Aqueous Zn-ion batteries （AZIBs） have received considerable attention owing to their various advantages such as safety,low cost,simple battery assembly conditions,and high ionic ***,they still suffer from serious problems,including uncontrollable dendrite growth,corrosion,hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） from water decomposition,electrode passivation,and unexpected *** creation of a uniform artificial nanocrystal layer on the Zn anode surface is a promising strategy for resolving these ***,we propose the use of a perovskite CaTiO3（CTO） protective layer on Zn（CTO@Zn） as a promising approach for improving the performance of *** CTO artificial layer provides an efficient pathway for Zn ion diffusion towards the Zn metal because of the high dielectric constant （εr=180） and ferroelectric characteristics that enable the alignment of dipole moments and redistribute the Zn2+ions in the CTO *** avoiding the direct contact of the Zn anode with the electrolyte solution,the uneven dendrite growth,corrosion,parasitic side reactions,and HER are mitigated,while CTO retains its mechanical and chemical robustness during ***,CTO@Zn demonstrates an improved lifespan in a symmetric cell configuration compared with bare ***@Zn shows steady overpotential （～68 m V） for 1500 h at 1 mA cm-2/0.5 mA h cm-2,excelling bare ***,when paired with the V2O5-C cathode,the CTO@Zn//V2O5-C full battery delivers 148.4 mA h g-1（based on the mass of the cathode） after 300 *** study provides new insights into Zn metal anodes and the development of high-performance AZIBs.

The contact of a rigid body with nominally flat rough surface and an elastic half-space is *** solve the contact problem,the Greenwood-Williamson statistical model and the localization principle are *** developed contact model allows us to investigate the surface approach and the real contact area with taking into account the asperities *** is shown that the mutual influence of asperities changes not only contact characteristics at the macroscale,but also the contact pressure distribution at the *** follows from the results,the inclusion in the contact model of the effect of the mutual influence of asperities is especially significant for studying the real contact area,as well as the contact characteristics at high applied *** results calculated according to the proposed approach are in a good agreement with the experimentally observed effects,i.e.,the real contact area saturation and the additional compliance exhaustion.

Issues about land resources of cryolithozone and their possible transformation under global change conditions we will consider on example of the large region of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia),which is considered as the center of the underground continental glaciation of earth in present *** Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) extends between 77° 00' and 55° 40' of northern latitude and 105° 30' and 162° 40' of eastern *** stretches from north to south 2000 km and from west to east 2300 *** area of largest subject in Russia is 3 103 200 km2,which is equal to 2/3 of the Western Europe and exceeds the area of France 6 times,England,almost 13 times,and covers three time zones and three latitudinal climatic zones:arctic,tundra and *** sum of active temperatures (＞ 10°C) in the tundra zone is less than 500°C,in the subzone of northern taiga,800-1200°C and the warmest places in Central and Southern Yakutia reach 1400-1700°*** whole territory of the republic is situated in the wide distribution of *** the plains which occupy the area about 1/3 of republic the ice complex is developed (Fig.1) which contains the underground ice up to 50％-90％ of ground volume (Fig.2).

Micromorphology of calcic accumulations(calcite,whewellite and gypsum) and geochemical indices were considered as indicators of genesis and evolution of pedogenic accumulations in soils and paleosediments of the Argentinean *** groups of separate and independent calcic accumulations were studied using scanning electron microscopy:(i) in situ Argiudolls,reflecting the current soil formation;(ii) in the layers of calcrete(locally named tosca).reflecting the past environments and conditions of these layers *** pedogenic gypsum accumulations in Argiudolls were described and possible ways of their formation were *** analyses of morphology of carbonate accumulations and geochemical indices in different horizons of Argiudolls and layers of tosca showed that the tosca is paleopedocomplex with complicated formation *** of current environment on tosca morphology is absent,so it is possible to use these pedofeatures for paleoreconstructions in further studying.

The paper presents the results of comprehensive studies of filtration and capacitance properties of highly porous reservoir rocks of the aquifer of an underground gas storage *** geomechanical part of the research included studying the dependence of rock permeability on the stress-strain state in the vicinity of the wells,and physical modeling of the implementation of the method of increasing the permeability of the wellbore zone-the method of directional unloading of the *** digital part of the research included computed tomography(CT)-based computer analysis of the internal structure,pore space characteristics,and filtration properties before and after the *** to the results of physical modeling of deformation and filtration processes,it is found that the permeability of rocks before fracture depends on the stress-strain state insignificantly,and this influence is ***,when downhole pressure reaches 7-8 MPa,macrocracks in the rock begin to grow,accompanied by irreversible permeability ***,geodesic tortuosity and permeability values were obtained based on digital studies and numerical modeling.A weak degree of transversal anisotropy of the filtration properties of rocks was *** on the analysis of pore size distribution,pressure field and flow velocities,high homogeneity and connectivity of the rock pore space is *** absence of pronounced changes in pore space characteristics and pore permeability after non-uniform triaxial loading rocks was *** the basis of geometrical analysis of pore space,the reasons for weak permeability anisotropy were *** filtration-capacitance properties obtained from the digital analysis showed very good agreement with the results of field and laboratory *** physical modeling has confirmed the efficiency of application of the directional unloading method for the reservoir under *** necessary parameters of its application were calcu

A robust and reliable parameter estimation is a critical issue for modeling in immunology. We developed a computational methodology for analysis of the best-fit parameter estimates and the information-theoretic assessment of the mathematical models formulated with ODEs. The core element of the methodology is a robust evaluation of the first and second derivatives of the model solution with respect to the model parameter values. The critical issue of the reliable estimation of the derivatives was addressed in the context of inverse problems arising in mathematical immunology. To evaluate the first and second derivatives of the ODE solution with respect to parameters, we implemented the variational equations-, automatic differentiation and complex-step derivative approximation methods. A comprehensive analysis of these approaches to the derivative approximations is presented to understand their advantages and limitations.

In this study,we present an assessment of the evolutionary history and phylogenetic relationships of Asian mountain voles of the subgenus Aschizomys,genus Alticola,based on extensive sampling and phylogenetic analyses of data from mitochondrial and nuclear *** species of this subgenus are widespread in the mountain areas of north-eastern ***,both their distribution and taxonomic borders remained questionable for more than 100 *** study showed discordance in the phylogenetic patterns between nuclear and mtDNA *** found that mtDNA in *** is paraphyletic relative to ***,but nuclear markers demonstrated reciprocal *** to species distribution modeling,ranges of *** and *** experienced a secondary contact during the Last Glacial Maximum(approximately 22 kyr BP),and thus a hybridization event seems plausible during that *** tree analyses recovered a sister group relationship between the two species of the Aschizomys subgenus,with an estimated divergence date of around 0.8 *** results provided good support for currently recognized subspecies within both *** and *** based on mitochondrial and nuclear datasets.A new,yet undescribed form,supposedly of a subspecific status within ***,was found in the Bureinskiy Range in the Khabarovsk *** finding expands the current species distribution range further to the southeast.

The collision of droplets with a water surface is being actively developed in the interests of many applied problems—transfer of matter through the ocean-atmosphere boundary,underwater acoustic noise of the marine environment,measurement of precipitation intensity,various technologies,and much *** of the research priorities is acoustic radiation,in particular,shock sound arising at the moment a drop contacts the *** impact of the drop is preceded by processes that affect the shape of the drop,because of which it noticeably deviates from the spherical *** a result,the final(contact)velocity changes–one of the most important parameters of *** study of the listed factors is carried out in this work by means of broadband acoustic measurements and high-speed video recording.
