Influence of random initial amplitude perturbations on the lilamentation ot prefocused femtosecond laser pulses is numerically studied. Simulations are performed for the filamentation of laser pulses with different modulation degrees and initial geometric focusings. The transverse waist of the laser beam is 5 mm. The behavior of the filament is strongly affected by the initial non-uniformity of the laser pulse envelope for a short initial focal length （f = 1 m）. In this case, the filament and plasma channel can survive for a longer distance with a small initial amplitude perturbation. For a laser pulse focused by a lens with a long focal length （f = 4 m）, decrease in the initial perturbation does not contribute to the length of the filament and the plasma channel.

Cu/MgO/La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 pillars are fabricated on SrTiO3 （001） substrates by the micro-fabrication patterning processes. Their electric transport properties have been measured in the temperature range from the temperature smaller than the Curie one to 300K. At 125K there emerges abrupt breaks of output voltage in voltage-current （Ⅴ-Ⅰ） curves, corresponding to switching in resistance to metastable states, and finally two closed loops are formed with double threshold biases. Around room temperature the Ⅴ-Ⅰ characteristics are non-ohmic and show some gradual hysteresis when sweeping the current in a round-trip scan. A large current-induced resistive change △R/R0, ～-63.2%, is obtained under a current density of 1.0 × 10^4 Acm^-2. Especially, △ R/ R0 depends linearly on the applied current and is independent of the applied magnetic field. The current-induced resistive effect should be of interest for various applications such as switching and field effect devices.

The dynamic behavior of the entanglement for the pair cat states in the amplitude decoherence channel isstudied by adopting the entanglement of formation determined by the ***,we consider the teleportationby using joint measurements of the photon-number sum and phase difference with the pair cat states as an entangleresource and discuss the influence of amplitude decoherence on the mean fidelity of the teleportation.

Using the method based on Random Matrix Theory （RMT）, the results for the nearest-neighbor distributions obtained from the experimental data on ^12C-C collisions at 4.2 AGeV/c have been discussed and compared with the simulated data on ^12C-C collisions at 4.2 AGeV/c produced with the aid of the Dubna Cascade Model. The results show that the correlation of secondary particles decreases with an increasing number of charged particles Nch. These observed changes in the nearest-neighbor distributions of charged particles could be associated with the centrality variation of the collisions.

The nanocomposite films of CoCrPt/Ag were prepared by DC and RF magnetron sputtering onto glass substrates and subsequent annealing. Magnetic and structure properties of these films have been investigated in detail. Vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning probe microscope (SPM) were applied to study the magnetic properties and microstructure. Magnetic properties such as coercivity(H_c) are strongly dependent on the thickness of Ag and the annealing temperature. When the thickness of Ag underlayer is 20 nm, the coercivity reaches the maximum of 2 200×79.578 A/m. The XRD patterns show that the CoCrPt films are hcp structure lying on the film plane. The SPM images show that small and uniform magnetic grains are isolated by Ag. The effect of Ti underlayer on the magnetic properties is also investigated. These features make CoCrPt/Ag nanocomposite films very attractive for the next-generation of high-density recording.

Two GaN p-(i)-n diodes were designed and fabricated,and their electrical performances with ^(63)Ni and ^(147)Pm plate sources were *** results showed that the diodes with ^(147)Pm had better electrical performances,with a short-circuit current(I_(sc)) of 59 nA,an open-circuit voltage(V_(oc)) of 1.4 V,and a maximum power(P_(max))of 49.4 *** ways to improve the electrical performances are discussed,including appropriate increase of the i-GaN thickness.

应用3D打印技术制备准固态微型超级电容器(MSCs)在可编程结构设计和高质量负载电极制造方面具有固有的优势.然而,缺乏高性能的可打印墨水和厚电极内缓慢的离子传输,对其实际电荷存储能力提出了重大挑战.本文成功开发了一种具有优异流变性能的新型NiCo_(2)S_(4)基纳米复合墨水,并结合直墨书写的3D打印技术合理设计了准固态MSCs的三维结构.得益于牢固锚定在还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)表面的NiCo_(2)S_(4)纳米颗粒和有序的三维微孔,锯齿状厚电极提供了丰富的反应位点并增强了离子传输.因此,三层锯齿状MSCs的面电容高达416.7 mF cm^(-2).在1 mA cm^(-2)的电流密度下,单层、双层和三层电极的锯齿状MSCs的面电容与相对应的网格状MSCs相比,分别增加了127.1%、349.8%和585.9%.本工作为高面电容MSCs的材料和电极结构的跨尺度设计提供了新见解,推动了MSCs在柔性便携式电子设备中的集成应用研究.

With the hard thermal loop （HTL） resummation technique, we calculate the dielectric function excited by hard gluon in quark-gluon plasma （QCP）. We find that in a section of the space-like region po/p ∈ [0.78, 0.95], there are two extremum structures on the dielectric function curve, while the dielectric function in the HTL approximation decreases monotonously without these properties. Through the analyses of the imaginary part of the dielectric function, we conclude that the character of the dielectric function in this region reflects effects of the Landau damping.
