具有显示等功能的智能电子织物有望为可穿戴设备带来传统刚性器件所无法实现的变革性发展机遇.赋予织物以显示功能的一个经典方法,是将发光纤维编织成织物,并通过设计驱动电路而实现显示.然而,目前电子织物面临的一个重要挑战是难以显示全色彩图片和视频.为此,我们通过将LED发光纤维、触摸感应纤维和涤纶纤维进行编织,制备得到了大面积的集成电子织物系统(尺寸为72 cm×50 cm).通过设计低压供电模式和数据并行传输电路,该织物系统可实现全色彩图片(色域达117.6%NTSC)和视频(刷新率为11.7 Hz)显示.通过集成触摸感应纤维,该织物系统可实现像智能手机和电脑一样的触控交互功能,如手写输入文本、绘画、计算器和游戏.面向可穿戴应用需求,该织物系统具有良好的稳定性和耐久性,可经受5000次弯曲变形测试.该集成电子织物系统还具有与传统织物相近的柔性和透气性,有望作为一种新型人机交互界面,改变人们与电子器件的交互方式.

Detection in high fidelity of tipping points,the emergence of which is often induced by invisible changes in internal structures or/and external interferences,is paramountly beneficial to understanding and predicting complex dynamical systems(CDSs).Detection approaches,which have been fruitfully developed from several perspectives(e.g.,statistics,dynamics,and machine learning),have their own advantages but still encounter difficulties in the face of high-dimensional,fluctuating ***,using the reservoir computing(RC),a recently notable,resource-conserving machine learning method for reconstructing and predicting CDSs,we articulate a model-free framework to accomplish the detection only using the time series observationally recorded from the underlying unknown CDSs.

Asialoglycoprotein receptor 1 promotes SARS-CoV-2 infection of human normal hepatocytes

Objective: The aim of the work described here was to evaluate the role of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in response evaluation for unresectable advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treated with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) plus anti-programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) antibody therapy. Methods: A prospective cohort of consecutive patients with HCC who received combined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody treatment for unresectable HCC between January 2022 and October 2022 was included in this study. The patients underwent unenhanced ultrasound (US) and CEUS examinations before treatment and at follow-up. Changes in the largest diameters of the target tumor on unenhanced US and the largest diameters of the enhancing target tumors on CEUS were evaluated. Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1 with unenhanced US and magnetic resonance imaging/computed tomography (MRI/CT) and modified RECIST (mRECIST) with CEUS and CEMRI/CT were used to assess treatment response. Results: A total of 24 HCC patients (23 men and 1 woman; mean age: 56.5 ± 8.5 y; Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage C, 62.5%; 29 intrahepatic target tumors) were studied. Calculations of degree of necrosis in the target tumors revealed no significant differences between CEUS and CEMRI/CT (44.5 ± 36.2% vs. 45.3 ± 36.8%, p = 0.862). As for the differentiation of responders from non-responders, the agreement between RECIST version 1.1 of unenhanced US and mRECIST-CEUS was poor (κ coefficient = 0.233). Meanwhile, there was a high degree of concordance between mRECIST-CEUS and mRECIST-CEMRI/CT (κ coefficient = 0.812). Conclusion: CEUS proved to be superior to baseline US and is comparable to CEMRI/CT in defining treatment outcome for combined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody therapy. © 2023 World Federation for Ultrasound in medicine & Biology

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)causes multi-organ damage,which includes hepatic dysfunction,as observed in over 50%of COVID-19 *** I converting enzyme(peptidyl-dipeptidase A)2(ACE2)is the primary receptor for SARS-CoV-2 entry into host cells,and studies have shown the presence of intracellular virus particles in human hepatocytes that express ACE2,but at extremely low ***,we asked if hepatocytes might express receptors other than ACE2 capable of promoting the entry of SARS-CoV-2 into *** address this question,we performed a genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 activation library screening and found that Asialoglycoprotein receptor 1(ASGR1)promoted SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus infection of HeLa *** Huh-7 cells,simultaneous knockout of ACE2 and ASGR1 prevented SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus *** the immortalized THLE-2 hepatocyte cell line and primary hepatic parenchymal cells,both of which barely expressed ACE2,SARSCoV-2 pseudovirus could successfully establish an ***,after treatment with ASGR1 antibody or siRNA targeting ASGR1,the infection rate significantly dropped,suggesting that SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus infects hepatic parenchymal cells mainly through an ASGR1-dependent *** confirmed that ASGR1 could interact with Spike protein,which depends on receptor binding domain(RBD)and N-terminal domain(NTD).Finally,we also used Immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy to verify that SARS-CoV-2 could infect primary hepatic parenchymal *** inhibiting ASGR1 in primary hepatic parenchymal cells by siRNA,the infection efficiency of the live virus decreased ***,these findings indicate that ASGR1 is a candidate receptor for SARS-CoV-2 that promotes infection of hepatic parenchymal cells.

In this editorial we comment on the review by Wang et al published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastroenterology in *** extracellular vesicles(exosomes)play important roles in the tumor *** this review,the authors introduce the following points:(1)The composition and function of exosomal microRNAs(miRNAs)of different cell origins in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC);(2)the crosstalk between exosomal miRNAs from stromal cells and immune cells in the tumor microenvironment and the progression of HCC;and(3)the potential applicability of exosomal miRNAs derived from mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of *** addition,the potential applicability of exosomal miRNAs derived from mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of HCC was *** this review,the authors give us an overview of the exosomal RNA and summarize the function of exosomal RNA in HCC,which provides a deeper understanding of exosomal miRNAs to the readers.
