In this paper,a new analysing method called perturbational finite element is suggested,by means of which we calculate the dynamic behaviour and response to turbulent wind ofhyperbolic cooling tower shell with *** results are compared with those offinite element numerical method and show that the method has the advantages of clearphysical idea and convenience of calculation and the accuracy of results is assured.

Two operation homomorphic sharing schemes were introduced by Frankel and Desmedt. They have proved that if the set of keys is a Boolean algebra or a finite field, then there does not exist a two operation homomorphic sharing scheme. In this paper it is proved that there do not exist perfect two operation homomorphic sharing schemes over finite rings with identities. A necessary condition for the existence of perfect two operation sharing schemes over finite rings without identities is given.

In this paper,the free vibration of cylindrical sheel with ring-stiffeners is studied indetail by using the PLK method in singular perturbation and the general Hale’s law, and theformulas calculating natural frequencies of cylindrical sheel with ring-stiffeners ***,the FEM solution is also given to prove the perturbation solution to beseemly,and this comparison shows that the method yields very good results.

WT5”BZ]The diffusion characteristics of the high concentration jet flow issued from a round nozzle above the free surface into moving waterbody were experimentally investigated. By means of flow visualization technique, the diffusion behavior of the high concentration jet was observed and analysed, Concentration distribution in the near region was obtained by sampling and quantitative measurements. Experimental results indicate that the diffusion mechanics of the high concentration jet flow are greatly influenced by initial momentum, buoyancy, turbulent structure, ambient current and boundary conditions, showing complicated flow patterns and concentration distribution characteristics that are different from previous results for submerged jets.
