This paper investigates interception missiles’trajectory tracking guidance problem under wind field and external disturbances in the boost ***,the velocity control in such trajectory tracking guidance systems of missiles is *** our contribution,the velocity control channel is designed to deal with the intractable velocity problem and improve tracking *** global prescribed performance function,which guarantees the tracking error within the set range and the global convergence of the tracking guidance system,is first proposed based on the traditional ***,a tracking guidance strategy is derived using the integral sliding mode control techniques to make the sliding manifold and tracking errors converge to zero and avoid ***,an improved switching control law is introduced into the designed tracking guidance algorithm to deal with the chattering problem.A back propagation neural network(BPNN)extended state observer(BPNNESO)is employed in the inner loop to identify *** obtained results indicate that the proposed tracking guidance approach achieves the trajectory tracking guidance objective without and with disturbances and outperforms the existing tracking guidance schemes with the lowest tracking errors,convergence times,and overshoots.

In this paper,triple quasi-zero stiffness(QZS)passive vibration isolators whose restoring force curve has a three-stage softening effect are ***-coupled SD oscillators with three independent geometrical parameters are used as negative stiffness mechanisms to achieve QZS characteristics at the origin and symmetrical positions on both sides of the *** performances of different triple QZS isolators are analyzed to show influences of the selection of QZS regions away from the origin on the range of isolation *** optimizations of system parameters are carried out to get a larger range of small restoring force regions and small stiffness *** performances of two triple QZS isolators are discussed to show the influence of different Pareto optimization solutions through the comparisons with single and double QZS *** showed that triple QZS isolators have both the advantages of single and double QZS isolators which results in better isolation performances under both small and large excitation *** improvement in isolation performances for triple QZS isolators is found with the decrease in average stiffness due to the appearance of two symmetrical QZS regions away from the *** displacements of QZS regions away from the origin result in better isolation performances when excitation amplitude is large,and triple QZS characteristics are similar to double QZS isolators at this *** restoring forces of QZS regions away from the origin lead to better isolation performances when excitation amplitude is small,and triple QZS characteristics are similar to single QZS isolators at this *** with the decrease in average stiffness,the improvement of isolation performances shows a hysteresis phenomenon due to the difference between static and dynamic characteristics.

This paper investigates the navigation problem of autonomous vehicles based on reinforcement learning(RL)with both stability and smoothness *** introducing a data-based Lyapunov function,the stability criterion in mean cost is obtained,where the Lyapunov function has a property of fast ***,an off-policy RL algorithm is proposed to train safe policies,in which a more strict constraint is exerted in the framework of model-free RL to ensure the fast convergence of policy generation,in contrast with the existing RL merely with stability *** addition,by simultaneously introducing constraints on action increments and action distribution variations,the difference between the adjacent actions is effectively alleviated to ensure the smoothness of the obtained policy,instead of only seeking the similarity of the distributions of adjacent actions as commonly done in the past literature.A navigation task of a ground differentially driven mobile vehicle in simulations is adopted to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm on the fast stability and smoothness.

To enhance the accuracy of deep learning methods based on reconstruction discrepancy in satellite anomaly detection tasks, this study proposes a dual-branch reconstruction model(DBRM) and designs a comprehensive satellite anomaly detection framework around this model. Firstly, we introduce the temporal-channel mixer(TC-Mixer) module, which mainly comprises a self-attention layer for capturing long-range temporal dependencies in telemetry data, and two types of feed-forward networks(FFN) for extracting complex patterns in the temporal and channel dimension of telemetry data. This design endows the TC-Mixer module with robust capabilities for extracting complicated dependencies in telemetry data. Secondly, with the TC-Mixer module as the main component, we designed the DBRM. This model utilizes a shared latent representation layer, allowing the regeneration branch and forecasting branch of the DBRM to share most of the feature extraction network architecture. This approach significantly enhances the model's regression accuracy while reducing computational complexity. Thirdly, using the DBRM as the core network model, we devised a comprehensive satellite anomaly detection framework. This includes an anomaly criterion that considers the reconstruction discrepancy of both the regeneration and forecasting branches, the peak-over-threshold(POT) method for anomaly thresholding, and the MIC-based feature engineering method, etc. Finally, we conducted comparative experiments with several SOTA anomaly detection algorithms on two public and one private satellite anomaly detection datasets. The experimental results validate the effectiveness and superiority of our proposed method.

Multi-scale collaborative design method for macroscopic thermal optimization and mesoscopic woven structure of hypersonic vehicle's TOCMC leading edge

A new thermal protection design method for hypersonic vehicle's leading edge is proposed, which can effectively reduce temperature of the leading edge without additional cooling measures. This method reduces the leading-edge's temperature by the multi-scale collaborative design of the macroscopic thermal optimization and the mesoscopic woven structures of Three-dimensional Orthogonal Woven Ceramic Matrix Composites(TOCMC). The macroscopic thermal optimization is achieved by designing different mesoscopic woven structures in different regions to create combined heat transfer channels to dredge the heat. The combined heat transfer channel is macroscopically represented by the anisotropic thermal conductivity of TOCMC. The thermal optimization multiple linear regression model is established to optimize the heat transport channel, which predicts Theoretical Optimal Thermal Conductivity Configuration(TOTCC) in different regions to achieve the lowest leading-edge temperature. The function-oriented mesostructure design method is invented to design the corresponding mesostructure of TOCMC according to the TOTCC, which consists of universal thermal conductivity prediction formulas for TOCMC. These universal formulas are firstly derived based on the thermal resistance network method, which is verified by experiments with an error of 6.25%. The results show that the collaborative design method can effectively reduce the leading edge temperature by about 12.8% without adding cooling measures.

In this paper, a filtering method is presented to estimate time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system with tail fins and reaction jets as control variables. In this method, the long-short-term memory(LSTM) neural network is nested into the extended Kalman filter(EKF) to modify the Kalman gain such that the filtering performance is improved in the presence of large model uncertainties. To avoid the unstable network output caused by the abrupt changes of system states,an adaptive correction factor is introduced to correct the network output online. In the process of training the network, a multi-gradient descent learning mode is proposed to better fit the internal state of the system, and a rolling training is used to implement an online prediction logic. Based on the Lyapunov second method, we discuss the stability of the system, the result shows that when the training error of neural network is sufficiently small, the system is asymptotically stable. With its application to the estimation of time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system, the LSTM-EKF shows better filtering performance than the EKF and adaptive EKF(AEKF) when there exist large uncertainties in the system model.

In order to further achieve the balance between the calculation accuracy and efficiency of the transient analysis of the aero-engine disc cavity system,an Optimized Time-adaptive Aerother-mal Coupling calculation(OTAC)method has been *** combines one-dimensional tran-sient calculation of air system,Conventional Sequence Staggered(CSS)method,Time-adaptive Aerothermal Coupling calculation(TAC)method and differential evolution optimization algorithm to obtain an efficient and high-precision aerothermal coupling calculation method of air *** both the heat conduction in the solid domain and the flow in the fluid domain as unsteady states in the OTAC,the interaction of fluid-solid information within a single coupling time step size was implemented based on the CSS ***,the coupling time step size was automatically adjusted with the number of iterations by using the Proportional-Integral-Deri vative(PID)*** show that when compared with the traditional loosely coupling method with a fixed time step size,the computational accuracy and efficiency of the OTAC method are improved by 8.9%and 30%,*** with the tight coupling calculation,the OTAC method can achieve a speedup of 1 to 2 orders of magnitude,while the calculation error is maintained within 6.1%.

Flocking control in the presence of malicious decisions is a crucial research topic since agents in swarms are likely to suffer from security issues in practice. This paper considers a swarm containing malicious agents that deliberately alter their controller parameters and disrupt the swarm by causing collisions,divisions, and escapes. Two possible malicious scenarios are considered. The first is that one malicious agent acts selectively on a subset of its neighbors and the second is that multiple malicious agents are either scattered or clustered together. To achieve the flocking control objective:(1) containment conditions based on specific geometric configurations are established;(2) hierarchical fault-tolerant flocking control methods based on those containment conditions are proposed. Compared to existing research dealing with malicious agents in swarms, our approach aims to contain rather than remove them. This guarantees the completeness of the task and takes agents' motions into consideration. Simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
