Background:The breast cancer has been the most common form of cancer among *** triple negative subtype represents 20%of all breast cancer cases in the world and is standing out by affecting young women and being *** main cause of death of patients with cancer is due to metastasis,which can reach the liver and ***:The activities of ID7 fraction of the stems of Bauhinia variegata *** breast cancer,lung metastasis and liver inflammatory process were ***:ID7 was characterized by *** viability of murine mammary cells(4T1)treated with ID7 was assessed by MTT,trypan blue and fluorescence assay and viability of BT-20,MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 human breast cancer tumor lines by *** cell migration,invasion using matrigel and adhesion were *** expression of cell death proteins was quanitified by western blot and the gelatinases by *** ID7 activity of the tumor(4T1)and metastatic progession in vivo was ***:ID7 reduced the 4T1 and MDA-MB-231viability and increased the late apoptosis,inhibited the 4T1 migration and invasion,increased the 4T1 adhesion and decreased the secreted active ***7 also increased the expression of PARP,caspase-7 and caspase-8,RIP and *** vivo,the ID7 decreased the volume and weight of the tumors and decreased lung metastasis and inflammation in the *** characterization showed mainly the presence of oleic acid,myricetin,quercetin and kaempferol in ***:Thus,it was found that ID7 fraction exhibits selective antitumor and on the mechanisms of breast cancer metastasis activity,preventing lung metastasis and inflammation in the *** is suggested that fatty acids and flavonoids are correlated with such activities.

Optical microring resonators are extensively employed in a wide range of physical studies and applications due to the resonance enhancement *** coupling control of a microring resonator is necessary in many scenarios,but modifications are essentially added to the resonator and impair the capability of optical ***,we propose a flexible coupling structure based on adiabatic elimination that allows low-loss active coupling control without any modifications to the *** self-coupling coefficient can be monotonically or non-monotonically controllable by the proposed coupler,potentially at a high *** characteristic of the coupler when implemented in silicon microring resonators is investigated in detail using substantiated analytical theory and *** work provides a general method in coupling control while ensuring the resonance enhancement property,making active coupling control in a resonator-waveguide system feasible.

The Relationship between Exercise and Psychotic Symptoms in College Students: A Cross-Sectional Analysis

An increasing number of studies have suggested that increased physical activity is associated with less mental ***,the relationship between exercise and psychotic experiences(PEs)is still *** purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between exercise and PEs in college students in the United *** from the Health Mind Survey(2020–2021 round)were *** included 137,916 college students who were asked about exercise and PEs(lifetime psychotic experiences,delusions,and hallucinations).A multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the relationship between exercise and PEs while controlling for demographic *** was a significant correlation between exercise and PEs among college *** to students who exercised less than one hour per week,students who exercisedfive or more hours per week had fewer lifetime psychotic *** samefinding obtained for both male and female college *** from the present study indicate that exercising forfive or more hours each week is most correlated with decreased PEs among college ***,experimental studies are required to extend and confirm ourfindings and determine the causality of this relationship.

Effect of Heat Input on Microstructure and Toughness of Coarse Grain Heat Affected Zone in Nb Microalloyed HSLA Steels

The influence of Nb on microstructure, mechanical property and the transformation kinetics of the coarse grain heat affected zone （CGHAZ） in HSLA steels for different heat inputs, has been investigated. When welded at higher heat inputs （100-60 kJ/cm）, impact toughness values of the steel without Nb are much higher than those of the steel with Nb, and the lowest span is 153 J at 60 kJ/cm. But only a little higher values are observed at lower heat inputs （40-30 kJ/cm）, and the highest span is 68 J at 30 kJ/cm. Dilatation studies indicate that continuous cooling transformation starting temperatures （Ts） of CGHAZ for the steel with Nb are approximately 15-30℃ which are lower than those of the steel without Nb at all heat inputs. For higher heat inputs, Nb in solid solution suppresses ferrite transformation and promotes the formation of granular bainite which has detrimental effect on impact toughness. For lower heat inputs higher Charpy impact energy values in the steel with Nb are associated with the formation of low carbon self-tempered martensite.

What Determines the Amplitude of ENSO Events?

In this paper, the dynamic effect of oceanic upwelling on the intensity of El Nio-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) is studied using a simple coupled model (Zebiak-Cane Model). The term balance analysis in the temperature variability equation shows that the anomalous upwelling of the mean vertical temperature gradient and the mean advection of the anomalous meridional temperature gradient are the two of most important factors that determine the intensity of ENSO events, in which the "vertical oceanic heat flux" in the eastern equatorial Pacific (EEP) is the primary influencing factor. The lag correlation between "vertical heat flux (VHF)" and ENSO intensity shows that the highest correlation occurs when the former leads the latter by one to two weeks. The VHF is positively correlated with the background thermocline strength in the EEP, and an increase of both could result in strong ENSO variability. Comparison of the forced and coupled experiments suggests that the coupled process can affect both the intensity and frequency of ENSO.

Geotechnical engineering often involves different types of geomaterials,such as sandy soil and clayey *** studies have confirmed that these soils have some common features,*** mechanical behaviors depend not only on the inherent characteristics but also on their initial *** describe the main mechanical behaviors of different soils within a simple and reasonable constitutive framework is of great significance for the numerical analysis on geotechnical *** paper first introduces a model based on the concepts of superloading and subloading,which considers the“state dependence”(effects of overconsolidation and structure)of soil and only adds two material parameters compared with the Cam-Clay ***,conventional triaxial tests are systematically carried out on four types of soils(***,silty clay,clay,and intermediate soil)with different initial void ratios,and the mechanical similarities and differences of these soils are discussed *** that,six material parameters of these soils are uniformly determined based on the concepts of superloading and subloading,and then used in constitutive calculations to verify the *** calculated results show a good agreement with test data,indicating that the model based on the concepts of superloading and subloading has great potential for describing the general mechanical behaviors of different soils within a unified *** work is expected to be applied to constitutive selection and parameter determination in the geotechnical numerical analysis of complex soil profiles.
