Background and Aims: Patients and the general public are under insurmountable psychological pressure which may lead to various psychological problems, such as anxiety, fear, depression, and insomnia, causing, consequently, the impaired quality of life. Psychological crisis intervention plays a pivotal role in the overall deployment of health-related quality of life and disease control. A novel Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS- CoV-2), a pathogen of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), has affected several sector activities, including people’s health. To enhance infection control methods, appropriate interventions, and public health policies, the present study aims to assess the fear and peri-traumatic stress during the COVID-19 inBrazil. Method: A cross-sectional survey has been conducted from April 12th to 18th from 2020, using the Peri-Traumatic Distress Scale (CPDI) and the Fear Scale (FCV-19S) aiming to measure the peri-traumatic stress and fear as psychological reactions during the COVID-19 pandemic. For that purpose, an online spreadsheet was used to send the questionnaire and scales to a sample of 1844 participants as a collecting information tool. Disorders of consciousness(DoCs) are chronic conditions resulting usually from severe neurological deficits. The limitations of the existing diagnosis systems and methodologies cause a need for additional tools for relevant patients with DoCs assessment, including brain-computer interfaces(BCIs). Recent progress in BCIs' clinical applications may offer important breakthroughs in the diagnosis and therapy of patients with DoCs. Thus the clinical significance of BCI applications in the diagnosis of patients with DoCs is hard to overestimate. One of them may be brain-computer interfaces. The aim of this study is to evaluate possibility of non-invasive EEG-based brain-computer interfaces in diagnosis of patients with DOCs in post-acute and long-term care institutions.

Objective:Almost all leukemia patients died,fortunately now with the advancement of medicine and science and with the advent of treatment Chemotherapy,Radiotherapy,and Surgical treatment 75%of patients with leukemia who need treatment for up to 5 years,live longer than patients with leukemia who do not receive *** the one side,in our country,Afghanistan the number of incidents has increased recently,and on the other side,we do not have data at the national ***,the child health hospital administration considered the necessary and left me to research this case in the last 6 months of ***:This is an observational descriptive study,which observed 10,293 patients that come to the pediatric internal which 300 patients who indicate leukemia,and 200 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),who were admitted to the oncology service of Andhra Gandhi Child Health Hospital in 2018 the study took ***:Based on the age we detect less than one year’s 10(5%)patients,1-10 years old 150(75%)patients,and more than 10 years old 40(20%)*** on sex,boys were 120(60%)patients and girls 80(40%)*** on clinical findings,anemia 155(77.5%)patients,fever 130(65%)patients,bleeding 90(45%)patients,spleen thickness 88(44%)patients,liver thickness 73(36.6%)patients,lymph nodes thickness 70(35.55%)patients,great pains 66(33%)patients and nervous system disorders 38(19%)***:We can say with great conviction that 200 patients out of 10,293 had acute lymphoblastic *** studies with prospective nature are required to confirm this observation.

COVID-19 has spread globally to over 200 countries with more than 40 million confirmed cases and one million deaths as of November 1,*** SARS-CoV-2 virus,leading to COVID-19,shows extremely high rates of infectivity and replication,and can result in pneumonia,acute respiratory distress,or even ***-CoV-2 has been found to continue to rapidly evolve,with several genomic variants emerging in different regions throughout the *** addition,despite intensive study of the spike protein,its origin,and molecular mechanisms in mediating host invasion are still only partially ***,the repertoire of drugs for COVID-19 treatment is still limited,with several candidates still under clinical trial and no effective therapeutic yet *** vaccines based on either DNA/mRNA or protein have been deployed,their efficacy against emerging variants requires ongoing study,with multivalent vaccines supplanting the first-generation vaccines due to their low efficacy against new ***,we provide a systematic review of studies on the epidemiology,immunological pathogenesis,molecular mechanisms,and structural biology,as well as approaches for drug or vaccine development for SARSCoV-2.

目的了解重组抗原免疫恒河猴的抗体应答情况及其对病毒攻击的保护作用。方法利用大肠杆菌表达的戊型肝炎(HEV)病毒3个不同的片段,分别为Ag1(ORF2C端431aa)、Ag2(ORF2C端128aa片段)、Ag3犤ORF3122aa与ORF26287-6404碱基编码的39aa片段以及C端128aa依次以(Gly)n短臂连接的嵌合抗原犦免疫恒河猴,用ELISA方法检测IgG抗体水平,3周后达到较高水平应答时,用HEV阳性粪便样静脉注射进行攻击,经肝脏病理切片观察、血清IgG、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平测定及粪便排毒的RT-nPCR检测来评价抗原对病毒攻击的保护作用。结果对照组3只猴中两只发现肝脏组织产生明显的病理性改变,而免疫了抗原的试验组12只猴正常;对照组均在攻毒后3～4周发生ALT异常,为正常值的10～20倍,而试验组有部分猴不同程度轻微的ALT异常,其余正常;试验组免疫抗原后IgG水平迅速上升,滴度可达1∶12800;对照组粪便中病毒RNA的检出在攻毒后7～50d左右,而试验组7～21d内以低水平存在。结论重组的抗原片段诱发机体产生针对HEV的抗体应答,能够抑制HEV感染引起的肝炎症状的产生。

Context: Enoxaparin has demonstrated advantages over unfractionated hep arin in low-to moderate-risk patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes (ACS) treated with a conservative strategy. Objectives: To compare the outcomes of patients treated with enoxaparin vs unfractionated hep arin and to define the role of enoxaparin in patients with non-ST-segment elev ation ACS at high risk for ischemic cardiac complications managed with an early invasive approach. Design, Setting, and Participants: The Superior Yield of the New Strategy of Enoxaparin, Revascularization and Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa Inhibito rs (SYNERGY) trial was a prospective, randomized, open-label, multicenter, inte rnational trial conducted between August 2001 and December 2003. A total of 1002 7 high-risk patients with non-ST-segment elevation ACS to be treated with an intended early invasive strategy were recruited. Interventions: Subcutaneous eno xaparin (n=4993) or intravenous unfractionated heparin (n=4985) was to be admini stered immediately after enrollment and continued until the patient required no further anticoagulation, as judged by the treating physician. Main Outcome Measu res: The primary efficacy outcome was the composite clinical end point of all-c ause death or nonfatal myocardial infarction during the first 30 days after rand omization. The primary safety outcome was major bleeding or stroke. Results: The primary end point occurred in 14.0%(696/4993) of patients assigned to enoxapar in and 14.5%(722/4985) of patients assigned to unfractionated heparin (odds rat io >, 0.96; 95%confidence interval >, 0.86-1,06). BACKGROUND: Intracerebral hemorrhage is the least treatable form of stroke and is associated with high *** patients who undergo computed tomograph y (CT) within three hours after the onset of intracerebral hemorrhage, one third have an increase in the volume of the hematoma related to subsequent bleeding. We sought to determine whether recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa) can red uce hematoma growth after intracerebral hemorrhage. METHODS: We randomly assigne d 399 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by CT within three hours after onset to receive placebo (96 patients) or 40 μg of rFVIIa per kilogram of body weight (108 patients), 80 μg per kilogram (92 patients), or 160 μg per k ilogram (103 patients) within one hour after the baseline scan. The primary outc ome measure was the percent change in the volume of the intracerebral hemorrhage at 24 hours. Clinical outcomes were assessed at 90 days. RESULTS: Hematoma volu me increased more in the placebo group than in the rFVIIa groups. The mean incre ase was 29 percent in the placebo group, as compared with 16 percent, 14 percent , and 11 percent in the groups given 40 μg, 80 μg, and 160 μg of rFVIIa per k ilogram, respectively (P=0.01 for the comparison of the three rFVIIa groups with the placebo group). Growth in the volume of intracerebral hemorrhage was reduce d by 3.3 ml, 4.5 ml, and 5.8 ml in the three treatment groups, as compared with that in the placebo group (P=0.01). Sixty-nine percent of placebo-treated pati ents died or were severely disabled (as defined by a modified Rankin Scale score of 4 to 6), as compared with 55 percent, 49 percent, and 54 percent of the pati ents who were given 40, 80, and 160 μg of rFVIIa, respectively (P=0.004 for the comparison of the three rFVIIa groups with the placebo group). 目的薄层螺旋CT平扫可用于血栓的检查,但是增加了辐射剂量。多层CT采集的常规层面影像可重建为薄层影像。本研究的目的是评价常规层面平扫CT影像是否可代替螺旋CT平扫用于血栓的检查。方法 50例急性缺血性脑卒中病人,进行5mm常规层面CT和螺旋CT平扫检查。两种检查方法所得影像均重建为4幅1.25mm层厚的薄层影像。对两种平扫CT影像分别采用半自动软件计算血栓体积和CT值。以对侧相同节段的CT值为参照计算血栓的相对密度比率(rHU)。采用组内相关系数(ICC)和Bland-Altman曲线评价测量的一致性。结果层面CT和螺旋CT的平均rHU分别为1.47±0.17和1.47±0.18(P=0.542)。层面CT和螺旋CT的平均血栓体积分别为(124.25±125.65)mm3和(117.84±124.32)mm3(P=0.063)。两种方法测量血栓体积的一致性很高(ICC=0.981)。结论对于急性缺血性脑卒中的血栓检查,采用由5mm层面扫描重建获得的薄层平扫CT影像可替代螺旋CT影像。
