paper, toxicity and safety of high-dose irradiated chicken-breast meat were evaluated. For assays of acute toxicity, genetic toxicity, and sub-chronic toxicity, ames test, mice bone marrow erythrocyte micronucleus, and mice sperm abnormality were performed. The results showed that, in the acute oral toxicity tests, median lethal dose （more than 10 000 mg kg-~） in male and female ICR mice showed no toxicological signs. For subacute 30-d oral toxicology of irradiated chicken-breast meat with dose of 10, 15 and 25 kGy in both male and female SD rats, no noticeable toxicological effects were observed. It is concluded that chicken-breast meat with high-dose irradiation has no acute toxicity and no genotoxicity, nor harmful effects on the animal body at the tested dosage range. Therefore, high-dose irradiated chicken-breast meat is safe for pet consumption.

In recent years, the promoter of Rhizobium nodulation gene has been studiedincreasingly. It is well known that the promoter of rhizobia nodulation genes is in-duced by plant inducer flavonoid. This paper reports that the splitting of potential energy curves for the low-lying or low excited states for hydride molecules （cations）（MgH, AlH^＋, SiH, PH^＋, SH,ClH^＋） of the third period under Spin-Orbit Coupling has been calculated by using the Spin-Orbit Multi-Configuration Quasi-Degenerate Perturbation Theory （SO-MCQDPT） method. Then, spectroscopic constants of the split states have been derived from the Murrell-Sorbie function. The calculated dissociation energies for the spectrum branch terms have been given, respectively. The spectroscopic constants and dissociation energies for the spectrum branch terms are given for the first time in this paper.

Recently, an indirect method has been proposed to study the optical model potential of exotic nuclear systems by fitting the transfer reaction angular distribution. The sensitivity test of this transfer method is performed with 2~8 pb（T Li,6 He）2~9 Bi as an example, by varying the potential parameters individually. The results indicate that, except for the ambiguity in the real potential depth V, other optical potential parameters of 6He＋209Bi as well as the structural information of the reactions can be extracted reliably, Moreover, the radius parameter of the bound state, rbound, is an extraordinarily sensitive parameter, which should be taken care of in the calculation procedure. The present work provides a theoretical reference for the application of the transfer method.

The China Spallation Neutron Source （CSNS） is a large scientific facility with the main purpose of serving multidisciplinary research on material characterization using neutron scattering techniques. The accelerator system is to provide a proton beam of 120 kW with a repetition rate of 25 Hz initially （CSNSⅠ）, progressively upgradeable to 240 kW （CSNS-Ⅱ） and 500 kW （CSNS-Ⅱ＇）. In addition to serving as a driving source for the spallation target, the proton beam can be exploited for serving additional functions both in fundamental and applied research. The expanded scientific application based on pulsed muons and fast neutrons is especially attractive in the overall consideration of CSNS upgrade options. A second target station that houses a muon-generating target and a fast-neutron-generating target in tandem, intercepting and removing a small part of the proton beam for the spallation target, is proposed. The muon and white neutron sources are operated principally in parasitic mode, leaving the main part of the beam directed to the spallation target. However, it is also possible to deliver the proton beam to the second target station in a dedicated mode for some special applications. Within the dual target configuration, the thin muon target placed upstream of the fast-neutron target will consume only about 5% of the beam traversed; the majority of the beam is used for fast-neutron production. A proton beam with a beam power of about 60 kW, an energy of 1.6 GeV and a repetition rate of 12.5 Hz will make the muon source and the white neutron source very attractive to multidisciplinary researchers.
