Role of iron ore in enhancing gasification of iron coke:Structural evolution,influence mechanism and kinetic analysis

The utilization of iron coke provides a green pathway for low-carbon *** uncover the influence mechanism of iron ore on the behavior and kinetics of iron coke gasification,the effect of iron ore on the microstructure of iron coke was ***,a comparative study of the gasification reactions between iron coke and coke was conducted through non-isothermal thermogravimetric *** findings indicate that compared to coke,iron coke exhibits an augmentation in micropores and specific surface area,and the micropores further extend and *** provides more adsorption sites for CO_(2) molecules during the gasification process,resulting in a reduction in the initial gasification temperature of iron *** the heating rate in non-isothermal gasification can enhance the reactivity of iron *** metallic iron reduced from iron ore is embedded in the carbon matrix,reducing the orderliness of the carbon structure,which is primarily responsible for the heightened reactivity of the carbon *** kinetic study indicates that the random pore model can effectively represent the gasification process of iron coke due to its rich pore ***,as the proportion of iron ore increases,the activation energy for the carbon gasification gradually decreases,from 246.2 kJ/mol for coke to 192.5 kJ/mol for iron coke 15wt%.

ArchSim:A System-Level Parallel Simulation Platform for the Architecture Design of High Performance Computer

High performance computer （HPC） is a complex huge system, of which the architecture design meets increasing difficulties and risks. Traditional methods, such as theoretical analysis, component-level simulation and sequential simulation, are not applicable to system-level simulations of HPC systems. Even the parallel simulation using large-scale parallel machines also have many difficulties in scalability, reliability, generality, as well as efficiency. According to the current needs of HPC architecture design, this paper proposes a system-level parallel simulation platform： ArchSim. We first introduce the architecture of ArchSim simulation platform which is composed of a global server （GS）, local server agents （LSA） and entities. Secondly, we emphasize some key techniques of ArchSim, including the synchronization protocol, the communication mechanism and the distributed checkpointing/restart mechanism. We then make a synthesized test of some main performance indices of ArchSim with the phold benchmark and analyze the extra overhead generated by ArchSim. Finally, based on ArchSim, we construct a parallel event-driven interconnection network simulator and a system-level simulator for a small scale HPC system with 256 processors. The results of the performance test and HPC system simulations demonstrate that ArchSim can achieve high speedup ratio and high scalability on parallel host machine and support system-level simulations for the architecture design of HPC systems.

Autonomous control of multi-fingered hand

This paper describes a novel autonomous control strategy of multi- fingered hand based on a modular control system of dexterous manipulation. A simple proportional-integral-derivative(PID) position control with friction compensation, which requires few friction parameters, is used to realize accurate and smooth trajectory tracking in pregrasp phase. In grasp and manipulation phases, an event-driven switcher is adopted to determine the switching between unconstrained position control and constrained torque control, and an improved explicit integral force control strategy is implemented to realize simultaneously stable contact transition and accurate force tracking. Experimental results have verified the effectiveness of the proposed autonomous control strategy of multi-fingered hand.

Analysis of Lassa hemorrhagic fever model with non-local and non-singular fractional derivatives

In this paper, we investigate a possible applicability of the newly established fractional differentiation in the field of epidemiology. To do this, we extend the model describing the Lassa hemorrhagic fever by changing the derivative with the time fractional derivative for the inclusion of memory. Detailed analysis of existence and uniqueness of exact solution is presented using the Banach fixed point theorem. Finally, some numerical simulations are shown to underpin the effectiveness of the used derivative.

Fluvial landforms in the Anhui section of the Changjiang(Yangtze)River are often considered as the main factors for frequent *** is these special landforms that influence the channel changes of the Changjiang *** Landsat TM image of 2000,this paper conducted a series of image processing,including principal component analysis,multi-spectral composition,gray value statistics,and spectral analysis of ground *** it got a new interpretation map of different kinds of fluvial landforms of the Changjiang River in the Anhui *** on the interpretation mentioned above,the paper analyzes the distribution and characteristics of such typical landforms as terraces,floodplains and battures,and their functions on the changes of river *** results show a consistence with the earlier conclusion that the Anhui section of the Changjiang River tends to deflect gradually toward south,which provides more implications for further study on the geomorphologic evolution of the river channel.

Effect of Annealing Temperature on the Ferroelectric Properties of BiFeO_3 Thin Films Prepared by Sol-gel Process

Conceptual rotational mode design for optical conical scanning imaging small satellites

This paper focuses upon the novel optical conical scanning imaging working mode design for small *** kind of satellite employs only one inclined optical camera achieving wide-swath imaging via a rotational motion about the nadir axis either by the camera or by the *** working modes are designed,i.e.,high-speed rotational mode,low-speed rotational mode,and variable-speed rotational *** the high-speed and low-speed working modes,the camera rotates at a constant speed and the corresponding angular velocity is derived under the consideration of guaranteed coverage and minimized *** improve the system performance,an enhanced working mode taking advantages of both the high-speed rotational mode and lowspeed rotational mode is *** in this variable-speed rotational mode,the camera rotates slowly to get high-quality pictures when it works,while it rotates rapidly to reduce the energy consumption and save the storage during which period the camera is turned off to minimize the *** these working modes are illustrated in detail,and numerical simulation tests are conducted to validate their effectiveness.

The effect of type waves on vibroseismic implementation of changes properties of rock, oil viscosity, oil compound composition, and enhanced oil recovery

Based on the results of laboratory studies,the frequency of 35 Hz in longitudinal waves and 20 Hz in circular waves is the optimum frequency that can increase the maximum oil *** test results before the vibration effect can increase oil production by 51.96%and reduce the residual oil saturation by 59.03%The surprising results when the vibration effect was applied to the coreflooding test method with P wave types continuously succeeded in increasing oil production by 60.54%,inter-mittent P waves by 63.53%and circular waves by 64.76%,while also reducing Sor by 48.49%in continuous P waves,intermittent P waves at 44.81%and C waves at 43.3%,The P wave type vibrational method has an increase in oil gain by 16%,intemittently by 22%,Sor reduction by 18%and 24%,in circular wave oil gain increases by 25%,and Sor decreases by 27%from before the vibration effect *** vibration can change the physical properties of rocks,among others;permeability has increased by 7%using P waves continuously,intermittently by 31%and C waves by 4%;porosity of 5.88%with P waves contin-uously,intermittently of 6.46%and circular waves of 4.63%;grain size before vibration of 45.16 um after vibration using continuous P waves of 42.01μum,intermittently of 4798μum,and circular of 50.46μum;changes in oil composition to contain more alkanes,and lack of aromatic compounds;oil viscosity increased by 3%with continuous P waves,intermittent of 5%,and circular 61%.The new point from this paper is analyzing the vibroseismic effect by using SEM images in terms of the watershed segmentation of the Rabbani algorithm compared to lab results,which have an error rate of under 2%,and a review of oil composition by the GC-MS method.

Design and Fabrication of Drug Delivery Devices with Complex Architectures Based on Three-dimensional Printing Technique

A new type of implantable drug delivery devices （ DDD ） with complicated architectures were fubricated by three-dimensional printing technique, employing levofloxacin （LVFX） as a model drug. Processing parameters were optimized in riew of the layer thickness, spucing between printed lines, flow rate of liquid binder and the fast axis speed. The prepared DDD prototype consists of a double-layer structure, of which the upper region is a reservoir system and the lower region is a matrix one. The in vitro release test revealed that LVFX was released in a dual-puse pattern. This DDD may present a new strategy for the prophylaxis and treatment of diseases such as bone infection in the near future.
