The present paper discusses the vibrational properties of the mixture gelucire-quercetin(from 1%to 5%)at room and body *** is a flavonoid having beneficial properties:biological and antioxidant;it is used in many fields as food,cosmetic and especially pharmaceutics but its use as a drug is affected by its low *** Gelucire 50/13 is used as sustained release matrix forming agent in pharmaceutical applications and it has demonstrated the ability to improve the dissolution as well as the absorption of poorly water-soluble *** mixture Gelucire-quercetin was essentially studied by FTIR(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy)and Raman *** behavior of these two molecules has been investigated in the spectral range 4000-0 cm-1 in Raman spectroscopy,and 4,000-600 cm-1 in FTIR.

Zirconium base alloys have been utilized in LWRs (Light water reactors) as fuel element cladding tubes, fuel assembly spacer grids, guide tubes in PWRs (Pressurized water reactors) due to their low neutron absorption and good corrosion resistance. The oxidation resistance of Zr alloys are strongly controlled by the phase presence and composition of the alloys.. The beneficial effect of yttrium content on isothermal oxidation behavior of Zr-2.5%Nb-Y(Y = 0, 0.5,1,1.5) in wt% alloy at high temperature has been studied. High temperature oxidation carried out in air furnace at 600,700 and 800 oC for 1, 4, and 9 h. Characterization by optical microscope showed that microstructure of Zr-2.5%Nb-Y alloys relatively unchanged. X-ray diffraction of the alloys depicted that the oxide scale formed during oxidation of zirconium alloys is monoclinic ZrO2 and minor of tetragonal ZrO2, while unoxidised alloy showed two phase α and β phase. SEM-EDS examination shows that depletion of Zr composition took place under the oxide layer. Kinetic rate of oxidation of zirconium alloy showed that increasing oxidation temperature will increase oxidation rate but increasing yttrium content in the alloys will decrease oxidation rate. The parabolic rate constans valu decreasing with increasing ytrrium in Zr-2.5%Nb alloys.

利用风温廓线法测定了不同大气稳定度下的空气动力学粗糙度,以跃移传感器(saltiphone)记录的瞬时最小跃移通量观测瞬时起动摩阻风速．观测数据表明:空气动力学粗糙度随着大气稳定度变化而呈现明显的变化,近中性层结下其平均值在(1．2-4．5)×10-5m之间,不稳定层结的平均值在 (0．5-1．1)×10-4m之间,稳定层结的平均值在3×10-5-2×10-5m之间,不稳定层结空气动力学粗糙度高,稳定层结的低,近中性层结介于两者之间;3种大气稳定度下跃移过程的平均空气动力学粗糙度高于无跃移过程,近中性层结无跃移过程的平均空气动力学粗糙度在1-3×10-5m之间;野外测定的每日平均起动摩阻风速在0．19-0．26 m·s-1之间变化．观测与模拟结果表明近中性层结-地表无跃移过程下测定的空气动力学粗糙度对起动摩阻风速是有效的,而非中性层结下测定的空气动力学粗糙度对起动摩阻风速对起动摩阻风速的作用不显著,这能够从物理机制上得到说明．大气稳定度虽然对起动摩阻风速影响不大,但是否影响到风蚀强度还需要进一步的研究．

To evaluate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of percutaneous stent implantation for treating left main coronary artery (LMCA) stenosis. Methods Consecutive patients with unprotected left main coronary artery disease treated by stent-based percutaneous intervention (PCI) at 6 medical centers in China were enrolled. Procedural data and clinical outcomes were obtained from all patients. Results From January 2001 to december 2004, 138 patients (79 males and 59 females; mean age: 69.7±5.8 years)underwent PCI for LMCA stenosis. Bare metal stents (BMS) were implanted in 51 patients with non-bifurcational lesions and in 5 patients with bifurcational lesions from January of 2001 to June of 2003 (BMS group);. Drug eluting stents (des) were used unselectively to cover both bifurcational and non-bifurcational lesions in 86 patients from July of 2003 to december of 2004 (des group). Procedural success rate of the 138 cases was 98% (135/138). One patient (0.7%) with bifurcation lesion who was treated with des died from severe heart failure 2 weeks after the procedure. During a mean follow up period of 21.3 ± 5.6 months, one patient died from renal failure, one from sudden cardiac death, 4 underwent target lesion revascularization (TLR) in the BMS group, which all occurred in patients with bifurcational lesions; whereas in the des group no deaths occurred and only one patient with bifurcational lesion had TLR. Conclusions (1) PCI is feasible and relatively safe to treat unprotected left main coronary artery disease in elderly patients at medical centers with experienced professionals. (2) BMS and des have similar immediate and long-term efficacy in the treatment of ostium and shaft lesions of the LMCA. (3) des are strongly suggested in the therapy of distal bifurcation lesion of unprotected LMCA.

Background First generation drug-eluting stents （des） were associated with a high incidence of late stent thrombosis （ST）,mainly due to delayed healing and re-endothelization by the durable polymer *** study sought to assess the safety and efficacy of the Nano polymer-free sirolimus-eluting stent （SES） in the treatment of patients with de novo coronary artery *** The Nano trial is the first randomized trial designed to compare the safety and efficacy of the Nano polymer-free SES and Partner durable-polymer SES （Lepu Medical Technology,Beijing,China） in the treatment of patients with de novo native coronary *** primary endpoint was in-stent late lumen loss （LLL） at 9-month *** secondary endpoint was major adverse cardiac events （MACE）,a composite of cardiac death,myocardial infarction or target lesion *** A total of 291 patients （Nano group：n=143,Partner group：n=148） were enrolled in this trial from 19 Chinese *** Nano polymer-free SES was non-inferior to the Partner durable-polymer des at the primary endpoint of 9 months （P 〈0.001）.The 9-month in-segment LLL of the polymer-free Nano SES was comparable to the Partner SES （0.34±0.42） mm vs.（0.30±0.48） mm,P=0.21）.The incidence of MACE in the Nano group were 7.6% compared to the Partner group of 5.9% （P=0.75） at 2 years *** frequency of cardiac death and stent thrombosis was low for both Nano and Partner SES （0.8% vs.0.7%,0.8% vs.1.5%,both P=1.00）.Conclusions In this multicenter randomized Nano trial,the Nano polymer-free SES showed similar safety and efficacy compared with the Partner SES in the treatment of patients with de novo coronary artery *** in patients with complex lesions and longer term follow-up are necessary to confirm the clinical performance of this novel Nano polymer-free SES.

目的了解我国总粉尘采样器的采集性能是否符合工作场所气溶胶组分的国际惯例CEN-ISO-ACGIH。方法按照DIN EN 13205(2002)推荐的方法,在风洞内,将总粉尘采样器和参比采样器平行采样,比较其测定浓度。结果我国总尘的浓度与国际标准可吸入粉尘以及胸腔粉尘的浓度有高度的相关性(均R^2>0.9)。总尘浓度低于可吸入粉尘约44%,但比胸腔粉尘浓度高约30%。结论我国总尘采样器的分离特性位于可吸入和胸腔组分之间,需进一步研究。

为了研究翻堆频率对中药渣堆肥过程及其理化性质的影响,采用中试规模的条垛式堆肥系统,研究了中药渣堆肥过程中温度、全碳、全氮、全磷、全钾、C/N、pH、GI及表观特征变化和堆肥产品的质量特征。试验设6个处理,分别为:不翻堆(A1)、每5天翻一次(A2)、每10天翻一次(A3)、每15天翻一次(A4)、每20天翻一次(A5)、每25天翻一次(A6)。结果表明:高温(≥50℃)持续时间以A3最长,达44天;与A1相比,A4、A5和A6的全碳含量分别减少了0.35%、1.73%和1.61%;A2、A3、A4和A6的全氮含量分别减少了5.32%、8.40%、5.25%和1.44%;A2、A3、A4、A5和A6的全磷含量且分别增加了4.82%、9.64%、6.83%、8.03%和2.01%;A2、A3、A4、A5和A6的全钾含量分别增加了6.18%、5.38%、2.96%、8.33%和4.03%;GI分别提高了35.15%、33.23%、31.30%、28.89%和17.01%,而C/N和pH差异不大。成熟中药渣中的C含量为36.0%,N含量比猪粪、鸡粪、羊粪、鸭粪及鹅粪分别高25.97%、17.12%、28.81%、41.20%和41.91%。综合分析各影响因素后认为,在中试规模的条垛式堆肥系统中进行中药渣堆肥时,以每10天翻堆一次较为适宜。

Site condition and bedrock depth play important roles in the determination of peak surface acceleration(PSA)values by earthquake *** soil parameters of shear wave velocity(Vs)and standard penetration test-number(N)value for Jakarta city are available up to 100 m below the Earth’s surface even though the typical depths to bedrock are in excess of 100 *** study referred to the base motion peak ground acceleration(PGA)values of 0.100 g,0.218 g and 0.378 g to predict the PSA values using the Nonlinear Earthquake site Response Analysis(NERA)to analyse a simulated dataset for the bedrock depths of 100 m,200 m,300 m,400 m and 500 m with conditioned by clayey and sandy soils.A new empirical equation of Vs=102.48 N0.297(m/s)was proposed to calculate the values of Vsused as an input parameter in the NERA programme for the prediction of seismic wave *** results showed that the PSA values are dependent on the amplitude of seismic waves,depths of bedrock and the local site *** in the PSA values from 41.0%to 51.5%and from 46.1%to 79.8%for the bedrocks overlain by sand,from 20.0%to 42.1%and from 45.9%to 58.8%for the bedrocks overlain by clay with increasing of bedrock depths from 200 m to 300 m and from 400 m to 500 m,respectively,were predicted for a 2500-year return period *** in the PSA values by 41.0%,51.5%,46.1%,79.8%for the bedrocks overlain by sand and by 20.0%,42.1%,45.9%,58.8%for the bedrocks overlain by clay were predicted for a 2500-year return period earthquake due to the bedrock depth changes of 200 m,300 m,400 m,500 ***-magnitude earthquake of Jakarta city has a significant effect on an increase or a decrease of the PSA value with depth of bedrock and may cause the vibration damage to buildings and other constructions on the *** analysis of the PSA value and PSA ratio influenced by the PGA value,bedrock depth and local soil conditions will make a contribution to the design of earthquake-safe building f
