We develop the Hirota bilinear method and obtain the exact one and two superposition soliton solutions for two- component Bose-Einstein condensates. The conversion of three kinds of solitons including the superposition solitons, bright-bright solitons, and dark-bright solitons is discussed. With the energy analysis, we find that the superposition soliton state is an excitation state for this system. Moreover, the collision of two superposition solitons is found to be elastic.

In this study,ionosonde observations over Fuke(19.5°N,109.1°E),Wuhan(30.5°N,114.4°E),and Mohe(53.5°N,122.3°E)were analyzed to demonstrate the responses of the sporadic E()to the severe atmospheric disturbances caused by the Tonga volcanic eruptions on January 15,*** most prominent signature was the disappearance of the layer after~10:00 UT over Wuhan and Fuke,which was attributed to the vertical drift caused by the *** occurred intermittently after 13:00 UT following the arrival of the tropospheric Lamb *** examine the causal mechanism for the intermittence,we also included data of horizontal winds in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere region recorded by the meteor radars at Wuhan and Mohe in this *** wind disturbances with periods of~20 hours contributed to the formation of the layer in the nighttime on January 15.

A novel one-dimensional plasma photonic crystal whose crystal orientation can change spontaneously is demonstrated using a dielectric barrier discharge with two liquid electrodes. The orientation of the plasma photonic crystal will vary from transverse to longitudinal or vary from longitudinal to transverse and then revert to longitudinal by self-adjustment, while the experimental conditions are kept fixed. The dispersion relation of these plasma photonic crystals are calculated, and the changes of the photonic band diagrams during the orientation transition are studied.

We study the Lpboundedness of singular integral operators along surfaces of revolution on product spaces. The Lpboundedness for these operators are obtained under very weak conditions on kernels. Our results are new and they improve several previously known results. Furthermore, they are natural extensions of many known results on singular integrals in the one-parameter setting and they subsume many other corresponding results on the product space setting.

The photoelectron property is directly related to the light-energy conversion efficiency of solar cells. In this paper, the photoelectron dynamic of semiconductor was analyzed. The diffusion of electrons has influence on the dielectric function of the solar cell material. And the amplitude variance of the imaginary and real part of the dielectric function is in direct proportion to the dynamic process of free and shallow-trapped electrons. Based on the untouched detection technique, the method is present to detect the amplitude change of the microwave signal which is passing through the material whose dielectric function changes after exposure. A 35 GHz oscillator was used as a microwave source. The absorption and dispersion microwave signals, which contain the dynamic information of free and shallow-trapped electron signal, are split respectively with phase-sensitive instrument. The photoelectron character of n-type Si(100) thin film was investigated by the novel equipment, and the lifetime of different kinds of electrons with the resolution of 1 ns was obtained. The equipment can be directly used in the study of the optoelectronic conversion mechanism of solar cells.

Dye sensitization is a fundamental function for solar cell and silver halide (AgX) microcrystal to increase the optoelectronic conversion efficiency. In this paper, the spectral properties and self-assembled structure of three types of cyanine dyes, adsorbed both on (100) surface of 0.4 μm AgBr cubic crystal and (111) surface of 1.8 μm AgBr tabular crystal, were studied with combination of spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy (AFM) technique. Rectangular aggregation structure is formed on the crystal faces of (100) and (111) for both anionic and cationic dyes, while herringbone-stacking structure is formed by anionic-cationic dye, and a J-band spectrum is correspondingly detected. The photoelectron property of dye-sensitized samples was also investigated with microwave absorption and dielectric spectrum detection technology. After excited by a 355 nm fast-pulse laser, the photoelectron decay process of anionic-cationic dye sensitized sample is the fastest. This indicates that the affection of anionic-cationic dye aggregates to the photoelectron decay is the biggest, and the sensitization is more efficient.

Andreev reflection （AR） in a normal-metal/quantum-dot/superconductor （N-QD-S） system with coupled Majorana bound states （MBSs） is investigated theoretically. We find that in the N--QD-S system, the AR can be enhanced when coupling to the MBSs is incorporated. Fano line-shapes can be observed in the AR conductance spectrum when there is an appropriate QD-MBS coupling or MBS-MBS coupling. The AR conductance is always e2/2h at the zero Fermi energy point when only QD--MBSs coupling is considered. In addition, the resonant AR occurs when the MBS-MBS coupling roughly equals to the QD energy level. We also find that an AR antiresonance appears when the QD energy level approximately equals to the sum of the QD-MBS coupling and the MBS-MBS coupling. These features may serve as characteristic signatures for the probe of MBSs.

Imaging-based phenotypic screening uses cellular phenotypes to describe the drug performance， which generally focuses on single cellular feature， lacking of a comprehensive characterization. Here， we propose a high content phenotypic screening method based on expansion microscopy (ExM) assisted Cell Painting， which enables multi-channel imaging with approximately 50 nm resolution. As a demonstration， we applied this method to a phenotypic screening involving five drugs. The morphological attributes of three subcellular structures were summarized to consist a “fingerprint” describing the drug effect. The proposed method can provide comprehensive and detailed clues for drug evaluation， enriching the content of phenotypic screening.
