The Tang-dynasty nostalgic poem was a unique landscape in ancient poem *** from the artistic perspective,it not only processed the feeling expression mode like"Thoughts in Spring"and"Views of ascending a height"but also had the aesthetic purport like"Integration of Emotion and Landscape"and"Moral shared by Time and Space";It had not only the exquisite thinking of"To Feel for Others"and"Can Hear and See Well",but also the detailed description of"Haunted Worries"and"unreachable Home Letters".Seen from the contemporary value,the hometown charm,the native feelings,the historical memory,the ideological implication,the cultural connotation and the aesthetic value steeped in the Tang-dynasty nostalgic poem play an important role in constructing the spirit home shared by the whole Chinese nation,creating"the Cultural Henan"and speeding up the cultural industry development.

“The Belt and Road”(abb.B & R) Initiative reflects the essence of Chinese traditional culture -“harmony is precious”.Although the countries along B&R share the cultural legacy of the ancient silk roads,the economic development,ethnic characteristics and religious beliefs of the countries today vary *** the beginning of the new century,China has carried out the strategy of “Going Global” in culture,striving to enhance the radiating power of Chinese culture in the world and the power of influence at the international *** from exploring resources of publicity from B&R areas,developing counterpart cultural products,expanding channels of communication,improving service facilities and other strategies,the country has developed and improved channels for cultural communication and is striving to establish a new system of all-round,multi-level and effective ***,under the support of international cultural organizations and institutions,by making good use of international platforms,the country hopes to explore new development concepts and models of Chinese culture,and to promote cultural identity between different regions,to enhance the international influence of national culture through its active participation in national cultural activities and active identification to the junction point.

As a frequently used Economic system in various literatures,economic system is regulated in detail from Clause 6 to Clause 18 in General Outline of "Constitution". Economic system framework based on ownership mechanism is confirmed. Since the approval of"Constitution"in 1982,five modifications have been conducted,four of which mainly focus on the reform of economic system. The one that was confirmed based on"Constitution"and laws serves as the law foundation of economy-related life,which indicates the significant position of economic system in domestic social life. Either for economics or laws( especially Constitution studies in China),economic system plays a critically important role. Considering people’s inconsistent and vague cognition of its connotations,it is of necessity to analyze meanings and contents of economic system.

Culture is an important part of the national soft power. As China’s economic development entering into the stage of the New Normal,the influence of culture in economic and social development is increasing,with the form of cultural exchanges becoming increasingly diverse,and the field of cultural exchange widely expanding. Attacking Open SSL ECDSA with a small amount of side-channel information

In this work, we mount a lattice attack on the ECDSA signatures implemented by the latest version of Open SSL which uses the windowed non-adjacent form method to implement the scalar multiplication. We first develop a new way of extracting information from the side-channel results of the ECDSA signatures. Just given a small fraction of the information about a side-channel result denoted as double-andadd chain, we take advantage of the length of the chain together with positions of two non-zero digits to recover information about the ephemeral key. Combining the information of both the most significant digits and the least significant bits, we are able to gain more information about the ephemeral key. The problem of recovering ECDSA secret key is then translated to the hidden number problem which can be solved by lattice reduction algorithms. Our attack is mounted to the secp256 k1 curve, and the result shows that 85 signatures would be enough to recover the secret key, which is better than the result that previous attack gained only utilizing the information extracted from the least significant bits, using about 200 signatures to recover the secret key.

In ambiguity application,it is discovered that the English tragedies' cognitive modes have experienced such an evolution that in Shakespeare's tragedies,the addressor and his addressee are separated and ambiguity application is wholly practiced with definite right standard context,though too late in disambiguation,in Shaw's,the addressor and his addressee are adhesive and the application wholly but with wrong standard context in disambiguation,and in O'Neill's,the addressor and his addressee are identical and disambiguation could not be done without standard *** different modes have revealed the cognitive causal process of the tragedies and the evolution the modes bring about indicates the tragedy is deepening in the English tragedies,from which the cognitive connotation of the evolution is further illuminated.

A new formula of mechanism mobility based on virtual constraint loop

Several important developing phases of the formulas for mobility calculation based on constraints are introduced. The shortcoming of the mobility formulas based on common constraints of loops of a mechanism is that virtual constraints must be calculated before determining the mobility of a mechanism with virtual constraints. In order to avoid the shortcoming, some new concepts including virtual loop, virtual-loop constraint and general-kinematic-pair constraint are used to analyze the relationship between mobility of links and constraint of kinematic pairs and a mobility formula based on common constraints of virtual loops is proposed. The formula is that the number of mobility of a mechanism is the sum of mobility of all links in the mecha-nism minus the sum of constraints of all kinematic pairs plus the sum of the common constraints of all virtual loops. The sum of over constraints of a mechanism is the sum of constraints of all virtual loops in the mechanism. This mobility formula expressed in terms of common constraints of virtual loops in a mechanism can avoid calculating virtual constraints. It is proved that the new formula is correct, simple and effective through the analysis of several different kinds of mechanisms.
